This place is awesome for everyone who likes soft serve. You get to serve your own ice cream. You can mix any flavors you want and add any toppings. You pay by weight nit by serving. My kids loved this place.

Out of a lot of flavors. Every table was a sticky mess. Trash all over the floor. Left with no yogurt.

Sometimes some of the yogurt pumps dont seem to be working but thats probably the only issue everything else is great. Nice for cleaning spot and busy, and all the toppings look pretty good all the time.

Love to bring the kids here for a treat every now and then.

Great as always, however, they had 5 different flavors either out or the machine wasnt working. Two of which were flavors I would normally have gotten. That was disappointing, but still found enough to eat.

If you like frozen yogurt and great icecream, go to sweet frog. Lots of toppings and you get to serve yourself. But be advised your purchase will be weighed. My first visit I didnt know this, and my total was over $12...But it was well worth it!!😊

Yummy sorbets here! I can treat myself since I am allergic to dairy. Sometimes not all machines work well, but they will fix it quickly if you ask!

Clean, lots of choices

I really enjoyed taking my daughter here to cool off a bit after a hot day. I wish there was a bigger variety like maybe coconut but everything else was great. Its self serve by the way.

Aced my expectations. From the looks of it, they make it all from scratch. Really great variety of mochi. Do not expect more things like a full store would have displayed. However, the taste and texture is so delicate and amazing. Im counting ring the days I can go back and buy fifty more. Please visit!

Great location, delicious yogurt, free sampling and friendly staff. Definitely a great place for kids. It’s a bit small and gets crowded though!

Its frozen yogurt and a whole lot of stuff that your kids are gonna want to throw on it for toppings. Huge variety of toppings, but you pay by the ounce. Almost $0.50 per ounce as I recall. Fun time for the kids.

Nice place. Family oriented. Great location. Parking can be tough at times but you never see anything bad or scary going on. Great place to take kids. Very clean, very polite employees, quick service.

The place itself wasnt that bad but when I went almost all the flavors were out.

I can generally go to the Concord, NC location and it is always consistent in cleanliness and quality of the yogurt. HOWEVER, visiting the Matthews, NC location is a hit or miss. Today it was a total miss. I always get the original tart flavor (it’s the only one I get). Today it tasted sour or spoiled. I went back inside to give my yogurt back and let the cashier know about my concern and to make sure that other customers did not experience what my husband and I did, but she gave me a blank stare and just said “okay, sorry about your yogurt”. I advised her to taste it, but she claimed “I don’t eat that stuff” and walked away. Not only did that aggravate me, they don’t do refunds! Luckily we were provided a gift card, but I’m still frustrated that the concern for my health and others that purchase the tart flavor is not factored in. Matthews, NC Sweet Frog, train your employees to handle situations such as this better.

It is like any other frozen yogurt place with many flavors and topping. However, I dont know how they passed any inspection. It is not clean and the staff are playing on their phones.

I like to take my kids here to beat the heat, or for a nice treat. It is neat in that you can control the amount of ice cream & toppings that goes in your cup, which helps to keep dessert from being too expensive or unhealthy. The fountain nearby is a great feature in the summer time.

Cashier had an attitude and was very short. Its just frozen yogurt, lighten up. And for whatever reason you cant use your rewards at this particular location which is dumb

This is the only frozen yogurt place I go to. The Mint and Vanilla are the best. There are dozens of cool toppings you can finish your masterpiece off with.

Depends on which location, some have more of a selection with sugar free choices, but its still a tasty treat

A good place for a cold treat. They would get a 5 star rating if they routinely carried no sugar added vanilla.

Delicious and clean. Always a crowd but never a wait. It is privately owned, so if you have sweet frog coupons they wont work here unless they are specifically for this location.

Not bad, only one machine was broken. Disappointed that other sweet frogs have better prices. Why not do the $4 all you can fill 8oz cup like the sweet frog by Indian trail movie theaters?

Back to back nights this sweet frog has been closed by 830. We’ll be going to the Monroe location from now on

Arrive at 945 and they are inside with the door locked ignoring the fact a lady and child are outside. What would Jesus do? Close when the time is posted for 10 oclock. Now I have a real upset child who couldnt wait for sweet frog

Sign on the door says Closed due to weather but its 91 degrees outside and not cloud in the sky. I can see someone inside too...

Time to add more flavor. Very clean!

Visited on may 25 Saturday night. Bathroom was nasty. Both trash cans were over flowing and there was trash all over the floor. It was not busy and the three employees were standing around talking.

Depends on the location. The Florence,SC locations NEVER have all of their machines operational...as a result their selection is VERY LIMITED!

One of the dirtiest broken down restaurants in Charlotte. Everything is either dirty sticky cracked broken or looks like a 6 year old built it. Needs some upgrades to not feel gross.

Plenty of options available. Maybe include coffee. One thing I didnt like is the lady behind the counter on her phone and leaning up against the counter and constantly chatting.

This location has gnats all over and mosquitoes and gnats have been found in the ice cream. The space is way too small and the floors and walls are disgusting. Would not recommend.
