TERRIBLE PHARMACY!! I am switching they never have it right, got some red head ponytail kid thats rude and mouthy, I will be switching pharmacies, dont need to get treated this way.

Pharmacy is way too slow. Need either faster pharmacist or more pharmacists or both.

I do not recommend Walgreens for Covid testing. It’s been 24hrs since I had a “rapid” test done for my daughter and still haven’t received the results.

Avoid AEGIS/Walgreens for covid test - you will miss your schedule... this is not acceptable... they are saying they will give you the result back in 1-2 days - but now after 2 days AEGIS didnt receive my sample - going to miss my flight tomorrow and no one give you an acceptable response.

Ive always had a good experience at this Walgreens location. Drive through is always curtious and quick ..

The morning crew of the Idlewild and hwy 51 are very rude, i was walking around looking for something i and 3 other friends of mine had bought from this particular store, yet they DID NOT WANT OR EVEN MOVE ONE STEP to help me look and they all got major attitutdes and wouldnt tell me their names. So Ill have to visit when a manager is present

I ship hundreds of packages a month with FedEx via our work account. Why bother having and advertising a FedEx drop off it they won’t except a valid package? Insane. Drove all the way over here for nothing. Don’t use Walgreens/FedEx drop off!

Kathy in photo and Tracy in the pharmacy have become like family to me over the years. I absolutely adore them and will miss seeing them as we are moving out of state. Best Walgreens around! Love them!

Allison went the extra mile. She was extremely helpful. And very sweet.

I put in for a refill on a prescription on 4/22 and it still isnt ready. The prescription is for birth control, all they need to do is pull the pack out of a box and slap a label on it. I went to pick it up 4/23 and was told it wasnt ready and Id receive a text when it was. I just checked on the status and it STILL isnt ready. It should not take this long to refill birth control! This pharmacy is a joke, switching to CVS where everything is always filled within 30 minutes.

Always a time consuming pharmacy. Slow would be faster.

Slowest pharmacy ever. I’ve been through the drive thru on two occasions and sat for 20 min at the window even though I called in my prescription 3 hours before.

If I could give them no stars I would! Pharmacy is a joke, Garnett (pharmacist) is a racist woman, I have always had issues getting my daughters meds here, she had to go off one of them that has horrible withdrawals because the pharmacist claimed her insurance would not cover it, after 3 days there was a different pharmacist in there and she was able to fix it in 5 minutes. Im switching to CVS. Good riddance walgreens.

Pharmacy staff very rude and more concerned with laughing and playing arpu d qirh other employees. They didnt save my insurance info and tried to charge me more for the 2nd time. They need customer service training.

In spite of the fact that my doctor submitted my rx 24 hours ago, I just waited over 30 minutes for my rx with no line. Nobody even gave me an update for 20 minutes. I will not come back.

This pharmacy is in violation of so many rules. Reading the other reviews on here just confirmed what my experience has been as well. Mien is rude and condescending. She has no business being in the medical field of helping people.
