Pretty sketchy. I try not to come here if I dont need to. Prices are convenience store prices (more expensive than say Walmart) but the employees are always helpful. Just gotta watch out for the other customers. Parking can be a hassle, especially getting out safely.

The cashier that took my order over the phone rudely was even more rude when ringing up in person! On top of that asked for extra bacon. Was charged for it. And only got 3 pieces in total on The sammich

Food tastes ok from the deli but for 7$ a BLT sandwich they are very skimpy. Probably the smallest BLT Ive ever had .Very little on the sandwich.. disappointing

As both a frequent flyer and a regular worker I find my time in work most admirable. Definitely recommend for quick items especially for emergencies. We have all done it at least once.

Employees are awesome! Store is clean, prices reasonable, just one thing missing in the produce section scallions! You need scallions 🙏

Everything is good besides the bottle cash in thing, it stinks of alcohol and smells rotten, also lots of people loiter on the property smoking cigarettes or doing whatever, kinda skeevy, the inside is fine, deli spot is good, and the cashiers are nice

I live local to this business & have on almost EVERY occasion had a terrible experience. Whether it’s the bottle machine or the customer service it’s been a total debacle. Recently upon my wife purchasing a cup of coffee, she was given change of a $20 and the $10 bill she was given was very dirty. NBD is what I thought, I’ll eventually spend it there anyway, as this is our only local option for food shopping. I returned the same evening to make a purchase and was refused acceptance of the same $10 bill they had given earlier that day.Does that $10 mean more to them than to me? Is this how a business treats their local, DAILY, customers? This is how Handy Pantry of neighborhood rd does business. They know this community is filed with people who do not drive, and this store is our ONLY shopping option (excluding gas stations, and hot food/take-out)I know have to pay for transportation to the bank in hopes they will accept this dirty $10 (in hopes, because Other business won’t accept it either).The Handy Pantry, as a business, must visit their bank frequently, to make deposits and such. The Handy Pantry is more of an eye sore than the disgusting $10 bill they gave my wife. I cannot understand how they would or even CAN (legal?!) disperse money they will not accept.

I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches 1 BEC no ketchup 1 Bacon cheese mayo salt and pepper. Took 20 mins because you guys kept getting it wrong and when you did bring them out assuring me they were right it was 2 Egg and cheese sandwiches kinda bummed since you guys charge so much for the sandwiches....

I had one of their Hero sandwiches and it was super! I couldnt have ask for better! The girl in the deli that made it did a great job - better than I expected! The bread, meat and ingredients were superb! I GPSED this location and will be back soon!Than you!P.S. - in Louisiana we call them Po-Boys!

The Employees were very rude at me for holding my dog inside the store a small pomeranian theres no sign saying i couldnt i didnt leave my dog in the car on hot summer day when I asked to file a comaint to the deli workers the woman working register just smiles and says really dont give this business the time of day.

I will never buy a hero from Handy pantry ever again in life their sandwiches are skimmy nd barely no meat nd nothing but bread nd so expensive for juss bread.

Poor managment. Deli fridge leakes all onto the deli meat so they rinse it off and catch excess into deli cups. Not to mention all the illegal things that go on behind the counter in the basment. I worked there. I have stories for days. The staff is ran like slaves. John was the one who kept that store in check and had a heart. RIP john.

Convenient for most things, but the cigarettes are over priced. There is a store that sells Cigarettes for a good price a few hundred feat away if you smoke Winston or Newports.

The girl that works in the deli during the day is very rude!! Walked up to the counter n she said yes! Not can i help u, asked to have my cold cuts cut thin she had an attitude an says yep! Get home to find out my cheese is so thick u cant pull it apart have to use a knife .. Whoever hires these people needs to make sure they are trained in costumer service! Called the manager when i seen the problem and he was VERY nice so thumbs up to him... but get rid of the trashy workers and u would make so much more money!! Wont b going back here anytime soon during the morning shifts !!!! What happened to the old crew that was there!?! Aggie, Angela, Matt & Rosie ..

I dont know what it is about Handy Pantry, but they make the best turkey sandwiches.

I was surprised at the selection and good prices. Staff is friendly and the deli counter is clean and they make killer sandwichs
