Worst Pharmacy ever. Needed meds that were called in, hours before, not filled, was told to come back hours later because the pharmacist was alone. Patient ends up back in the hospital. Unacceptable.

Go somewhere else. Constant issues and attitudes from the pharmacy.

This pharmacy has no manners at all called and they advised medicine will be put back tonight advised can get there in a different state and she was so RUDE I love the store clerks but the pharmacy sucks that is why I never went here if it wasn’t for insurance I would definitely change

Im tired of hearing meds are out of stock because they are expensive, despite ordering every month. The female tech was smart alecy in tone and said it was fine to go elsewhere or ask the Dr for a different med. Not service oriented any more at that store, obviously.

I fill all of my prescriptions here. I love the pharmacy. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. The staff goes out of their way to assist with any issues I have. I switched to this Rite Aid from another closer to Canton because they were so much nicer here. Keep up the good work!

The past 4 times that I have came here the people working in the pharmacy are literally the most lazy people I have come across in life. They tell you to come back one time so you do so, and then they state that oh we were at lunch we forgot. It’s nothing but excuse after excuse with this location there is only one nice person that works in the pharmacy.I give this rite aide a 1 star ⭐️

Ive depended on this store as a quick stop for years and the staff here are amazing!

So far two women in the pharmacy is very nasty, and trying my patience. There only the pharmacy tech. But Julie the pharmacist is extremely nice!!!!!

I have been going to this Rite Aid since 2002 and have always been treated with the utmost respect and given the customer service that could be given. I have been using Rite Aid pharmacies every since I moved to Stark county which was in 1985. I have never had any complaints with any of the store employees, pharmacy employees or any of the pharmacist in any Rite Aid store.

Good for quick trips but you will pay extra for the convenience.

I just called this pharmacy to have several of my prescriptions transferred from my old pharmacy in Maine to this location. The woman I talked to was VERY rude, she acted very put out by my request and even went as far as to suggest that I did not know what pharmacy I was calling. I will NEVER go to another Rite Aid again. Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service. The girl I spoke with obviously had better things to do than to help me transfer my prescriptions.
