Stopped in at local store to get Christmas stocking gifts for wife on most recent visit. Store is always clean, well stocked, and organized flawlessly. Super friendly and helpful employees made it a cinch.

My wife and I shop here all the time. But after my experience today I have no plans to ever go back. Sometimes we would just go in and look around after shopping at walmart or getting food . Since they get new products and scents all the time its neat to go look around. That being said we do end up buying things. We have wall airfresheners in 3 rooms, plenty of candles, a freshener for our car, and our bath room is always overstocked with their soap. Today we came in and were looking around at the different products. We were there browsing looking at the new seasonal easter and spring collection. It was at this point one of the employees came up to to us and said I see you guys in here all the time and you never buy anything can I help you find anything. I have never been so insulted. The store was empty and she said it with such an attitude as if we were wasting her time. At that point we were both kinda dumbfounded and we put our stuff back and walked out. After this encounter I have no plans to ever buy from bath and body works again.

Lots to choose from and of course they were having a sale. The staff was friendly and courteous.Lines were a tad long, but again nothing that didnt move quickly or werent tolerable.

Lol went to bath and body works. My husband stood in line outside for an hour and 14 minutes while my mother in law and I waited in the car with my 6 month old and 2.5 year old cause it was 32 degrees out. Then when he got close, we went and met him in line. Store employee (didnt catch her name, blonde hair) said we cant save places in line and told us to go to the back of the line despite him being next to go in the store so we left. 🙃What a WASTE of time.

Some of the management have inflated egos for working at a store that sells scented lotions. My daughter worked there for a few hours and was told she lacked critical thinking skills...tell me why you need critical thinking skills to sell lotions and candles? This manager is demeaning and a miserable person. I have told all of my family and friends how this woman treats other human beings!!

Update your hours on your website. It states youre open on Sunday at 10 am. Either open the doors or update your hours.

Will not honor my bath body works app rewards. Will not honor in app coupons. App and coupons were all up to date and valid.

Today must have been a bad day for staff. Showed up at opening for the semi annual sale (which i wait for every year). 5 staff members in store, seemed irritated by my existence with a toddler. Registers were giving one of them troubles amd the other 4 staff didnt seem to want to try. Once my toddler began throwing a fit then magically we can try a second register and whalaah it worked. Usually staff are super nice and super helpful. On this day, not so much.

I went to the Massilllon store for hand soap sale on May 29th. When I got home there were coupons from bath and body works. I called the store the next morning asking if I could buy more product and get the $10 off for spending $40. The woman said yes. I took my receipt, pick out more soap and went to pay. At the wi die the woman was very rude to me. I told her I had called and spoke to someone just an hour prior. She basically called me a liar. She said they only received 1 call that morning and it was regarding something else. I was shocked. I told her I no longer wanted the extra merchandise and I would never be back again. She didnt seem to even care. Long time customer will never return again. Cindy Young

The smells are truly exciting in this place. Its like a wonderland. They have all-year round smells, and then their seasonal scents. Some of their seasonal scents include flannel, marshmallow fireside, naughty or nice, and cinnamon for christmas. There are many others but there are too many for me to list...better go see for yourself!

Everyone is always so welcoming and friendly in the store. Always a lot to choose from. Good sales are always available.

I love this store! The Massillon Marketplace service is great. I do wish the scent called Flannel came in more than hand soap, though.

The place was really clean and organized so bright and colorful. The manager seemed a bit rude tho I started to ask her permission to take a few photos of the place because the ones on there dont look as good as they could or really show how beautifully kept the place was. But she cut me off before I could finish my sentence.

We had exceptionally very courteous staff as expected. We purchased some items that were on sale and we used coupons they sent to us in the mail. We also made another purchase and also used an online coupon. All in all we had great savings.
