Had an alignment done. There was some improvement but on the highway the car would still drift to the left. Brought it back and they made some adjustments and test drove it on local streets. They insisted it was fine but on the highway it still pulls a little to the left. I was expecting a better outcome. They should have told me to bring it back if I still had a problem but it didnt seem like they were interested.

Cool people, pressed out a bearing for us. Very friendly would go back.

They were able to get me in very quickly especially since I called the day I needed an inspection. The man at the front was extremely friendly and got the whole thing done in less than six minutes. Definitely going back every time.

Unlike most other places these days the guys at mastic wheel alignment actually care about doing the right thing by their customers and perform much more than jus t basic maintenance work. Family owned/operated and in the 15 years ivs been using them az my go to mechanic they have yet to fail me once.

Went in for alignment. Told him my car needed an M3 alignment due to my BMW being a custom build, seemed annoyed that I was “trying to tell him how to do his job”. Anyways, did the alignment wrong and went out of alignment when I went over a small bump. Came back told him but seemed annoyed that I was even there. Ended up going to Petrolwerks in Lindenhurst. Don’t waste your money or time here. Joe’s just in it to make a quick buck.

I had two cars to bring in one for a oil pan bolt that wasnt tightened. The other for some breaks that I wanted checked/ changed. I made the appointment for both and both times I went they refused to help me. The oil pan bolt with out even look or anything he said I need to change my whol oil pan itself witch is a 1600 dollar job then proceeded to say he wont do it. The second one he said that I need to change all 4 hub assemblys rotors and brakes with out even looking at it and refused to do the work. Despite both being a domestic ( Jeep ) and foreign ( BMW ) this was almost unbelievable I ended up just needed new Rotors and a crush but witch I did at easy rider service center in North port.

They aligned my 1973 Corvette. Only shop I found that knew how to do an old car and got all the numbers back in spec.

This is a good shop and these guys do great wheel alignments. Took my car in for an alignment and wheel balancing and my car is driving great again. Its hard to get a shop that can do a really good wheel alignment. They are fair and dont try to sell you things you dont need.

The most reliable and honest workers I’ve ever encountered, especially Dennis & Ken. They took me in without an appointment; I had to leave my car here overnight and Ken was kind enough to drive me home when I couldn’t get a ride back. Came back a few weeks later to get my tires done and they did an awesome job in a timely manner. I’ll continue to come back here for any other services I need- of all the places in the Mastic/Shirley area, they’re the best.

Very dissatisfied! Went for front end wheel alignment, now truck doesnt make full right turns! Almost had serious accident, and when I called they pretty much didnt want to deal with it!!

Okay, so I went in expecting a huge bill, because I got an estimate at another shop for an inspection and some light replacements after being pulled over. These guys took me in immediately and were incredibly quick, as I was restricted by time. Charged me less than half of what the other guys were going to charge me and filled out all of the paperwork for my affidavit.Dennis was great, and found and repaired another dangerous underlying problem on the car. Thus far he has saved me hundreds and from getting a ticket.I will be a regular customer for inspections and routine maintenance.

These guys are amazing. My battery died, and Autozone told me they couldnt install a battery in a Camry and suggested I head next door to Mastic Wheel Alignment and Brake Service. These guys stayed late to make sure my car was up and running, even after a debacle involving Autozone selling me the wrong battery and taking ages to complete the exchange.They were kind enough to use their own time to help me out, and I couldnt be more appreciative. I will certainly be returning here for all of my cars needs.

I got up early this morning and headed over. My friend recommeded them to me bc she said they are nice and not money hungry ppl. I didnt have an appt but the gentleman took my car right in...and within what feels like seconds my car was inspected and ready to go!!!!
