This is the second time I have used Southside custom Collision. The first time I was in a really bad accident. A car hit me from behind while I was at a standstill. The car somehow went up under mine and shoved everything underneath up inside the back of my car including where my spare tire is kept with access to it from the inside. They had to cut the whole area there out and welded a brand new one in. Along with other areas that needed replaced they had to repaint a lot of it. It was blended in perfectly! My car was only 2 years old at the time and to tell you how bad the damage was it came to 9,200 with no second hand parts. Thank God the other guy had insurance! Dont hesitate to use Southside customs!! I have a 2016 Subaru Forester that looks brand new again!

This is THE best place you could take your vehicle to for repairs! Jen and Tim were so kind and professional even despite my insurance company giving them a difficult time. Southside Customs did an amazing job on my vehicle (front bumper & hood), can’t even tell anything ever happened to it! It was washed, and the interior even cleaned for return to me. This will be the only place I ever go for repairs and will always recommend to others!

This place was awesome !!! I got my car stolen about a month ago and I called because when it was found it had damage and I wanted to get it to someone ASAP. I called The husband ( can’t remember his name ) but he had someone out to my house withiN 30 mins to a hour to tow it . They are connected I think to a towing company so it’s all right there . Got my insurance out and got everything done ASAP! Got my car back and it’s running smooth. Place is very professional and gets everything done in a timely manner deff recommend !!

Unfortunately I have had to have my car repaired several times. Fortunately I have taken my car to Southside Customs each time. I will always, and forever, take my vehicle to them. Whether it be for repairs, detailing, etc. They are a wonderful family-owned shop and they care a great deal about making sure your vehicle looks better than it even did before your accident. They always go above and beyond and I will forever appreciate their attentiveness and caring nature.

This is the only body shop I trust! They will make your vehicle look like new again. They also do not let insurance companies bully you into using inferior parts. I have have them fix two different vehicles of mine and sent several others! Everyone I sent there way has thanked me for it. They also paid part of my deductible super helpful! But honestly even if they cost twice as much as the other guys (they don’t) it would be worth it thats how awesome they are!!!

Had a fender bender with a tree stump in our Nissan. I knew just the people to call! I have always known Jenn since high school but never really needed any body work for any of my cars. Let me say her and Tim are the nicest people Ive run across in a long time. It is very hard to find kindness now a days. Not only did they treat us nicely, and professionally, but efficiently. Jenn kept me updated through out the process and helped me out when I had insurance questions. We got money back instead of owing money, and our car looked better than the day we purchased it brand new. Then when I went to pick up our car, there was a gift from them on the passenger seat...I mean come on!! That is over and above excellent service!! I will never go anywhere else and recommend everyone to them even if its just for some amazing detailing. By the way the fender bender in the back passenger panel is nothing less than perfection! My Chevrolet Malibu looked showroom new over 3 years after I originally drove the car off the dealer lot. I could no longer see any dents, dings, or paint imperfections that were there when I took the car in to Soutside Customs. I would definitely not hesitate to recommend this business for any auto detailing or paint and body repair.

So my story is long and starts out very bad but after my experience, I would not use anyone else. I locked myself out of my car. So I called AAA they sent out patriot towing to open my car for me. When the guy got there, he made me fill out a form which said if he damaged my car, he and the company would not be at fault for it. I signed, because I had no other options. The guy (after saying he was a pro) scratched the hell out of the inside of the door and the chassis. He also damaged the inner tubing along the door. I then called AAA back to inform them of the damage as well as send them photos. I then got a call from Southside Customs and Auto Spa from (who i think was the owner) Informing me they would fix my car at no charge to me. He asked me to swing by so the could take there own photos. I did and the guy apologized then set me up with a date to get it fixed. Well life happened and I had to move the date back due to death in the family, work related things, and I live In Columbus so I had to plan out getting up there and not being stuck there. This whole time they where very understanding and did not redact their offer just because I could not be there on the date they set for me. I finally was able to get up there on a weekday. I dropped the car off on Tuesday and they where so nice. They got started right away and did a great job on it. I just got my car back after 3 full days in their shop. As I said I would go there if I was ever in need of auto repairs in the future. P.S. I was informed after I got my car that the PRO was let go and after the experience I had I believe that ( if under the same ownership) patriot towing is a first class company and would give them a second chance.

I am an extremely picky person with my cars. This place is the ONLY body shop I will let work on my vehicles!! The attention to detail is like no other in my experience. Exceptionally clean facility. You wont be disappointed with the service they provide.

This is the 2nd time Ive brought my vehicle to Southside Customs and once again they did a phenomenal job! I was nervous about Southside Customs being able to match the paint job but they did so without issue...matching the paint perfectly! Great experience. Obvious that customer service is a number one priority. The owners worked hard to give me repair options that fit my budget, but also did not scrimp on quality. We had road rash repaired on an aluminum alloy rim. Work was completed in the time promised, was of the quality expected, and the vehicle was spotless when we picked it up. Take a quick tour of the shop and you will quickly know the attention to detail that the Ebers put into their family business. The facility is the cleanest auto garage I have ever seen. I would highly recommend using Southside Customs to anyone who is in need of collision repair services - and their $250 off your insurance deductible is really helpful if your insurance has a high deductible.
