UPDATE: After putting 2500 miles on this car 30 days in, I had to finish getting to work by walking. It has 5 pages of diagnostic codes where two shops (one was Waikem Honda) said it could be a lot of things. My local shop said theyd never seen a diagnostic list this long before. After asking Waikem to take the vehicle back and offering to buy something else from them, the answer was only a 25% discount on repair since I did not have an extended warranty. I have no idea what to do at this point. Buyer beware!Quality used Honda CRV that went through their shop with no expense spared. Amanda Shafer was great and a veteran on top of that. It was a 4.5 hr drive for us to get there but I will be willing to make that trip again for the next vehicle and hope to work with Amanda again.

Interested in a car they have that’s something you can’t find everyday. They told me they’d call me and keep me updated throughout the service process. Weeks go by, I think it didn’t pass inspection, find it still online, contact them and it has a deposit now. Said they will update me if it becomes available again but couldn’t update me as they said the first time.Must not take out of state buyers seriously.

I wouldn’t even give one star but did for review purpose. The salesmen were very unprofessional! They did not want to take my trade in so they told me that none of the banks came back with an answer, funny though because other car places got something back from the bank. They tried selling me some partner car insurance they were in with but didn’t want to do anything else for me. I was told that it was impossible to use my car as a trade in and have a payment that would be below a certain amount, however other places came up with a lower payment rate. This place was nothing as their commercial advertised. I would not recommend or waste your time at this place. Also they delete bad reviews and keep only the good ones, so this is the second time I’m reviewing them.

Very unhappy with my experience. They sold me a car that had numerous problems. I took it back after having it for three weeks because oil light came on and there was not any oil in the car it took three quarts to even show on the dip stick. On the way home from buying it the car key battery came on to replace, the washer fluid came on. Dave Waikem only gave me back a portion of the money. Totally took me for about $5,000. I was so surprised and disappointed. I will never do business with Waikem again. I will tell friends and family about how Waikem took me for a lot of money. I would have thought they would have made it right but did not.

We were told that our van was included in bankruptcy and we should let it go back. He assured us that it was true and showed us reports. So we purchased a 2019 mini van from them. Found out later that the other van wasn’t included and we are held liable for it. He gave us false information. We would never have purchased another vehicle knowing this. I think they should be held accountable for their mistake. We will never trust this dealership again.

I drove 7 hours from central Illinois to the Waikem dealership, for an online advertised deal on a used truck. It was almost too good to be true. So, I was a bit skeptical about the truck.
