I have never been in a store like this in my life. The amount and selection of items is unreal. They have a lot of unusual things as well, a LOT, and youll find everything you need. Place is enormous too. Prices are amazingly good. Its like stepping into another world. I cant wait to go back

I love Jenny Beauty Supply. They have a variety of things in there. There wigs, makeup and clothes, jewelry, purses are a nice selections.

Im a Barber, I love i can get whatever my needs may be. From a wide array of Clippers to toiletries. They have all the top notch Barbering supplies. Best in Illinois hands down!

I like this store but it was really crowded. They had 2 registers open and both lines were long. A worker started to pick random ppl out of line from the back one by one whispering for them to come to his register. I didnt like that, he shouldve called the next person in line. Some of us were waiting a long time. Then when I get to the front the person in front of me wanted to look at nose rings, so the cashier had to open at least 3 cases to assist her. That took another 15 minutes... so if you got time to waste this will be the beauty supply for you! They need a better system!

They have everything you can imagine for your hair needs, but they are very brash when you need help finding something. Had to ask 3 times for the same thing. Then the cashier didnt want to give me my credit card receipt, just the store receipt.

I always love coming here, they have so much more than just wigs. They now sell masks, clothes, jewelry, hair/skin products, makeup...all of that for affordable prices. This is the store to stock up in. Staff is helpful and kind! Bring a wig cap and there will be someone to assist you if it is your first time. I couldnt recommend this store more, I have never had a bad experience

This store is massive and has a great collection. Prices are reasonable and the staff was very helpful and visible. The store is extremely organized, especially for the amount of products that they offer. Including clothes. You can definitely end up spending a lot of time shopping and browsing if you are not focused.

Huge variety of almost everything. I was slightly disappointed in that the selection of nail polish was picked over and has gotten smaller.

My first time in Jenny Beauty Supply and I was totally amazed at the variety of products they have. I spent over an hour just looking around. I bought Design Essentials Therapeutic hair cream (scalp treatment) and I know Ill definitely come again for my future hair product needs.

I used to come here when I needed some products for a couple years with no noticeable issues until yesterday. I took note that I was being FOLLOWED around when looking for a couple products for my hair. I kept seeing at the corner of my eye the same guy walking back and forth between the isles staring at me like I was going to steal something. As a person who was a regular, that is my last time ever stepping foot in this store. Made me very uncomfortable, 0/5.

The customer service was great, the store is big and CLEAN and the nice man who was working the cash register gave out free mask to all his customers and they had hand sanitizer for all the customers to use at every register and at the front door. You can tell they care about their customers! I cant explain how helpful and nice the young lady who was helping me was.

I live in chicago and I go all the way to matteson to the hair store because the prices are decent, good customer service and I find what I need. The big beauty supply on 87th is too expensive.

This beauty supple it my go to in the area. They always have what I need, and they are helpful if youre looking for something is particular. I like that they dont make you feel like a criminal (though I have been followed around here while I was shopping once). They have a nice selection of human and synthetic hair, so many accessories, make up and even clothes. Its a one stop shopping for pulling your look together last minute. Im going back tomorrow to find accessories for a banquet Im going to this weekend. They will do returns if the package is not tampered with and you have a receipt, which I like (because I sometimes buy more hair then I need and they close fairly early - at like 8pm I think).

Most of these reviews are written by the same person. Read the pattern of speech and grammatical errors. They blackballed a black owned beauty supply that was of no completion by lying to suppliers. Shameful. The deceit is evident. And as for your reviews, at least have different people write them. Thats a sentence fyi.

This place is amazing! I found deals on products that are not available in other states. Wide variety of items. Super friendly staff. I was inside this store for at least an hour. I think I could have stayed longer. Be careful in the parking lot if you care about your car. There were several large potholes that we had to avoid. Once you make it through the rugged terrain, the finds are worth it. They had two registers available for faster check out. That was greatly appreciated. I will definitely return the next time I visit my home state of Illinois!

Huge beauty supply store. They have so many different items. Lots to choose from. In a strip mall with lots of parking. However, the cashiers are much friendlier than the stock people.

This is a true Beauty Supply. They have everything beauty, not just hair.I could have shopped forever but i had to tear myself away. I got a Panasonic quick view as i entered the store but was only able to conquer less than one third of the beautification. Not to worry, that only means I will be back to conquer the remainder of a me day, at this beauty supply that not only sale products, but they give you a customer experience you will loveBest in the area good prices friendly courteous staff.

They never address their customers unless they think you are stealing. So with that being said I wouldn’t want to purchase from people who are rude and not friendly take your business elsewhere if possible.
