I love Walmart and this location is clean and well stocked expect when there a pandemic but what can you do?! Lol

Its an amazing walmart! The most cleanest one I have ever been in! The employees are incredibly nice and will make conversation when they can! Im just amazed how tidy it is for such a big store can get!

It’s just like any other Walmart. Reduced the rating to only 4 stars simply because of the amount of out of stock items. A supply chain like Walmarts should never have that much empty shelf space.

The curb side pickup associates were the friendliest and most ready to help that I have seen. Great work Massena Walmart

Fantastic ty. You didnt have luguine pasta. No lg containers of margarine. No biggie. Understandable with the pandemic.

Not familiar with Walmart? Its a giant department store that looks like it sells just about everything, yet fairly often doesnt have what Im looking for. Lots of people are working there, yet customer service is usually non-existent. The entire front of the store is lined with registers, but only two or three are open, so you might as well ring yourself out. But hey, the prices are cheaper than most anywhere else.

Had my jack daniels mixed cocktails I wanted and all the food i needed to stock up my home. I love Walmart for its convenience

Hardly any registers open ! If I wanted to do self check out I would apply for a job there! So dumb! Then the guy in lawn and garden on the scooter is not so pleasant! If you dont like your job nor people find a different job! Other then that Walmart is Walmart !

Customer service has made a very large error. Long story shirt returned something that was over $700. Instead if refunding me since it was online order they had to ship it back. They never shipped it back to the 3rd party leaving me out $755. Still fighting this.

They made me work for free. Then ask me if Im stealing when I leave. The nerve.

Clean and organized. friendly employees and lots of great clearance sales. One downside is the cashier charged me full price on clearance items on my last visit so CHEAK YOUR RECEIPTS. Had to waste time going to customer service. They returned money no problem the upside is customer service was very friendly and quick

They never seem to have Pokemon cards. Also, there stock is in middle of the floor constantly in the middle of the day. Shouldnt stock be done before opening and near closing?!?

Always stocked well in the grocery department. Clearance and other savings marked really well also.

One of the better super Walmarts around management an associates are very friendly and helpful. Most importantly the Pepsi isles always filled with soda in the toy department is top notch

I like to do my Wal-mart shopping at Massena N.Y.

How much sense does it make to have your employees wear masks if they’re gonna take them off. I just left after being checked out by this really short woman and I am disgusted. This girl pulled her mask down in front of me, wiped her nose with her hand and pulled her mask back up without using sanitizer. Then proceeded to touch all of my items. She was terribly unfriendly and slow on top of being careless during a pandemic. Do better, Walmart.

The place never has any help

Way bigger than I expected. Hours are changing due to COVID restrictions unrolling so they are not open 24/7 but they are open for most of day.

Terrible service. I sat over 20 minutes in outside pick up without attention or acknowledgement. I called the store 3xs asking for help. The clerk told me its not her department. I went into the store, speaking with 4 employees outside asking for their help. Inside 2 clerks didnt know what to do. The total time for my planned, ordered and suppose to be non contact pick up was over 35 minutes - for 1 item.

Very good but mgmt needs to have mens room maint crew check abd sjgn every hakf hour! 3 times at 3 visits handicap stall was made an unseable mess. And first time at front mens room handicap stall found and turned in to mgmt cocaine chopping blade sitting on top of toilet tissue dispenser.Needs front end cash register mgmt on site at all times to watch and control problem shoppers. Chargeable newspapers should should be next to checkout cashier counter to pay with customer operated checkouts. Same for Walmart handled shopping bags.With 4th wave mutated COVID, every other customer operated checkout should be shut down and more cashier registers open for faster customer exit and prevent jammed up long cashier waiting lines. Front end mgmt should help with cashier line reduction and not stand around doing nothing or disappearing.. I have 7 years large major grocery chain experience at NE- OH, Wstrn NY and SE FL. The faster the customers can pay and exit store with purchases, the faster and higher volume customer business and open restockage time available saving store operatiing costs!

Place is filled with the local riffraff. You really get to see the bottom of society when you come here.
