Great shop. I moved from Rhode Island and didnt know many trust worthy places. A friend of mine suggested Johns shop. Said hes honest and fair. They were right. I needed my exhaust extension pipe replaced. Not only was it fast service the price was good and the work was done right. I highly recommend having work done here. This is where I will be bringing my truck next time I need a repair.

These guys are spectacular in every way! I left my 1997 Crown Vic with them for a complete engine replacement. They worked extremely efficiently and gave it all their effort. Much more work was needed on the vehicle than we all had originally expected, but they didnt hesitate to complete the job. In the end, the cost of labor was more than fair and the car now drives flawlessly! I am thoroughly impressed with this crew of mechanics! Thanks a million!

You will not find a mechanic with better prices.John, and his guys do quality work. They spent three days trying to find the source of an oil leak that was driving me mad for months. They were right. Only a $40 plastic sensor. I was convinced it was rear main seal. Saved me $1000.00 by being honest!

DIY project turned sour real quick for me. Had nearly a stripped nut on O2 sensor. Went to Neptune’s and the boys had it out in no time and replaced the sensor I gave them. Good guys...John Domingo Juan and little Eddie. Saved me a lot of money. Muchas gracias me amigos. Def recommend these boys.

I have 2012 3500 Chevy express van I had a traction problem and I went to a couple of repair shops and they couldn’t figure why my traction control Light was on and my brakes were locking up and when I came to Neptune auto the guy their told me immediately the steering angle sensor caused the problem and just had to be replaced it was that simple and done that day and my van now runs perfectly, I highly recommend them to everyone, thank you John and Domingo see you soon

They say they specialize in European cars but the dont. Spent over $1100 for a bandaid which it should of taken the first time around to fix. I do not recommend this spot at all. I now have the same issue that they said they fixed. Horrible!!!

I had believed John to be an honest mechanic until he intentially sold me a car that was in a major front end wreck and didnt say anything about it. He said the car was good, safe and that I could use it on trips up North. The first day using the car the engine light came on (they fixed it), the second day using the car the engine light came on again---this is when I had 2 other mechanics look at it. Very disappointed. I trusted John and even referred people there (I used him for years). He took the car back after some big wig called him but i never received an apology my guess is because he intentially ripped off what he believed to be some ignorant people and got caught... he has to be embarrassed. Lets also mention that when I returned the car John was nowhere in site, his right-hand man Elias was given the keys and laughed at me for basically catching them.Overall Neptune and owner John are dishonest, unprofessional and dont care who they take advantage of. It saddens me to write this--as I said I really trusted him.
