Little late for this review but After a little bit of confusion from another artist booking my appointment but not showing up or working at another location (and not informing me), I was so worried I would not be able to get inked that day. I had arranged for a sitter and everything. But Cris (I believe) was a total professional. He was apologetic, understanding and fit me in. I know it backed up his day but he went above and beyond. My butterfly represents so much to me and I’m so lucky that he was able to do it. I’ll ONLY allow him to tattoo me from now on. I’m a return customer and Mike has done several of my pieces. He’s incredible too. They are clean, take pride in there work and have fair prices. I’m so thankful for everything.
Got a birthday tattoo and some touch up work done here. Definitely would recommend and look forward to doing more business with them.5 days later...this baby is healing wonderfully. The fact that I retained my color means the artist knows what hes doing. Definitely recommend this to anyone.If you want a high quality job, get it here.

Getting a new piercing can be scary and I’m sure everyone has heard the horror stories but I am so extremely happy with this place. I got my septum piercing here and it was quick, clean, easy and relatively painless. The staff was so nice and the man who did my piercing was polite, kind, and answered all my questions accordingly. I can already tell that my septum piercing is going to heal very nicely and I would recommend this place to anybody thinking of getting a new piercing
I just have to say that I absolutely LOVE my tattoo!!!! I did a lot of research to find an artist that could take on my design and I was so impressed with the finished product. I was looking into black/realism and came across Mike Harkins. I really feel like no one else would have been able to do it the way I wanted. (Will edit with a picture once its all healed)
I called 25 minutes before arriving, aware that I didn’t have an appointment, but still called ahead. I was told it was fine and that Mike would help me out, than I was told Chris would help me. I waited an hour and still not service, I noticed there was no one at some point but myself. They were pretty busy just talking, they completely ignored me. I had a terrible experience at this place, very unprofessional. I hate that I wasted so much time waiting for nothing.

Gary, is the best, wonderful conversation while getting my tattoos, kept my mind off the pain! UPDATE: 2/27/21.... ok, so this is my first tattoo in YEARS... I wanted to wait for my tattoos to heal up a bit before I wrote a review on it. So here it is.... I LOVE IT!! I am grateful for Gary, I texted him a photo of what I wanted, and he came back in a short amount of time with a drawing of my tattoos, even though he says he isnt a pro on shading tats, I have to say he did a wonderful job!!! My son even gave props and he doesnt give out compliments easily. So I know where I will be going and who will be completing the rest of my 🎨... Studio looks and feels very professional, let these guys Hook you up!!!
WOW... the unprofessionalism displayed by Harrison is beyond comprehension! My friend and I drove from Irmo to Charlotte 3 times and with only half of her cover up tatoo finished and with the majority of the cost for the tatoo paid he told us that he couldnt get to us because he double booked with someone else! He said hed get to us the next day so we also paid for a hotel and then ended up getting ghosted the next day! Weve spent $1200 with him and tipped him $100 each time and have been nothing but kind and cooperative and he decided to ghost us? He had also promised to touch up a small cross he did on my arm since the filling is cloudy and bloched, but he fell through with me as well! As a business owner myself, I do not understand how a business can get away with this! Id forewarn anyone trying to get work done by Harrison!!!
Mike was great, he pierced my baby girls ears and he was very professional and paciente with her. Everything was very clean my only issue is I called before so I could make an appointment so that I didn’t have to wait and they said I didn’t need one the he was there all day but when I got there he wasn’t in the shop and I had to wait for about 30 minutes. But I’d still go back as we were treated very well and he did a great job.
I received a daith piercing from Paige. I ended coming back and getting a tattoo with Harrison. He was trying out a wireless tattoo gun. My first experience with this type of elevated technology. He was soo professional. It was a simple feather but the meaning was soo much more. He brought to life some amazing line work and shading. I’m talkin absolutely the most professional and raw talent I’ve ever experienced. I look forward to seeing him in the future to have him finish my feathers on each arm. Def hit Harrison up and feel that experience for yourself!!
The studio is beautiful! The artists are super creative and do top notch work. Tylers apprentice, Harrison, did two tattoos for me last night and Im extremely happy with them both.
This was my first time with infamous ink the place is outstanding. Everything from the front reception area to the hidden bookcase door to the entire shop amazing. the cleanliness I give it a hundred and 10% the camaraderie amongst the different artist there was simply amazing I was so relaxed that the tattoo didnt bother me at all and the conversation with my artist Chris simply amazing. I would give this 10 Stars if I could I would definitely highly recommend this place to anybody whether its a big piece or your first tattoo this is the place to go!!!

Every tattoo Mike Phares has completed for me has been a master peice. This shop is the best, I happily drive 3.5 hours from Myrtle Beach. Mike Phares is hands down one of the most talented and professional artist. Chose this location for the detail and great reviews of the tattoo work. I was told there was availability after 6 PM so we drove an Hour to the location and we arrived there about 5 PM we waited 30 minutes and were never approached so we texted the artist letting them know we had arrived. We received a text back saying there were two small tattoos ahead of us that if we could come back at 7:30 PM we would be fine. We decided we would go get food while we waited and we made sure to let the artist know we would be back at 7:30 PM sharp just like he mentioned. We left dinner early and got our food to go just to make sure we made it back before 7:30 PM. Once we arrived back we waited another 30 minutes before the artist came out and said, “I overbooked and I do not know if I can get you in today, but let me check it to see if anyone can get you” waited another 30 minutes for him to come out and say that nobody could do the tattoos after we waited 3 hours. The artist did offer a discount but at this point everyone was frustrated and angry about the situation. It would have been different had he let us know in advance but we had been communicating with him since arriving at the shop at 5 and he doesn’t let us know until 8:30. Just be mindful of timing when it comes to scheduling.

This was not you run of the mill tattoo parlor. The furniture was plush leather with ornately carved wood, accompanied with full, soft, accent pillows. The walls featured prints, paintings, and the artwork of the tattoo artists. But, as my son being a novice and a newbie the owner, Mike, performed the work himself. He was great and his work beautiful.

Had my first session last week and I can not say enough good things about my experience there. Ike has worked with me over the last couple of weeks to come up with the perfect design. He listened to my ideas and interpreted them perfectly. As for my first session...it was a blast. Everyone was super friendly!! Chris, Kevin, Hannah and of course Ike, all made me feel welcome and at ease. Not an easy task, considering I was there getting the first part of my mastectomy tattoo done. Actually looking forward to my next session!
I’ve been going here since they have been open. There is nowhere else I would go in the city. Mike and Chris are great. The shop is very clean and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I used to live in Mooresville and I drove down here, I also used to live in Concord and I drove here, it is worth the distance to travel to get a good tattoo from these guys I would never go anywhere else
I was referred to Infamous by a trusted coworker and was not disappointed. I walked in without an appointment (I was off work unexpectedly) and was immediately accommodated by a Mike, who set me up with Madison. She helped me with the design, and delivered excellent work, particularly on some of the higher-detail areas of the piece. The studio was spotless, had proper paperwork posted, and really good rates. Im completely satisfied, and would strongly recommend Infamous Ink to anyone interested in tattoo work. Im going back tomorrow for another piece.
Took my little sister for her first tattoo today. the shop was wonderful and everyone was great, ike was the perfect artist for her first tattoo. she says she will be returning and the wife and i may have found the shop for all our future work.

We went here recently. My husband got a tattoo done by Mike. He also did my nose piercing. He was very friendly and professional. He told us up from what we would experience and was spot on. We went to visit 2 other tattoo places before landing at Infamous Ink and I am glad we kept looking. The atmosphere was chill and the place was clean! I will reccomend this place to anyone looking to get a tattoo or piercing. Well never go anywhere else as long as they are there.

Went in to get my second tattoo done after seeing the work they did on my brothers piece. Elijah did an amazing job on my tattoo. They have one of the cleanest, most professional-looking studios I have ever been in. The prices are reasonable, artists are friendly, and are just an overall great tattoo studio. Booked an appointment with Ike and was emailed 15 mins before the appointment saying we were going to have to reschedule. Mind you I was on my way because I live 30 mins away from them. I requested a refund because I had already waited a week but was told a refund could not be given. I could care less about the money they can keep that but that is just horrible business. An appointment is suppose to make sure that both of us would be available at the same time. Will never be coming back to this place! I would put ZERO stars if it were possible.
