I used to give 5 stars. No problems with coffee or customer service. I dont know what has happened in the past 6 months but no one can make my coffee right. Theres no point in making mention because they all look at you in surprise or disgust. Once the boy at the window asked what do you want us to do?. I still visit because I love Starbucks!!

The drinks taste watered down. I went inside to see what they had inside and the staff acted like I wasnt there and ignored me. IAfter around 10 minutes of me standing there looking stupid they asked me what I wanted. Noone spoke, noone was cordial or friendly, positive or upbeat. I doubt Ill be going back. Id rather go to Dunkins

Even when the line is wrapped around the building staff is always pleasant and friendly.

I have strict dietary restrictions. I ordered a green tea with no sweetener, which you’d think would be really simple. I can get very ill if I consume sugar, which the drink contained. This was a very easy thing that required a very small amount of attention.

Must have been a rough morning, for the staff or the individual who made the drink didnt want to confess they didnt know how to make the drink. I ordered French vanilla latte and it was unable to drink it. The drink had way to much syrup and barely any milk. Ended up dumping and making at home, which I should have done to begin with. Waste of my money

I think its over priced. But great coffee

Went to Starbucks at after 8 pm and they were no longer serving decaf coffee. That was disappointing, but the real frustration was the crazy long wait for the amount of cars ahead of me. Finally get to the window and it took an additional 4+ minutes for two PLAIN coffees and some cream. Lastly, I was charged a whole dollar for sweet cream for a tall.Waste of time and money.

I dont know why, but it gives me places I dont go to. I personally dont drink coffee, but my friends do so I will give it a 5 star based off of them.

This Starbucks is pretty decent and has mostly friendly staff. I had an experience once where a girl got frustrated and started talking about me to another coworker in the headset. I work at Starbucks and would never be that unprofessional or treat a partner that way. Yes, we get discounts but we still pay for good service. After that experience I don’t come back much unless I’m in the area.

Love my Starbucks people! Sometimes it gets frustrating when new people are training but if you have a little patience with them its all good! And anytime there is an issue they remedy it fairly quickly so it all works out

Great staff and wonderfully good coffee and drinks

First time here in a long time. Got a Mango Dragonfruit Refresher on the am. Them went back in the evening for another one, as well as 1 Strawberry frappuccino and a chocolatey chip frappuccino!

The wait time here is insane. Waited 25 minutes in line. There is no excuse for that and ordered a salted Carmel mocha and they gave us regular mocha ...

The app states that online ordering is available for in store pick up and drive thru. Upon arriving, your door was locked and I had no choice but to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru!! I would have never ordered and paid if I knew this was the case. Get it together!!

Beware of ordering dairy free beverages at this location if you have dairy allergies. I haven’t had issues at other locations, but this one either messed up my order or cross contaminated it with items previously used on dairy beverages.

This used to be my second favorite location, but recently undertrained staff and alot of focus. They need to return to their pre-situation level of quality.

Staff is very polite but drive through wait times tend to be a title longer at this location than other locations

The only reason they even got 3 stars is because the young girl with the nose ring is the only sweet one there!!! The guy with the beard is rude incompetent and deaf...we told him 4times NO WHIP AND HE HANDED U EX WHIPPED CREAM. He practically threw my friends white hot mocha at her and was so rude...sorry Starbucks but you all need an attitude adjustment and to be fired all except the young girl with the glasses and nose ring

The wait time is absolutely insane! You should not have to wait 45 minutes in a drive through! And you can’t get out because you are stuck!

The parking was great. I simply met someone here to pick up an online purchase. Didnt get anything from the store.

I come here frequently, so my experiences have varied. Sometimes it’s a quick stop, but if they have any sort of line they seem to struggle to keep up.The most frustrating time was when I was waiting to pick up a mobile order. I stood inside for about 5 minutes before they asked what I was waiting on, and only then did they start preparing my order.Overall the service is pretty friendly and the location isn’t too difficult to get in and out of.It’s Starbucks, so the flavors and portion sizes are all standard.

Very friendly staff. I use the order ahead app and they seem to be out of what I ordered a lot when o get there to pick up my items. But they are nice and offer suggestions for replacements, even gave me a free drink a couple times.I just went through the drive thru and James chatted me up while I was waiting for my bagel bites. He was upbeat and happy. It totally made my morning.

I Dont really like coffee and I. Seriously dont like to pat outrageous prices for a fancy coffee! The staff are always friendly and somewhat knowledgeable! My wife loves their coffee but I really believe they should lower a little bit their prices I mean 3 dollars for a bottle of water really?

Slow service due to a power outrage but my drink was correct, the service was great and with a smile. This store is better then all that I visited in FL and in this area. They are doing something great here!

Girls night out for me and my young daughter. The staff was very friendly and sweet to us! The coffee and apple juice were delicious, and our cinnamon buns were warm and tasty!

Not that good for price

Coffee was good. Staff was rude. I asked for my croissant not to be heated up and it was. I politely asked them for new one. The woman at the window left the window opened where I could here them talking badly about me. Not professional at all

Extra caramel drizzle please!

Ordered my usual churro frap which is a vannilla bean frap with white mocha and cinnamon dolce syrup, caramel drizzle and cinnamon on top. I pull up to the window and first they tried to give me somebody elses order then they give me a plain vanilla frap with nothing in it. Husband already pulled away and there was 12 cars in line and we already had to wait 8 mins on one car. I paid $6 for a $4 drink. The label clearly stated what I ordered.

I met a friend here a couple of times to help her with her resume. This Starbucks is conveniently located in the Massillon Wal-Mart plaza. It has steady drive-through traffic but the inside dining area was not busy both times I was there.

Great place to hang out. Chat with friends or just some alone time, either way... its all good.

Love our store everyone is happy and nice. Food & drinks are great. Only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is the chairs are heavy and as everyone moves them around are very very loud & annoying!! They mop and sweep at you while we are eatting and trying to have a conversation!

Fast and friendly service. This place isnt as busy as other locations, so getting in and out is easier. Employees are always friendly too. My daughter loves coming here with friends (and then posting that they are here lol). This Starbucks is conveniently located right by the Walmart and other stores at the Massillon Marketplace shopping center.

Waited in the drive thru for ten minutes before finally getting the chance to order. The drive thru worker must have been friends with the lady in front of me, and we all heard their chit-chat through the speaker. Backed the line up just for personal conversation.

To start off the young lady couldn’t get the order correct and had to place two separate orders. Had a bad experience today with the Massillon location at Market place. I ordered a Caramel Frappe. First sip I took was horrible. The carmel tasted quite old like a sour taste. It went straight to the trash. Last time I visit Starbucks in Massillon.

I hate to give this place 3 stars but theres a lot going on there. Often the employees distract each other from talking too much. Watched person stop making my drink to chat to employee about their pet. Wait time is a bit long but I can stand that. Frustrating part is that they only get the drink right about 75% of the time. Its not uncommon to ask for them to fix your drink.

You say theres better coffee? Where! Cant wait till the one in New Philadelphia is open!

Ordered a spinach mozzarella wrap. Got to work only to find they gave me a cheese danish. It was OK. But not what I ordered.

Its coffee and way to much happyness, and its expensive, but the coffee is so good. But why cant i just order a small, medium or large, why do i gotta learn new things to know how to order, im coming in to get a coffee because I aint, got my coffee yet, i aint awake yet and you expect me to know what a venty frap is, sounds like a type of fart sound, onomatopoeia style. So why cant i just order a large coffee?

Massillon Starbucks...good coffee didnt even have to buy a Duncan donuts coffee to drink while I was getting my Starbucks service.

Service was great but the coffee was a disappointment. Lukewarm and with an almost burnt taste it is not something I will be going back for any time soon.

The staff is always rude here at this location and my caramel macchiato always taste like straight milk👎 I always order 2 larges an only one staff member can make it right and hes always full of smiles an kindness. Hes a very sweet guy but always at the drive thru. I hope he gets all the tips because hes the only one worth receiving them!

Way over priced, Dunkin donuts is way better and cheaper.
