Wonderful Young Lady greeted me as soon as I entered the store and got everything I wanted. Neat store, very clean, and wonderful, friendly associates.
The girls really helped me out and seemed to know alot about the products I was looking for. I want to thank Giselle from JCP for directing me to sephora for some great products.
Pleasantly surprised that they still have a Salon. I was looking for Paul Mitchell products, Tea Tree shampoo. This location is hanging in there. Glad it didnt look like a store struggling inside.
Buy for daughters on holidays and watch for sales. Expensive but worth it!

Awesome experience at this store. I was greeted by Asia. She was very knowledgeable and had such a great personality! Everything I asked for she knew about and recommended a product that I could use for it. My skin is oily in my T zone and dry everywhere else so I have trouble finding the right skin care. She walked me through everything, explained everything and due to that I ended up buying everything she recommended. I would recommend this store to everyone! :) Great job Asia!

Dont really shop here because they are extremely overpriced. I can do better elsewhere considering their price point.

Dont go in there looking for Fenty products. They sell out fast.. Ive been there a couple of times, its close to my house. And both times they did not have what I wanted. I was so disappointed going home empty handed . Theyll try to sell you something comparable, but it never really is. You want what you came for.

One of the best places to shop for makeup, companies you may not here about in department stores or some other places. There are myriad choices, a one-stop shop.
The MUA-Caprice is very knowledgable. She was very helpful in assisting me choose the correct concealer. Especially because I have very little knowledge regarding makeup. She made the experience very pleasant.

The lady that was helping me out.. was terrible with helping me find my shade as though she didnt even wanna get there and when I got home it was way to dark of a shade.. she suggested me a different usage of color but when I asked her attitude shifted like she just wanted me out of her face.. terrible experience

So I went into this Sephora in mattesson. Nobody offered to help me. I was looking for foundation which can be challenging. I was disappointed with the customer service. Just as I was about to leave a beauty consultant named Jessica came over and helped me. She ended up being amazing and was really helpful. The problem was the manager and other beauty consultant continuously left her there alone, while she was trying to swatch my foundation. Jessica was assisting me, ringing customers, answering the phone, and helping other customers. This was ridiculous because there were other people there who could have helped out with the floor and ringing at the register. Jessica was the only reason I stayed at this store and purchased my products. The rest of the staff including the manager, needs customer service training. Also, they need to manage the floor better! One person cant do everything, its a team effort! They really almost lost my sale, thank you Jessica!

Last few times Ive been here, I received no help. The manager the last time I came in greeted everyone but me and my family and didnt ask us once if we needed help finding anything during the 30 minutes we were there.

As a person who doesn’t wear makeup, I decided to stop in for a few questions and a little help choosing a foundation color. There were three people working, one of whom, after finishing someone’s makeup “wasn’t even here” (that’s what I and another young lady was told). Another was at the register, and the third was doing someone’s makeup. I asked multiple times for help, and even after calling someone over to help ring customers out - the woman STILL decided to help about 3 different parties that came LONG AFTER I was there. The young lady and I waited for nearly 40 minutes, for help - no such luck. She left and I left shortly after. This is ridiculous. I am so disappointed because I went against my better judgement- and all of the people that complain about this location - and tried it anyway. My fault I suppose. I’ll be going to Orland Park next time.
Horrible customer service. I purchased $200 worth of products and found that the foundation and setting spray I purchased didn’t work for me after doing a full face at home. I go to return the two products and was told that since I was color-matched, I am not able to get a refund, only an exchange. The woman that helped me originally never told me this, and when I explained that to the woman today she was rude and just said that they are cracking down on returns because people are returning items too often after use. So even though every other time I’ve had to do a return at a Sephora it’s never been an issue until now. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and I doubt I’ll be going back anymore - I’ll buy my makeup elsewhere.

I love Sephora! The employees were polite and helpful when I asked for assistance. This store doesnt carry as much as the orland location, specifically the Huda products, but they did have mini Huda eyeshadow palettes for 1/3 of the price of the normal sized palette, so I was content.

This is a smaller store so they dont have the largest product selection, just what I would call core lines and best sellers. The customer service there more than balances out this shortcoming. The associate named Genisis is probably one of the kindest, sweetest, most knowledgeable associates youll deal with in a Sephora. Bonus= she is terrific in shadematching WOC!!

If I can give zero stars I would. So on my day off, I decided to get some air, I wasnt feeling good and thought shopping will be my therapy. So I put on my flannel pjs and jacket and drove to Sephora. First I walked in and Lisa (I asked her name when I left) looked at me and I expected a smile or hello and nothing even though I greeted her with a smile (let me add I work in downtown Chicago near the flagship store on Michigan Ave and its always a joy even the Sephora in Water Tower and State St and Orland Park) so Im use to the professionalism thus far) so I walked around could not believe Im in Sephora (my favorite store) and not feel welcomed. So I didnt find what I was looking for so I went to the line, and when Lisa was finished with the customer I smiled and said hello, this chic (not a lady) looked at me like I was a bum so I then followed up with how are you (maybe she is mad because her life sucks) she didnt respond...Im like ok im in the twilight zone, I asked if they had a item, she said no. What happen to customer service like hello, welcome, Im fine how are you, a smile. Little did she know that I am a Beauty Insider and when I shop Sephora I spend $200 (thats on a budget) I have spent $400 with them downtown. That her store lost. So Im trying to figure out walking to my car what was the problem, was it my pjs and pony tail, dont assume because a person is relaxed dressed that they dont have money. I own a business and I work a FT job. I will never spend my money at this Sephora and be greeted with rude, unprofessional judgmental employees. Such a shame I have to drive to Orland Park, River Oaks or rush on my lunch on Michigan Ave and receive A1 service and respect rather than drive 5 minutes in my relaxed where, no make up and my hair in a pony tail. I will be calling Asia the manager and corporate. Money has no look, the most richest people dress like they dont have money cause they are busy saving and investing. Thank Lisa for causing your store to loose a $200 sale from a Beauty Insider valued customer. You should be required to take customer service training.

Poor service no inventory
Poor customer service on more than one occasion. They dont even acknowledge me when I walk in. Im here now. Walked in and out twice and Genisis said nothing. Wont be back. I rather go downtown or to the new one coming to River Oaks.
I am very upset, they do not have what they claim they have in the store. The employees were not helpful. Terrible first and last experience!

The person that’s work was off demanding the cashier to check her out first instead of a normal customer not professional at all then the cashier was super slow
