Amazing service!!! The wigs -from natural hair to synthetic- are amazing quality, and really affordable!! The customer service is the beat I’ve ever received in a beauty supply shop, and knowledgeable! Great experience!

I bought these two hats from them today and realized that the tag says $20 but they put a $24.99 tag next to it. Scammers, they charged me $25 for each hat, I will never purchase from them again, my whole family shops at this store, no more.

This is my favorite beauty supply. The owners are fun, pleasant & don’t mind giving you a deal especially if you’re a regular or have a lot of items. Every since this location opened I stopped going to Jenny’s lol. That’s so wrong of me but it’s ok lol. Maybe all surrounding beauty supply stores should learn have to give deals & proper sales instead of taxing us crazy. Beauty trends always have a sale on something.. I have been frequenting the Matteson location since they opened . I went there recently for a blow dryer and they didn’t have what I was looking for. I went elsewhere and found it, but I prefer to spend my money here as they are always helpful and nice.

Would give 5.. but you guys changed your hours of operations. You were the only supply store opening early enough for us hairstylists in the area. Some of us stay working before 9am..8:30 was perfect. Please reconsider opening at 8:30 instead of 9.. the half hour makes a difference..

I was looking for a beauty supply store that carried my product and showed appreciation for their customers. I think Ive found it. This location is new, but my first visit was exceptional. Every item I needed, I found, and at a great price. The response I got from the staff was above my expectations. I will revisit and hopefully receive the same treatment.

I have been following them on FB and also reading the reviews which were excellent. First off the customer service was awesome trust me beyond my expectations. Very impressive for a beauty supply store. The prices are comparable but much cheaper than online shopping. Most importantly I got everything I needed so I when I got home I cleared my amazon cart lol, no waiting or guessing what I ordered would be delivered without damage or a knock off product. I past tons of beauty supplies to get there many that l have been to but didnt like the customer service. I will now be a loyal Beauty Trend customer.

I’ve been to the best and worse of beauty supply stores and they are THE BEST in the Chicagoland area! Great selection great prices and even better excellent customer services. I’m big on quality customer service and they do a great job I’d never go across the street to Jenny’s beauty supply again.

I went here because I thought my flat iron purchased the previous day did not work. My issue is when I asked for a replacement the man gave me a flat iron that coat 20 dollar in which my flat iron was 29.99 but was 50% off the previous day. When I tried to tell the man that he became immediately dismissive and pointed to receipt . When I tried to reply it he immediately started flailing his hands and speaking in Arabic. Luckily the women there yelled out she had gotten my flat iron working. The point is do not come to our neighborhoods wanting our money and then be disrespectful and dismissive when it is a problem.

Beauty Trends in Matteson IL. Is amazing!!! Today my plan was to go in Sallys but when I arrived, at 9:30, they were closed. So glad I was nosy and went next door to see what beauty Trends was-- a humongous beauty supply with everything you need, clean, great prices and OMG the best customer service and shopping experience. I was so grateful Sallys was closed or I wouldnt have known about this awesome place. I spent every dime in my pocket 🙄 but thats what great customer service will do. You must visit this place-- you will become a regular!! My go to from now on!!!

They allowed me to use they bathroom around the time they first opened up. I just walked in to soend a lot if money asked the guy if the bathroom was available and he said not really and walked away. Bad service. I will not return.
