Had oil change done in timely fashion. Frank was very helpful so much so that I went back and got 4 new tires. Frank helped me pick out the right tires for my car, got good price and excellent service. He also explained how to receive my rebate . I will be going back in the future.

Dont normally get my oil changes done here. My usual place was busy so I went here on a Saturday they got me in quickly. And I was in and out in about 40 minutes. The advisor was friendly as can be told me about what my car might need in the future. Really great experience for being a first time customer. Will definitely consider coming back to Quick Lane in the future.

I had an almost comical experience at this place. I bought my car at Waikem two weeks ago, and a suspension component was loose, so I brought it here to get fixed after my salesperson said they could fix it at a price that beat my normal mechanic. After the first repair, I got the car back and the alignment was completely wrong, the steering wheel was off to the right quite a bit when going straight. They also charged me for drilling out a bolt that Waikem had broken off in my trunk lid, which was supposed to be free according to my salesperson. I called my salesperson who told me to bring it back in and they would make these things right. When I got there, I had to call my salesperson because they wouldnt refund me the 16 dollars they had incorrectly charged me for the bolt. My salesperson gave me 20 dollars out of his own wallet it appeared. After that, the mechanic who first did my alignment stated to me that everyones center is different, so yours must just be different from mine. I will just go ahead and move it a little to the left. This alarmed me, as I am pretty sure cars should have a standard alignment that is straight in the center, not just arbitrarily moving things to the left. Also, what kind of bogus statement is that, saying that everyones center is different? Im pretty sure center is center, no matter what anyones opinion is.He only worked on my car for 20 minutes (a good alignment should take at least an hour) and I got it back with the wheel still sitting to the right while going straight. I will not be returning here, but will instead go back to my normal, trusted mechanic to do a correct alignment.
