My son use to work at this store. The owner is very disrespectful, mean, and look down on his employees. He promotes his workers to higher positions with extra work, but no extra pay. Employees quit every other week because he lacks basic social skills. He clearly doesnt know how to run a business in a safe environment, and Its a matter of time before someone take legal action against him.

As 7/11s go, this is an okay one. Moderately clean, good selection of items, *interesting* people working here. Turnover is gotta be high, I dont think any morning I stopped here before school did I see the same worker twice.

The kid who wears the Red Sox hat feels he doesn’t have to wear a mask as per his response to me when I asked “no mask today” ? His response was if you want me to wear a mask in front of you I will. So I said we should all be wearing masks. His response was you have your opinion and I have mine.Well there are 7-11 ‘s everywhere! Good luck Mastic Beach 7-11!

I was there around 8 pm to get hot chocolates for the kids and myself but when I saw the amount of dirt and mold build up on the milk coolers I gagged. The store was not that busy there was one person behind the counter and one was wondering about the store (def should have been cleaning) coffee bar dirty and its like pulling teeth to get cup holders and marshmallows or whipped cream every time I went there. But after seeing the filth I wound be going back.

There every morning for my coffee. The early morning staff are exceptionally sweet and polite. Theres a 711 much closer to my job but I would miss my smiles and greetings from the crew here! Keep it up gentlemen!

This 7-Eleven is very clean the coffee is always fresh and the employees are very nice and fast at ringing you up and getting you out the door fast thats good especially when youre on youre way to work

Everyone is nice except the owner. Hes an ass. We had an altercation this morning and I decided not to go here anymore. Between my fiancé and my self, we spend $110 on just coffee each morning per month. I will be driving an extra mile each morning to go to the other 711

Staff is useless....walking around doing nothing....new coffee machine thats great, but there always out of stock of creamer or they dont put it out

My boyfriend and i visited this 7/11 at about 3:30 in the morning today the worst experience ever. We were accused of shoplifting Condoms. we approached the cash register when the 7/11 employee asked my boyfriend for the condoms. My boyfriend told him thinking he was joking i dont need them thank you. The guy looked at him and said no the ones that you have in your pocket my boyfriend looked at him and said i dont have anything in my pocket i would never shoplift ! Then he proceded to say that i had the condoms in my bathrobe pocket. At that moment i had my hand inside my bathrobe i only had my IPhone in my pocket i showed him that IN FACT DID NOT HAVE THEM !!!!!!. Really just because we are Spanish doesnt give you the right to accuse us of shoplifting. It so disappointing how some people can be so racist and hateful toward another human.

The woman with the glasses that works here is very nasty and rude. this was my main 7 11 but I will drive out of my way not to see this nasty woman!!!
