Excellent service. Very thorough in keeping our vehicle in top performance and shape. Dave was super helpful, patient and professional in taking the time to make sure we understood everything we had questions about. The other dealerships we went to always made us feel rushed and like a number in a line. But Dave makes us feel like valued customers. Very comfortable getting our truck serviced here.

This was my first oil change at this dealership for my Corvette. The experience was very positive and the service adviser was extremely informative. I had a coupon for $5 off, a multi-point inspection and a free car wash. The price was lower than other car service and oil change franchises. I shall return.

Weve bought a couple cars from progressive and they have been more than good to us! From buying our car to servicing has been great! Dave price worked with us recently on diagnosis and fixing our problem and he was awesome and professional! I would recommend buying and servicing your car from here! Had car oil changed and serviced and had plastic shroud around base of drivers seat replaced. Did excellent job. Price of part was reasonable, but felt labor fee was high for no longer than it took to complete.

I purchased a 2017 Cruze two years ago from Progressive Chevrolet in Massillon and have had no problems since, Ive put over 50K miles on the car so far. I have went to Progressive for every oil change and for every maintenance need and they are always happy to help. It is about 45min drive from me, and still worth the time to get quality work. A+

I took my truck in for regular oil change and recommended transmission service. After this service and driving at highway speeds of 65mph plus the steering locked up. I could not turn to the right. Using considerable amounts of effort I was able to get off the road. I called Progressive. The service department person I talked to forwarded my to a phone that went to voice mail. I left a message two plus hours ago and still no call back. I was able to get my truck to Progressive for them to get it in the shop. Upon turning into the lot the steering locked up again. When the transported came to take the truck into the maintenance bay the steering locked up again. After waiting some time I was told the issue was resolved. I asked what the problem was at which time I notice slight hesitation in the response. It turns out the technician that serviced my vehicle yesterday 20 Oct 2021 left a tool inside the engine compartment that ended up interfering with the steering components. This is very disconcerting to me for many reasons number one being safety. I have other issues with Progressive Auto Group related to this service visit but I will not address them here.

These guys really knocked it out of the park, somebody give them a raise!I was having issues with my Cruze, and another Chevy dealer had quoted me $700 in repairs but couldn’t explain why I needed the services they were suggesting or if it would take care of the issues I was having. When I brought my car to Progressive Chevy, they confirmed my suspicions that my original quote was dishonest and that I didn’t need half of those services. Not only did my car feel 100% better when I left, but the bill was almost HALF the price at $378.Jay, my service advisor, was amazing. He kept me updated every step of the way, thoroughly explained all repairs before doing anything, told me which common issues to look out for in my car and even replaced the batteries in my key for me!Angelina was extremely sweet and helpful in getting me set up with Kevin, who took 45 minutes out of his day to walk me through my options for possibly trading in my car for something newer. He gave me honest, knowledgeable advice and never once pressured me to make a purchase that would be unwise in my current situation.I live 45 minutes from Progressive Chevy but the drive is absolutely worth it, I will continue to bring my car here any time I need a repair!

Wasnt going to write a bad review, but after a couple text messages urging me to leave one from Progressive, I guess I will. I called to schedule an oil change & tire rotation and the lady over the phone informed me that there was also a recall to be performed on my vehicle and asked if Id like that done as well, which I agreed to. It was for an ECM update. I asked how long it would take and she said something along the lines of it wouldnt add too much time in addition to the oil change. I scheduled the service for 10:30 the next morning, brought my vehicle in and told the service guy Id stick around at the dealership. I was expecting to be there for 2 hours tops. At about 1:30, after 3 hours of waiting patiently I texted the service guy Dave to ask if my vehicle would be done soon because I had an important meeting to attend in Akron at 2:30pm and needed to leave by 2:00 at the latest. I asked if I should wait for my vehicle or if I should get a Lyft to Akron and back so I wouldnt miss the meeting. Got no reply in 10-15 minutes so I went into the garage to ask him in person. He told me they were rotating the tires now and theyd be pulling my truck around in 10-15 minutes, so I waited. My truck wasnt done for about another 40 minutes and I completely missed the meeting. I would not have been upset if they would have been straightforward with me, as I couldve scheduled a ride to and from Akron, but they completely lied to my face and caused me to miss the meeting. I dont know if my vehicle wasnt a priority, as 5 quarts of the oil change was free due to buying the vehicle there or if there was a lack of communication between the workers there in the service department; but at the end of the day I was completely lied to. Not a good first impression from the Progressive Auto Group and not sure if Ill purchase a vehicle from them in the future if their service department completely disregards their customers needs. Never had any problems from a competitors dealership where I purchased my last vehicle and will more than likely go back to them for my next.

The overhead console in my 2018 Silverado came loose took it in and I was charged $140 to have three screws replaced $140 thats ridiculous first this truck only has 26,000 miles on its like new the three screws that were in the overhead came loose thats either a factory defect or poor manufacturing that should have been covered by Chevy and it should have never cost me $140 I will never come back
