Despite having to unexpectedly get 4 new tires I will have to say that anytime I need tires or brake work done I will always come here. They got me in quick to check my SUV out and then got me in first thing the following morning! Not only were they quick to get my SUV situated both gentlemen there (I wish I was better with names) were very kind, informative and just good people to talk to! Im glad they got me back on the road and retired my bubbly tires (which I didnt even know I had) and fixed my brakes so I can safely drive!

Probably not the cheapest place in town, but the work was done quickly and competently. You really do get what you pay for. Would have been 5 stars but customer-facing worker wears mask under the nose instead of doing it correctly. The pandemic is still going on, people!

Horrible. I had a good experience with them a few years back but I will never give them my business again. They take advantage big time! Don’t buy into their “Warranty” bit either... they find loopholes. I never write reviews, but I couldn’t let this one slide. Beware.

Well where do I begin🤔 I purchased a Groupon for an oil change at the Ziegler Tire on Arlington Rd, mind you 20 mins from my home. I get there only for the man (which was the manager) tell me I needed an appointment. While there was nobody there waiting he would not change my oil even after telling him I drove 20 mins. Now that I understand the whole thing about you don’t have to go where you purchased the Groupon from this won’t happen to me again. Anyway he proceeds to tell me that it states that on the Groupon site that I needed to schedule an appointment I not only tell him but show him it does not say that on there (still would not change my oil). Very nasty guy😡😡 Fast forward I then ask him if there is anywhere else I could go that would honor this Groupon he pints me back down to where I live. Great customer service that you can trust. Jim and the staff are courteous. I had a difficult time finding an honest auto shop that I could trust that wouldnt drain you for every penny until I found Zeigler and Jim and his staff. Thank you for all your hard work and honesty.

I stopped in to get a tire plugged. I knew exactly where my tire was leaking. Instead of only plugging the tire, they tried to tell me that another tire was also leaking and that it could not be plugged due to the hole being in the side wall. OMG, I needed to buy new tires from them!!! Interestingly enough, they had an amazing deal on tires that fit my truck perfectly...hmph. I refused, had them put my spare on, and asked to see their prices on low, middle, and high tier tires in my size so I could comparison shop. They reluctantly gave me two prices on tires after my service. When I checked the tire myself later that day, there was no leak in the other tire...it was a scam to try and force me to buy tires from them. DO NOT SHOP HERE! They will try to take advantage of you if you are not an informed consumer! They should be ashamed of this business tactic of trying to take advantage of consumers who need a necessary part fixed.

The most expensive tire shop. Period. Everything is way overpriced. And don’t get a tire plugged....it costs as much there as a used tire installed elsewhere. Go anywhere else and save minimum 50%. And they try to upsale you to spend more. Horrible experience. I would only send you there if I didn’t like you.

Will never come back to this place. Wife generously took car in for me since I had to work. They told me all my breaks and rotors were bad only to take it elsewhere and they found only the front rotors were bad. They saw my wife as a young and uniformed car person and tried to take advantage. Will never come back to this place!!!

4 new tires and alignment done in about an hour, well treated with friendly service, will visit again

Ok now that I got my truck repaired I can expose Ziegler Tire on Hills and Dales for the crooks they are ( or try to be?) . On the left you will see a repair estimate from Ziegler Tire for $ 846.46! Of which I said NO to and they still charged me $42 to look at it. On the right you will see the invoice for Cain Toyota that charged me a grand total of $197.32 which even includes alignment and tire rotation! You will notice that Ziegler Tire also attempted to sell me a lower ball joint that did not need replaced. But even with a ball joint added, should that be a difference of $600? I dont think so....Buyer beware! On a side note: Ziegler Tire told me that the ball joints on my truck are the original ones and thats why they should be replaced. Cain Toyota looked it up in their system and found that both ball joints were replaced in 2006 due to a recall before i even owned the truck. and there is nothing wrong with them. 2nd side note: when I confronted them about why it would cost so much, they explained to me that its because they use quality parts made by Moog. Ironically the same part Cain Toyota used! — at Ziegler Tire.
