This Key food is the best on Long Island. The cashiers are super nice. I had Anthony as my cashier he is so nice and happy. He also helped me bag and put things in my cart!

It is a large store w alot of varieties of food to choose from. The only thing is, they never have packaged knishes I have looked several times and was told they dont sell them.😗🙄 Anyway, I have always found good sales on many items, the shelves are well stocked, and a friendly, helpful employee in the self checkout area. Anyway I highly recommend them.

This is a very small store with barely any variety of available items.None of the employees looked happy. Not one of them greeted me when we made eye contact.Besides having a poor selection of items, the prices are higher than anywhere else that I shop.

New, neat, clean. Personnel friendly & helpful. Some prices high, others average, good sales. Great produce section, great meat section. Baked goods (although not store made) are yummy. My only complaint is that the personal care section is extremely small - but Hey! Theres always Walgreens. This is going to be my new food shopping location!

Lovely clean store with nice wide aisles for two carts to pass in comfort. The vegetable isle was spotless as was every department I went through.The staff seem to be very helpfull to the customers but more importantly to each other and the managers showed great respect and genuine interest in the their fellow workers. This has to come from the top down and is sadly missing in so many big corporations these days. A great first impression.

I visited the Key Food in Massapequa this morning and was impressed by how clean it was and making it a pleasant shopping experience. The place was spotless. Kudos to you and your team for maintaining such a clean store!

Picked up a package of chicken from the store, it was bad. Went to get another package. It was also bad. Terrible show of food safety.

Been shopping at this location for a good while. The store is neat and very clean. All the isles are properly labeled above and in the isles making finding each item very easy. Excellent ambiance and the cashiers very receptive. The first to be seen and last at point of sale. As a shopper, I feel welcome and comfortable doing my shopping at Key Food.

I wrote a review before, I have been coming to Key Food since they open and I think the food is wonderful and prices are good. The store is very clean and there is one Manager his name is Chris who works very hard and is very nice to the customers. I am on oxygen and he is always doing things to be helpful. It is an awesome store and Chris is an Awesome Manager!!

Stopped by to get Boars Head low sodium turkey it was on sale and I was told did nothave any.The guy that helped me was not very helpful, he made me feel like I was bothering him, and he had less personality than a rock. I give zero stars because ofthe overall experience.

Very nice. Store very clean, organized and shelves appeared to be well stocked. They even had the bread I love...Sara Lee Arteisan Brioche sliced bread...AWESOME. I have been only able to get that out of Walmart in Saratoga Springs. Nice job Key Food!!!

Key Food is the best Supermarket in the area, the prices are good and the food is excellent. All of the staff from Managers to clerks are friendly and very helpful. When you are there it feels more like family the staff works everyone always says hello and takes a few minutes to talk. I Love Key Food

Ive seen employees with no mask behind the deli. Store appeared clean they need to adjust the hours like other supermarkets and stay open later. When I miss them theres always stop and shop, C town, shoprite etc.... that stay open later

Cashiers are extremely friendly! Great customer service! I had an issue with something I had purchase and when I brought it back, they fixed it immediately! Their produce section is not my favorite, but it is nice to have a supermarket close to my home.

The absolute BEST fresh meat, fish and their home-made sauces are INCREDIBLE! Fresh fruits & vegetables, home-made selections like chicken pot pie & variety of rice balls - I will never shop at any other supermarket from now on!

Such a nice, neat store. They had mostly everything I needed. Produce looked so fresh and organized. Meat looked really good too. The deli area and the food they had on display looked delicious. Customer service wss helpful..had to get a customer card to get the deal prices. And the register Woman was so nice and helpful.This store is still is Nassau contest so they dont charge for bags...yet. I liked going to a smaller store for once. I wok definitely come back.

Clean, well- stocked and friendly staff. Smaller footprint than the Pathmark it replaced and their everyday prices are a little higher on average, but sales are competitive. Rarely crowded and lines move quickly. Good store.

This store is nice! I recently visited and I was really impressed! I normally go to stores that have mostly organic. I was out of bananas and I decided to go here and check, they looked good so I picked up a few. I was surprised they had some organic produce. The store is so clean and the people are helpful, some of the workers need to smile more though. I checked out the whole store and I liked the yogurt section, I saw that they had more of a variety of flavors of a certain brand that I buy at the other stores I go to. Then I checked out the deli and their salads are so healthy! I like quinoa and greens, so I picked up a few for lunch since Im always looking for something good to eat and not always in the mood for Panera Bread. My friend and I wanna go back, he likes their salads as well. Id recommend checking it out, the only thing I had a problem with was the entrance, they shouldve made two entrance ways to come into the store, in stead you have to go all the way around.

The new Keyfood has excellent customer service! The manager, Tommy, goes out of his way to ensure all customers are happy. The store is well stocked with a WIDE variety of foods. The Irish and English food selection is OUTSTANDING. A trip to Keyfood is guaranteed to be a delight!

I stared going there about 2 months ago and really found it to be satisfying. There is a large selection of food and other merchandise and I found the staff very helpful and polite.

My second time since it opened. Store is clean. Prices a little high compared to nearby shoprite and stop n shop. I bought coffee creamer along with other few items. I used self checkout, along with three other customers. Two employees ran and were standing and watching over us like we came to shop lift. You can watch but I mean give me some space. Also the creamer I bought was expired and I didn’t notice until next morning before going to work. Of course, I got rid of the receipt the night before. Creamer was around $5. Rather go to shoprite where they check shelves and I have one less thing to worry about after a long day.

This grocery store is so reasonably with a variety of food and seasonal stuff I love it of course you have to bring your own bags or buy bags also you need a quarter to get a cart

Stopped at this supermarket on my way home to pick up some deli meat and fresh produce on a Friday. Let’s say I won’t be returning. On Tuesday i had to throw out 4 of the 7 oranges and the boars head low sodium turkey. The oranges were rotting and the turkey had a spoilt smell to it. I’ll stick to my shop rite and stop and shop.

Key food is ok there prices changes a lot some of their products are not fresh like Romaine Lettuce or Spinach but it is close by customer service is good there some improvement is needed

Very overpriced. They are charging way more than the previous occupant (Pathmark) was charging for groceries. The community missed a supermarket in that location for a while but at this point we are so used to having to travel farther away to get our groceries. I will continue traveling down the road to the new ShopRite on Sunrise Highway in Massapequa where prices and deals are better.

Store is well organized, very clean. Produce is fresh and well priced not to mention the cute guy that works there He is so nice, the cold cuts Dept guy came around to explain the different pastrami to me, Hes a REALLY cool guy, the manager is very nice and cute the marine corps cute, the asst man she is very nice and helpful, she actually walked with me to find shrimp scampi sauce btw they had. The store associates are awesome, they HELP you find WHATEVER you need, and last you dont have to pay for DAMN BAGS THERE. I WILL CONTINUE SHOPPING THERE...YESSS
