The employees in this store like to give customers the run around when it comes to lost or misplaced packages dont let them take your info to give you a call back bc they never will make sure they give you a straight answer the first time. Some up-front honesty would have been appreciated, you lost the package just say that the first time. Very unprofessional.
I Highly recommend this location the employee Megan is absolutely amazing she helped me stay calm as I thought I lost my debit card in the same process of trying to fax and copy tons of paperwork she was very very kind and kept me calm and that event I thought I lost my card I know most of you could probably understand how frantic I was she was so sweet and it just blew my mind because I’ve never been treated with such respect in a UPS store before, most of the other ones i’ve been to have no patience, And like I said my whole experience was great due to the employee Megan thank you again for that great experience

Had a return to amazon the machine was down they took the item and said it will be fine!! They lied have called twice they take down my number and info say someone will call and no one does I’m not worried about the 15 dollars I’m worried about their business ethics and their integrity!!! Go somewhere else!!!

Just had the best experience with Danielle at the UPS store. I had to mail some documents for immigration, which Ive heard can be challenging, because you have to include a prepaid envelope with the documents so they can be returned after review, which causes the system to throw an error (from what I understand). She creatively worked with customer service (unfortunately I do not remember his name- but he was incredibly helpful as well) to find a way to make it work for me, and was extremely polite throughout the process even though it was relatively complicated and not at all standard for the store. These documents have strict timelines and she has no idea how much she helped me to change my life for the better.This person is truly good at her job, and that makes all the difference in creating a fantastic customer experience.
The website says there a Notary.The sign says Notary are here to help The lady at the store says they are not. They Lie to attract more buisness.

This store is very poorly an unprofessionally run. I was in there today and the lady at the corner rolled her eyes at me. I suggest driving 10 minutes up the road to the UPS store on Tusc.

The gals here are excellant! Friendly, knowledgeable, and do the very best they can to get you taken care of as expeditiously as possible. Deanna, Danielle & Megan are great to deal with! I enjoy stopping in! I was new at this selling/shipping on Market Place! They were kind and taught me all I needed to know to feel confident .They also stand by their policies, I had a package with damaged goods, Ms. Danielle took great care of my guarantee to reimburse my buyer. Yeah!! Thats all you can ask for from Employees and a business!Hours... Just call first for those driving a ways. That way you wont be dissapointed if they are closed.They offer soo many other things there, greeting cards, shredding, fax, copies, also send U.S.P.S., etc..Proud to have them in Massillon! April/2019I deal with shipping companies of all kinds across the United States almost everyday. And all of my businessis remote ( call in never seeing people face to face). So I have a really good sense about people by just talking to them. This location has people who care about your merchandise as if it were their own. From the initial contact to the presentation of my bill they were always up beat happy and professional. I am so certain of this that I am writing this review before I even receive my hugh 5 large box shipment in the mail. Will definitely use again should need arise. And price was less than I expected. They had to make two trips to pick up merchandise besides. Were eager to help from o n set. E ven after I explained that I have been grossly overcharged in the past by similar stores. Highly recommend !!! This location rates in the top two that I have ever dealt with out of an estimated 45-50 UPS Stores and 100s of other competitors stores. Great place! Lady at the counter helped me to send a package, I had very little clue what I was doing and had a terrible time explaining my return package. She knew what I was trying to say and helped me! I now drop off a lot of my prepaid packages here.
Employees use computer for personal use. This slows the computer down to the point it cannot send and email with attachments. i wasted 45 minutes of my day while employee attempted to get the computer to work.***DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION!
Dont trust these folks: I had a package sent there, they received it, they even signed for it, then they lost it - AND denied it was delivered!

Closes at 2p on Saturday, not 11p. 45 minute drive to get to the “open” UPS Store, and the hours are a lie. Change the hours posted online, I will remove this review.
I used this store to ship a coffee table to Arizona. They packed it and shipped it . Great experience. Highly recommend. Resonably priced, Customer was happy, So was I. Will use again.

Per UPS this store suppose to open till 10 pm on Saturday now 7pm and store closed. I came here to drop package 30 miles drive one way, .. very inconvenient. Management please fix timing.
