The screen on my radio kept gone off, they had a service bulletin issued sometime last year 2020 they did the update in the spring but it continued to go off so they had to replace the radio. Kevin, service advisor was fantastic and both times that I was there. Very personable gentleman very accommodating and he took the time to explain everything that was going on. I appreciate those kind of people and will continue to give Progressive my business.
They are extremely helpful, professional and always go out of their way to make sure to go above and beyond for the customer. They always make sure I am not inconvenienced and offer me a free rental car in the past and also this time. I will continue to go there and they will always get my business. They have earned a lifetime customer in me.
Scheduled both cars for oil changes and they scheduled them so we wouldn’t be without Both cars. Mike was awesome when I dropped off the wrangler and locked it up out front so I could pick it up after hours. Rob followed up on our renegade and a key issue. He figured out I need new fobs and it’s covered under my warranty. So nice to have well informed people helping me resolve the issue. Not sure who the techs were working on the cars but they alway make sure the cars are as clean as I left it and it’s appreciated. Grey job!

The oil change went well. I just think that dealership service staff should try to make your visit more comfortable by being more welcoming. Often it is awkward and uncomfortable entering a service area at a dealership. This was my first visit here for an oil change and like any other service area….uncomfortable!Perhaps it’s just women coming in, I don’t know. There is no above and beyond in auto service areas. Sad really, it’s not that hard to get up and greet someone. Walk a new customer thru the process.
Purchased a new vehicle here and recently just had a service done. I had a pretty healthy list most of it being covered under warranty warranty. They took care of everything and even provided a temporary vehicle for me to drive while the repairs were completed. Service manager went above and beyond. Happy with service

I took my car to get a diagnostic because my light was on. Kane (not sure if his title) was absolutely fantastic. Not only did I get everything taken care of with my car, but he called everyday to give updates. His customer service and professionalism was phenomenal!

Had and still have a problem with me 2017 Dodge grand caravan.the transmission will downshift and make a nasty noise almost every day.i took to progressive and it was there Mon-Thursday.I got a call and was told there was nothing wrong.Well,there is something wrong but my warranty ends in 4,000 miles so I kinda figured they wouldnt find anything even though a very known mechanic (jeff at V&S in Massillon) said there was definately a problem.Strange the time it was there it only had 1 mile put on it. My last vehicle from Progressive and I will send a nice letter to Chrysler.I did a search and there has been many with this problem but most all were out of warranty.Richard Lamp

He took care of my rental while my vejicle.was being serviced and I even got a free car wash. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything on my vehicle to me. Went in for recalls on my truck and Kevin helped me understand the process while staying in contact with me during everything. The techs even inspected my vehicle so I know what will need attention in the future but they did not pressure me to get it done there because we do our own work at home. Overall, highly satisfied and we have other vehicles we plan to take to Progressive as well.
Progressive is amazing! My 2020 had a check engine light on it, I had called my dealership and they told me it would be three weeks until they could get to me. Progressive worked me in the very next day and had a loaner car waiting for me as soon as I got there! All of my cars will be bought from here from now on!

I did not personally buy my vehicle here I bought it a little over an hour away and it had tons of issues within the first 30 days. I took it to Progressive and they not only diagnosed it, but went to bat for me and helped get the dealership I bought it from to pay for all of the repairs. I had an oil change, tire rotation, wiper blades replaced, a key fob battery replaced, start/stop issue repaired, and a water leak in the roof due to a clogged drain repaired. I can’t thank Kane enough for working me into the mechanic schedule because I was unable to schedule appointment because of work schedule. I was there the previous week and was unable to get the repairs done so when I came back this week Kane made sure to take care of me and give me a great price for the work that needed done! Let me also mention the repairs were done under 2 hours which included ( oil change, tire rotation, multipoint inspection, 4 wheel alignment, power brake flush, cleaned fuel system and even fixed a lug nut) Wow! Progressive had to replace a seatbelt that was covered under warranty. They had to order the part and replace it. It took a couple of days to get the part and put it in.

I took my Jeep in for a recall and to get my A/C fixed. They ran into some unforeseen problems that were pretty costly. Not only did they repair the problem they also worked with me on the price as well. During this time with the pandemic everyone is struggling in their own way. Kevin and John went up and beyond to help me and make the repairs affordable.
