They wouldnt sell me a pack of cigarettes because I had my 16 yr old son with me lol and they said he looked like a grown man on camera and he had no ID...If i could rate a 0 I would it wouldnt let me he wasnt one buying them Im a 45 year grown woman...Dont take your kids with you too Walgreens in Massillon on lincolnway if you want tobacco lol smh
Came in 15 minutes prior to close to get a passport photo taken. Asked if it was too late, young man working assured me it wasnt and was super friendly and cheerful as we took a few photos to make sure we got a usable picture. Late in the day Im sure he had plenty to do to close the store, but he took the time and made sure I was taken care of. Much appreciated.
Terrible experience. Only told it was a corporate problem when registered online for a covid test to get there and find out pharmacy wasnt open. They need to fix the problem with corporate
Called in a script Thursday, got a call saying it was ready. I didn’t have time to pick up till Saturday. Went Saturday and they said oops it’s not ready. We have 50 others in front of you! Why then did I get a call saying it was ready and went two days later and it’s still not ready? Worst service at this location, honestly considering switching to the cvs across the street! I have yet to pick up a script and it be ready when they say it is at this location.
Horrible service. The cashier called a rude supervisor to the register who threw my coupon at me. She couldnt read and needs to educate herself before being rude to customers. I will never go back there. There are other stores with people that can read and Google.
Terrible customer service. My husband and I stopped our third time today for a photo book of our honeymoon we had created a couple weeks ago. We received an email Oct 31st it had been received at the store, ready to pick up. Excited, I went, requested it with the associates at the counter. They told me it must not be ready yet because they couldnt find it. I told them the email alerted me it was ready to pick up, but they checked in the computer based off my email and said it wasnt there, to check back later.We returned from out of town 30 min away to pick up again and were told it wouldnt be ready for pickup until November 6th. We questioned why we got an email showing it was ready. The associates on duty didnt know.Today we arrived to pick up, showed the associates the email with order information when they told us again our photo book wasnt there. The gal working definitely wanted to help us, but the manager came, checked, and said it wasnt there either. My husband added some sternness to his voice, saying this is the third time weve come in asking for this and no one can tell us where it is! The manager made excuses, then realized it was an online order, checked a different drawer and it was there! We thanked her and left the store without so much as an apology for the inconvenience to us!It gets better! In the car we pulled up tracking on the package to find it was delivered Oct 31st, when we got the original ready to pickup email. All three times we had stopped to pick up it was there! In a different drawer associates didnt check.... really??? Or perhaps management did not train them to check there?Further we had nothing but problems with the online photo system. Originally we had gotten a 70% off photo book discount code. I spent 6 hours creating a photo book to find at checkout it didnt apply to the one I made, that it was requiring us to pay full price. I opened a new screen to repeat thr process. Clicked on 70% off shop button that then displayed photo book sizes. Apparently all sizes are listed even though only certain sizes are on sale. Quite misleading. Why not only show sizes the discount applies to when you click the discount button? It took me another 4 hours to recreate in a size actually on sale because each photo book format is different so the same photos dont fit the same pages. Beyond frustrating!! Not a customer friendly process whatsoever! Online or in store...Your leadership needs to read Customer Service Revolution by DiJulius III and train accordingly. I dont blame associates on duty for this. I hold leadership responsible for not training or taking ownership of a customers experience. We are the reason you get a paycheck.
This is a wonderful store. The new building is beautiful on the inside and out. The staff is always friendly. The pharmacy was very fast on getting my prescriptions filled for my daughter. There are a lot of items to choose from at decent prices.
Britney was very helpful. She gave me tips on ordering pictures. All the staff members are friendly.
Always greeted at door by friendly staff. Very attentive to your needs.
The old lady who cashiers with short hair and glasses needs to quit or get fired if she hates customers so much!!!
Love this store there always really nice an easy to talk to!
I am extremely disappointed that the pharmacy hours are so short on Sunday... as if people don’t get sick on Sunday.
