This store provides a great customer service experience! Ive never had a bad shopping trip here. The prices are fair and the staff is always friendly.

Was VERY UPSET! With the service provider to me by the young man stocking shelves. Stopped by to get juice pouches for my son which is ALL that he will drink! And I didn’t see any on the shelves. I asked the employee and he said that they were having a “juice shortage.” Whatever that means? He was probably just too lazy to go in the back and get me a box. HORRIBLE SERVICE I will NEVER come back to this food lion again. Good job to that young man, you lost a LOYAL customer!

I love this Food Lion! Everyone who works here is very friendly and helpful. Ive never had to wait in line a long time. some of their prices are even better than the Dollar tree next door! they have a lot of close out prices and good deals here. The people that work in the deli are very nice they will cut the meat just like you want it. They also suggested me to get a kind of chicken I hadnt got before Cajun chicken. Im glad they told me because its really good. The taste of inspiration items are especially nice.

I absolutely love the Food Lion on Idlewild road the people there are so friendly and so helpful. Miss Sandy, Marcia,Harshada, Mr Estes, Tom Stinnett, John in produce. We especially like Lauren W. Those are just a name of few every one of these people has gone above and beyond to be the best they can be this is the only Food Lion we go to. Keep up the great work

I just left this location 10 minutes ago, I stood at the deli counter for over 2 minutes (with the guy behind the counter looking at me 3 times) he never said a word, not be with you in a moment, hold on, NOTHING. Then I went to the lunch meet section got what I needed and went to check out. I explained to the cashier at register 1 what happened and he just shrugged his shoulders, without saying a word. Then when I left I tried to call to speak to the manager and no one answered the phone. I tried calling multiple times and also chose options for different departments after the first few tries. This store does not know what customer service is

Very Discriminatory Experience here at this Food Lion. It’s not ok to watch and follow black people in your stores. Another reason why I am happy Democrats are in office..

The customer service here is horrible! This store is the reason why I only shop at Food Lion’s that are within Charlotte city limits, way better customer service.

Well organized and always stocked grocery store. Not my usual stop but the few times I have stopped I have had a good experience. Restrooms are clean and staff is friendly.

Could not believe a guy was walking around this store today carrying a medium size dog in his arms. If I had time I would have ask for manager but I was with a 94 year old man helping him get his groceries. Has it come to this now animals in food stores too. I am going to find out if this is acceptable now with the health dept. Does anyone know what the regulations are now?

This place is so awesome that you will explode. The staff is the best and can spot regulars all day. The manager deals can cut prices up to 40% off. The only thing that bugs me is the cashiers. Theyre always polite and helpful, but they seem to drop like flies and are replaced within days.

Again this place is a little bit more expensive, but you can certainly find everything that you might possibly need here. The produce is fresh and clean. The meats look good, although a little more expensive. I like this place for certain things. In the people that work there are really nice by the way.

At 915 am on June 24th, I walked into this Food Lion. I walked in to purchase 1 item.I am in sales, so I understand the necessity of positive facial expressions, body language, and general feeling of being welcomed.On this day, none of these were present. From the young employee I passed on my way in, to the cashier. Each one exuded a aura of, essentially, why didnt you go somewhere else. Even at Wal-Mart there is a feeling of inclusion.No issues with Food Lion, in general, just the uncomfortableness of this location.Remember, there areany other places to buy.Get right! Please

This stores particular location was out of stock on quite a few items that I needed. At checkout I gave the cashier my Food Lion card and my coupons. After I had already paid she handed me my coupons saying she forgot to scan them. I got screwed out of $12.00 I wont be going back to that particular store. ☹

Would be 5 stars if they would bag correctly. Bag of lettuce under bars of soap.

Conveniently located, reasonably priced, courteous staff. Not as fancy as Harris Teeter but if that saves me money, Im not terribly concerned.

General Manager,I would like to compliment your staff working Christmas Eve just before closing. I rushed in to make a purchase and somehow lost a gold bracelet which had so much sentimental value. Returned that evening and checked the parking lot carefully, of course you were closed and my heart was broken. My daughter rushed back on Tuesday morning and searched around the coke display as that was where we were, it had been restocked so she ask Malcom if you had a lost and found and explained about the gold bracelet. He opened the safe and handed her the bracelet!! It shows that there are still honest, caring people left in this world and they work for Food Lion.As I do not know the total story as to who or how my bracelet was found, but do appreciate the honesty in your employees in taking good care of it until we returned to claim. Im getting tired of going here and seeing the employees look and act like they are working the worst job in the world. Its hard to shop somewhere when the majority of employees dont greet you with a smile or dont say hello and goodbye. The ONLY reason my wife and I shop here is because its literally 3 minutes away. Also, on an actual grocery level, their produce ranges from inedible to okay.
