I needed some major repairs done on my garage doors so I called this company to get the work done based on the great reviews online. Mr. Brian Bram came out today on a holiday and took care of multiple issues for me. He showed up on time as promised. He went over what my issues were and how much it would be to fix. Great prices as well to fix all issues. He cleaned up all of my wiring and brackets that were installed incorrectly from previous company. He is a super nice guy and he knows what he is doing. After he finished programming my remotes he went over all the work he completed. Great company and employee!! Highly recommended and will have them fix any other problems I may have in the future.

My experience with OnTrac is very similar to all the glowing reviews below. Broken spring and garage door will not open. Google Search identified 6 or 8 potential service organizations in North Carolina. The first one I called quickly said they had no interest in driving the 50 miles from Matthews, NC to my home in an outlying town. Next, at 7:30pm, I contacted OnTrac. I immediately received a text reply which initiated a detailed, two-hour discussion with a member of the management team (Maor). We exchanged photos and measurements then discussed recommended options. Most importantly, he said they would be glad to accept the job, and thought they could have someone on-site by noon the next day. More discussion followed to be certain the technician would have everything needed on the truck when he arrived.The technician (Bram) arrived the next day well before noon, after calling to be sure that was acceptable with us! He was cheerful, courteous, highly organized and efficient. I rarely encounter an employee who represents his organization in such an enthusiastic and positive manner. Options were briefly reviewed with associated pricing and final decisions made. The work was completed in two hours or less, including a thorough clean-up and a review of the new equipment, warranties and operating instructions. I paid by check, signed my name on Bram’s phone, and immediately received my receipt by email. I could not be more satisfied with the quality of the products, the customer service or the price.NOTE: I have never before taken the time to write a review for ANY repair/service company of ANY type, but THIS company truly deserves all the recognition they can get!

Fantastic local company that really knows its product lines inside out. We did a renovation on a mid-century modern house and they helped us find a super cool garage door that is stylish and fits the vibe. Also really happy that they steered us towards an 18-ft door - SOOOO much more convenient!! Prices were lower than my contractor’s normal garage door company, and the installation crew was very professional. All around, extremely pleased with OnTrac garage doors!!!

Horrible experience. I hope it was a misunderstanding & sincere mis-diagnosis.I called for a sensor realignment, due to me bumping it earlier that day. This man spent 2 hours in my garage to tell me that my motor went out as he was working & it will be $500 to replace.LONG story short, I paid a different company $129 for them to tighten some bolts & my garage door was back to working perfectly fine! It took less than 30 mins to fix! My motor didn’t go out, thank goodness..I don’t do reviews often, but today was wild. I hope to save someone else the headache.

I have nothing but good things to say about the service that I received today. Bram was courteous, professional, and honest. He replaced a broken spring in no time. I was shocked that he finished so quickly. Also, he did not try to take advantage of the situation like many of the other garage door repair companies that I contacted previously. Outstanding service! Early one evening my garage door would not go up or down. I took a closer look and could see that three rollers had come off, and the cable on one side had come off the spool and was twisted around the main shaft. I saw that Google reviews for OnTrac Garage Doors in Charlotte looked good so I contacted them a little after eight the following morning. Thirty minutes later the service technician Bram arrived, inspected my garage door, and gave me reasonable estimate for repair: $240. I asked when the work could be done and he gave me the best possible response: I am ready to work right now. By ten the work was all done. He put the three rollers back on, fixed the cable spooling, straightened one roller track, re-tensioned the main spring (the door before was very difficult to raise and lower manually and now it is easy), and replaced a hinge bracket he found that had cracked. Before he left, I asked for a quote for a new door in case I needed one in the next year or two and found the pricing to be quite good. Bram was courteous, professional, answered all my questions, and explained he did in detail everything. I was in a bind and needed to get the door fixed in a hurry. OnTrac Garage Doors exceeded my expectations in all categories and nailed it.

He was absolutely excellent to deal with. He knows his business and gave us excellent support. The next morning, Bram, showed up on-time and replaced our opener quickly. We love the new opener. It is well balanced, runs smoothly, and everything is working perfectly. This is a terrific company.

While opening my garage door a cable anchor broke rendering my door inoperable. Made the call and was told someone would be there in an hour. Fifteen minutes later Bram called to let me know he would be there in 45 minutes. He quickly assessed the problem and explained what repairs would be necessary. Then he gave a very reasonable quote to make the repair explaining your one year warranty. Within an hour and a half he had my 18 foot garage door back on track and operating correctly. My garage door pulley snapped and I needed to have rollers replaced. I called the company late Sunday afternoon and they said they could have someone out the next morning between 8 and 10 am. The technician, called me shortly after 8 and said he would be there in 30 minutes. He arrived on time and quickly evaluated the situation and told me what needed to be done He was highly professional and competent in his work. He completed the job in a little over an hour. Our garage door decided to break in the half open/half shut position. We had multiple estimates over the course of several days to have it replaced and add an automatic door opener. OnTrac came out the same day I called and Harley gave us a very competitive and fair estimate and was able to complete the job the very next day whereas all other companies were 1-3 weeks out for installation. We are so very pleased to have met Harley and have him do both the estimate and the installation himself and would highly recommend him to anyone needing garage door work done. 11/15/17 - My garage door belt came off and I Googled companies to come fix it. I called the number to OnTrac and got the owner, who was fantastic. He seems like he really focuses on customer service. They came immediately the next day (when I needed them). The technician was great and knew exactly what he was doing...highly recommend. The best part was that they dont charge you to come out..theres only a charge if you decide to proceed...other companies werent offering that.

Our garage door had an issue that caused the cable on one side to come off and the door fell on one side, rendering it immovable. We called OnTrac and Bram showed up within 30 mins. I can honestly highly recommended this company. I had door problem on Sunday and found them through Home Advisor. They were very quick to respond and sent Josh out and he diagnosed the problem and made the repairs and the door is now working properly. The door is also a lot quieter. This is the only garage door service I would ever use. Had major problem with another company, and when I tried to get a refund and have another company come out, I learned that many garage door companies are connected, all based to the same call rooms in TX or other states. On Track is local, run by real people. When I was unsure how to program my doorpad, the owner stayed on the phone with me til I got it, offered to come out free if I couldn’t figure it out, and then checked back in with me later to make sure it was working right.
