I had never heard of this pharmacy b 4 but i am absolutely glad i get my prescriptions pick up from here! The customer service is excellent and every employee treat there customers very well polite and kind i almost feel this pharmacy is a small family lol you get treated as a person not just a random number or a sell!!

I was there getting my prescriptions filled. I had left my cell at home. Well I needed to make a phone call back to my doctors whos office I had just left. My doctor had forgotten to fax one of my medication in. Its 545 on Friday afternoon. I asked if I could use their phone to call my doctor. Which I was told no public telephone, which I totally understand. On the other hand when I entered I was only customer there and when I left 14 mins later without my medication no other customer had enteredWith my doctor it would would have easily been resolved with 2 minute phone call. Sometimes I feel if you claim to care about your patients empathy has to come in to play on some occasions. All it took was pick up phone, dial, and put on speaker and now you would have had a very satisfied customer. It was almost closing time on Friday and I guess the pharmacist and I were ready to start the weekend off.

Fast, efficient & courteous service! The knowledgeable staff gives their undivided attention to answer questions. I feel cared for & valued. The absolute best pharmacy!

Im not even a customer of theirs yet, however when I called to inquire about a compound medicine, Anna, the young lady who answered the phone, was very pleasant and so was Mark, the Compounding Manager. He answered all of my questions and even emailed me some resources pertaining to the medicine. This is excellent customer service, and I look forward to using them for my pharmacy needs.

I drive 15 miles out of my area due to their friendly staff, short wait and great cash pay prices. One medication I take seems to be only available by 2 generic manufacturers in CLT. My body works better with a different manufacturer and not only did they stock it but they said they would continue.
