I was very pleased with the people who work there. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. I was impressed. I would definitely shop there again. The prices may be high, but the paint is worth it.

The paint does not bubble and I do not have to keep going over previous painted surfaces like with some other paint brands.

During these turbulent times, its becoming rare to receive excellent customer service. My recent purchase at my local Sherwin Williams paint store was the exception to what seems like the rule. My sales assoc was very pleasant and helpful during my purchase. Would highly recommend for your next painting project.

Purchased 1 gal extreme bond primer n 1 gal emerald trim enamel December 13,2020. The salesperson was kind n accommodating which made the purchase experience nice n appreciated. Sherwin Williams products are very good.

I have been rehabbing a house for my daughter and needed help with color selection and stain matching. The staff was so nice and informative. They are super friendly and made the perfect color choices for my project. I wont go anywhere else in the future. Awesome

My daughter wanted to paint an accent wall in her room and she found her color at Sherman Williams. Sherman had a variety of colors, colors that werent offered in other/traditional stores like Walmart and Home Depot, which both offered a lot of the same or identical shades. Shermans Paint went on with 1 coat which made our project simple and easy. My daughter (13) chose the color Electric Lime and SHE is an extremely satisfied customer

Ive been a painter for 25 years for over 20 of those years I exclusively use Sherwin Williams paint a less my customer specifies otherwise and even then I try to talk them into Sherwin Williams

Very Bad Customer Service. Was given the wrong information about the type of paint to use on my home. When I got home to use the paint it made my house look ashy as opposed to this nice clear fresh look. To say the least, thank god I tested the paint on a small portion of my house first. Called them right away to let them know of my trouble and they couldnt help. I was stuck with paint that I couldnt do anything with. I will never use them again.
