Food is always great and staff is friendly. However the last time i ordered s hot caramel macchiato it tasted like hot milk with a dash of caramel. I was disappointed.

This location always looks busy no matter the time of day. If I want to stop, I usually plan extra time due to the volume of orders they handle. I have never had an incorrect order before. Today I was so impressed by the teamwork I saw behind the counter mixed with the starbucks app glitch situation that they resolved, I had to stop and share because I highly recommend the excellent customer service the staff at this location displays. The app took my order and money but never printed a ticket for the barista so while I waited over 20mins I overserved how well all the baristas welcomed each guest, handled the constant flow of traffic, and all with a smile on their face. They were quick to resolve the issue and I was very happy with the service I received. Finally everything looked very clean and organized.

I love Starbucks. But this location seems to get very congested periodically, especially in the morning, around 11ish. Ive witnessed many fits of rage. People pull in the line and practice social distancing in their cars, and its a traffic jam because they are not paying attention or dont care. So, be prepared to get caught up in a traffic jam at certain times of the day. Other than that, you cant go wrong with a great cup of coffee!

I went into the Drive Thur at 12:40 pm. I Thought was 4 cars in front of Me. I sat there until 1:15 pm. The Most Horrible Experience of a Drive Thur Ever. I called inside the Store Twice to Only be Told there was No Way Out. There was Nothing they could do. I had a 1:00pm. Appointment I was late For and I didnt get to the Order Window until 1:20pm. I passed that because it was Still 5 more cars around the Corner. UNBELIEVABLE SADNESS. I called again to get the Manager Name to be Told they didnt know who was on Duty. Then the Manager that came on Duty at 1pm. APOLOGIZE but someone in the Background thought it was Funny that people were Stuck in the Line for an Hour. I finally get to the Window, I was Told there was Only 2 people Working.... IThe Drive Thur should have been Closed.... Dont Inconvenienced Customers Like This. JUST HORRIBLE....

Ordered on the mobile app I made a mistake it wasnt for this location but let me tell you those wonderful people inside told me not to worry that they would feel my order and cancel it at the other location, now tell me that not great service. Come give these wonderful people a try.

As previously worked in a fast pace environment I understand how challenging it can be at times to stay positive in the drive thru area. SARAH has to be the BEST drive thru order taker I’ve ever encountered anywhere. She ALWAYS has great energy and a smile in her VOICE as well. She is genuinely kind and possess a great skill of friendliness, professionalism, and comprehension to the customers. With that much greatness I think she’s a manager and if not should be ! Thank you Sarah for your kind energy, some people need that to start their morning! Thank you again !!!!!!

Not just another cup of coffee ☕.You can count on it being prepared just how you like it.You like it soo much youre willing to wait in long or short lines.Sometimes you get a smiling face or they mirror yours.

The staff here is very friendly and nice but the service is the slowest in all the south suburbs and it’s been like this for years. Idk if it’s the customers that make it slow or the staff but it’s annoying sitting in a 45 min line for 3 years

Very slow. 15+ people waiting inside on their orders, 10+ waiting on drive thru window. It took 17 minutes to get my order. No one is smiling. I dont feel like this store is part of the Starbucks family. Every day I visiting a Starbucks locations so I can say the difference.

You can never go wrong with a 50% off coupon! My blonde vanilla latte was SO delicious! I usually make my coffee at home. My daughter is in love with the cookie crunch frappucinno.

As this location is close to my job, Im a daily customer. However the weekend crew continues to disappoint. Today(Sunday), I placed my mobile order at 11:08 and after waiting patiently finally asked for a refund at 11:38.I understand it is a rush. However, when we discovered that my order was missing 11:20, they did not care to look or get it fixed. I could see that someone else had my name & they put her cafe order with my mobile order. So mistakes happen, but they didnt even try to rectify it, and I sat and watched others get their orders for another 10 minutes before I had to leave for work. Again, this is not the service that I get doing the week, and I understand it was busy but I left with no drink and 150 points lost.

Services are very slow and they never have all the ingredients. Literally every time I come here which is at least 3 times out the week they’re out of something!!!! Today it’s no honey or peppermints! Are you guys not ordering supplies correctly? Ridiculous now I’m stuck in a line!

Nice people but there are always slow lines, always a messed up orders, but the only one in a 25 min radius. I recommend you going way earlier than you need to and plan for a lot longer time spent to get a drink or food.

The drive thru at some of their stores dont allow you to change your mind and drive around to the storefront entrance. But it seems as if more attention is paid to the drive-thru customer and as a walk-in person you could be waiting a while.

Sometimes the service is good, sometimes the service is great. It depends on the day. Its either a hit or miss.

At 5:30 am not long before the facility opened this Starbucks didn’t have any pineapple syrup for a pineapple matcha. I went to a well stocked facility in Frankfort and they were able to accommodate. Oh I didn’t find out at the ordering station, I found out at the window when I was about to pay. Don’t go to the facility in Matteson poor service!

They have good customer service but the lady mangers their needs to learn how to treat other employees . I noticed how she kept riding this young lady that has work there .

They make great drinks here, I was so addicted to the Brown Sugar Shaken Expresso.. One the Barista told me the didnt have oatmilk however he recommended i try soy milk since they didnt have oatmilk and it was so good.

The 2 Starbucks in Homewood were out of the new brown sugar oat milk espresso and this one actually had it! So, I’m happy. 5 stars.

The Matteson location is still my favorite. The drive thru wait can be long, so I just go inside. I have never had an issue with the way the make my drinks, and they are always friendly.

The wait is long, but the my chai (vanilla, soy, no water) was perfectly made! The egg white red pepper bites are also delicious. Always worth the wait...lol

Everyone who knows me know I love Starbucks so today for my birthday I redeemed my birthday drink...a soy 5 pumps caramel Macchiato upside down, no foam, extra caramel drizzle. And there was a pleasant surprise on my kid...

Worst and slowest Starbucks in the universe. I ordered Venti lemonade with raspberry and strawberry topping it! Gave me the drink tasted like water. Sent it back and the drink tasted the exact same! I’m led to believe the lemonade was made wrong from the start bc this drink was terrible! Went up the street to Flossmore location and it was perfect

Lines are long but my strawberry acai lemonade was great!

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!! I order ahead and its always ready at the time specified. Every time I go through the drive thru theyre fast and efficient and everyone is always polite and courteous.

This place is the closest to home but i almost always end up going somewhere else after i stop there. I go at least 4 times a week to starbucks but guess what they never have the dragon fruit inclusions and the to tell you the truth the drink just dont quite look or taste the same to ME. Then i cancel that order try to order a strawberry acai and guess what they dont have the strawberries. So i have to drive to another Starbucks. Oh and i forgot when they do have the drink they never use the cup to shake it, so your first sip is all warm and nasty.. But the varistas are nice i guess.

ABSOLUTELY the worst Starbucks I have ever been too. Lets start with the drive thru. It takeS thirty minutes consistently from start to finish and you cannot leave the line once you enter. The staff is so rude they can never make the order right . I work in the area and I will never come back to many chances. PLEASE GET NEW MANAGEMENT AND STAFF THAT CAN WORK EFFICENTLY.

Ordered on the app-pick up in store, just to wait almost 30 minutes for my order while literally everyone before and after me received their order and left. What’s the point of ordering and paying on the app if it would’ve been quicker for me to just walk in and order?? I’ve never had an issue with the app before must just be this location, don’t order there unless you have time to spare.

This was my first time at this particular Starbucks. The drive thru line was very long and very limited parking. I went inside to order and they had ran out on beans and some other things so I had to make another selection.

Decent location....... Whenever I visit this location they are always exhibiting good customer service. The store is warm and inviting. The coffee is always made the way I like it....... This location is a good addition to the city of Matteson. The location is also very convenient......

I have been a loyal customer forn10 plus years going through new managers and batista. I normally wait 30 to 40 minutes for my drink, afterwards once a month lately because of the wait my drink is incorrect. But I was told today in front of other customers, that I purposely come in and make up a problem with my drink to get free drinks, when I have given 10 dollar tips for COVID workers in the summer and tips on a regular. As a loyal customer I was quite disappointed .

Let me just start off by saying this is the slowest drive thru line ever ! They ALWAYS get my order wrong. I simply ask for extra caramel around the cup and they always give me my order with no caramel or just on the top. The crazy thing is when I order my drink they REPEAT MY ORDER BACK TO ME ! Definitely won’t be giving my money to this location anymore!

This is one if the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to.The drive through line only had 8 cars in front of me. I sat in the drive through line for over 25 minutes to get my coffee and muffin.I could understand if there was more cars but this was ridiculous.

This is the second time in 1 week when Ive ordered a matcha latte and they said they were out.

Very slow in the drive thru. Waited 35 minutes just for a drink. Every time I come to this Starbucks it’s a long wait. I will be going to Dunkin’ Donuts from now on.

I ordered ahead (paid through the app) just to wait 40 minutes in the drive-thru. The drive-thru is set up in a way that you cannot leave so I was stuck in line for 40 minutes. When I finally drove up to the window, I had to wait another 5 minutes before the cashier acknowledge that I was there. No apology, she just ran off some order that wasnt mine. I told her that wasnt my order and told her what I order. She reached under some counter and handed me my drink. I took the drink and drove off. Mid way through my drive to work (which I was late for because of the wait), I realized that my drink was cold and I ordered a hot coffee. Im so disappointed and got in trouble for being late to work. Theres plenty of complaints about this store. Something must be done!

This Starbucks location is much slower than other locations. On two separate occasions I waited more than 15 mins and over 30 mins today to complete drive thru service. I am only comparing timeliness to other Starbucks; this one is just comparably slower. Outside of that everything else is consistent. The beverage and food are as expected. The employees create a great atmosphere.

Needs to do better with cleaning the tables. I understand your busy but still.

Normally this Starbucks is super quick, but man yesterday..I waited a good 15 minutes in the drive and when I got to the window my order still was not ready.

They are a great group. They can be a little slow but I think its guests with large and/or complex orders more than the staff.

Straight up, this is one of the slowest and rudest Starbucks I have ever been at.1) I’ve been in their drive through and had it take LITERALLY 30min. The line was not long enough to justify that, and I’ve never experienced that before with longer lines at other locations..2) 4/5 times that I’ve placed a mobile order at this location, I have stood there for several minutes trying to get the attention of a barista. They completely avoid eye contact and don’t respond unless I straight up yell that I would like to grab my drink, which I have seen sitting there since I walked in. It takes under 15 seconds to acknowledge me, ask my name, and hand me a drink. I get it if you’re in the middle of foaming some milk, but its different when they’re walking around putting merch away, talking casually to another barista, etc.Think I’m done with this location at this point.

The drive thru staff was plenty nice, but I repeated my order into the speaker 3 times to make sure it was heard correctly. I clearly ordered my drink with coconut milk. When I pulled up to the window, I asked “you heard me say coconut milk right?” She responded that she did. I got half way through my coffee before I could taste it was real milk. It’s been a fun afternoon and night on the toilet so far. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I never experience any difficulties with myStarbucks order until I visit this location. On a previous visit, they put the classic syrup in my drink regardless of me instructing them not to due to dietary restriction. As a result, I was sick for the rest of the day. Today, I decide to give them another try. Ordered a decaf doppio espresso. What do they give me? Regular espresso. I am restricted from consuming caffeine, so another drink wasted. It always slips my mind to check my drink before I leave because I’m just so accustomed to my usual Starbucks always getting my drink right. If you are very particular about your drink, this is not the Starbucks to visit unless you have time to go back and have them fix it. They do not pay attention to the little details that may be big details for the customers that they are serving.

I ordered a difficult drink and they nailed it.

My favorite Starbucks. The employees are excellent. I don’t know how they keep track of all of the orders but they do so accurately with a smile. Sometimes the drive through is a little hectic but I don’t fault them because usually some of the customers are in panicked rush.
