We had our roof & siding done on our home. The 3rd Estimate did a wonderful job. The staff was easy to work with. Was able to meet one if the owners of the company. Very nice people. We would recommend them!

Just met Steve the owner he came all the way to Magnolia,Oh just to give me an estimate for possible repair or replacement of my slate roof. Very professional and helpful after taking a look at the roof there actually was no leak and Steve was upfront with me and said it didn’t need repairs!! I’m very happy that he was honest with me and very insightful! I highly recommend this business for all your exterior needs!!

I contacted the third estimate a few months after a storm we had last summer and the next thing I know is Im getting a brand new roof for FREE!! Their in house adjuster (Jim F.) worked with my insurance company to get everything that was damaged approved! Their workmanship was flawless and the crews were in and out with out a problem. Since the roof was free i had purchased brand new windows from them and their financing options were great. I can talk on and on about them but overall I would recommend the third estimate to anyone hands down!
