Marshall Carpet did an excellent job with our extensive flooring project. Our kitchen, hallways and a section of our great room had travertine stone flooring. Our project included removal of the travertine, which required jack hammering to break up the cemented stone. All areas except the kitchen were replaced with a floating wood floor. The kitchen flooring was replaced with luxury vinyl planks. The crew led by Nate Miller was remarkably efficient and hard working. In addition, our relatively new Karastan carpeting in other areas of our home did not meet the warranty guarantees of the manufacturer. Marshall Carpeting advocated on our behalf and Karastan replaced our carpeting at no cost to us. The installers, John and Tony, did an excellent job. Everyone we dealt with from Cindy Lipman to Murray Plasco to the owner Marc Wien exceeded our expectations.

We carpeted an entire new construction home. Installed days before move in and the install was perfect. Months later we noticed the due lot was off on the staircase carpeting. Matt and his people investigated, determined that the colors were wrong, and they replaced 2 full staircases free of charge. Their service after the sale was exemplary.

We have used Marshall Carpet One on 3 separate occasions for carpet installation. They have always had an excellent product and done an excellent job. Recently our basement flooded and we were scheduled to have our carpet replaced. Unfortunately we had a Covid exposure and were placed on quarantine for 14 days. When I called to let them know not to come they were so kind and Joyce moved other clients around so that they could come the following week when it was safe. Great service. We built the house in 1997 and Marshall installed the original flooring. They moved the installation day sooner and came on time. The installers were great. Moved all the furniture, removed the old carpet and cleaned up. Fixed the floor squeaks. Installed the new carpet. It looks great and we couldnt be happier.

We had two flooring projects. We have used Marshall carpet before so it was naturally our first choice. One was vinyl in the foyer/entryway and laundry room and the other was the upstairs hallway. The entire project went so smoothly from picking out the flooring to the install. I completed the online request for measuring and Matt responded by the following morning. Once I went to the showroom, Matt did a great job helping me pick the best flooring for our house. He took his time and I never felt rushed. I brought home samples and was called the same evening to set up the measuring. The install for the laundry room and foyer took one day to finish. It looks fantastic. The projects were completed the same week so the project would not drag out and on different days which was better for the teams. Shawn’s team did a great job, was on time and finished the vinyl floor project in one day. The carpet was finished in a few hours by Nick’s team and we love the look and feel of the new carpet. The office did a great job tying the whole process together.

We had a great experience with Marshall. We had gotten estimates for new carpet from two national brands and got an additional estimate from Marshall to compare with a local company. We were surprised at the great value we got at Marshall, and ultimately decided to go with them. The national brands didnt even present us with the pad they intended to use with the carpet when they came out to our house, and downplayed it entirely. We were pushed to make decisions on the spot and it felt like they were pushing whatever was stored in the warehouse. Marshall brought a sample of the pad they offered as well as several carpets, and the pad that Marshall uses makes a huge difference - its also sealed and good for pets as we have a dog and cats. They came out and measured our house right when we inquired and gave us a quick estimate on the spot from the rep, followed up by an official estimate via email shortly thereafter. We didnt have to make any decisions on the spot or within a certain time frame, I dont even remember but I think we took a few weeks to decide and the number never changed, whereas the national brands had to confirm with a higher up that the estimate was still good. Everyone from Marshall was polite and courteous throughout the entire transaction. After we got the official estimate we went to their showroom and changed up the carpet we had initially ordered very easily, it wasnt a problem at all. We decided to get vinyl flooring through them as well and we couldnt be happier with the product or the service. We love the carpet we got, as well as the quality of service provided by the reps in and out of the showroom and the installers. We live over on the west side of Cleveland and they were in and out of the house before you knew it, with the carpet neatly piled by the curb. I highly recommend.

Its almost needless to say the quality of the padding and materials were excellent. The customer service was superb, allowing me to take samples home to evaluate. The color, feel and end-look are beautiful.When I had a really minor problem, Marshalls jumped right on it and everything was immediately taken care of. I could not recommend a carpeting store more highly. I never expected this much.

Good selection, fair prices (not cheap but good value) and quality products. Installers arrived when they were supposed to, did work well, looks pretty good (although too early to really tell how durable it will be). So happy with service and will use again.

This was my 2nd time using Marshall carpet. The first time I had carpet replaced in 4 rooms and they did a stellar job. This time I had luxury vinyl installed in my kitchen, half bath, laundry room and basement landing. I was very pleased with the work that was completed other than in the bathroom. There had been a slow toilet leak and I asked that the subfloor in that area be replaced, along with the installation of the tile. They did replace the subfloor, but its not level with the rest of the floor. I was told that the only way to fix it would be to replace the structural joists, but I find it difficult to believe that the addition of 2nd piece of 1/8 or 1/4 piece of plywood wouldnt have corrected that issue. It was also frustrating that this was not brought to my attention until AFTER the job was completed, when the job lead assured me that I wouldnt notice the difference. Unfortunately, it is most definitely noticeable. Lesson learned, I suppose. I would definitely go back for carpeting, but not for any hard flooring. I will also say that none of the workers wore masks while they were working, so I stayed closed in my office while they worked.

A little more expensive than another quote I had received, but the other place was NOT professional. This company listened to what I wanted and we discussed the feasibility. I was able to keep my marble transition. The other place wanted to scrap it for a metal piece...UGH!Had a slight problem with the grout. It seemed to harden to quickly and cracked in places. One phone call and they came out and fixed it right away, now its perfect! Thanks

Joyce and Kim scheduled and coordinated the installation dates to work with our schedule. And we can’t say enough about the crews who came out to do the installations. Eddie, Chris, John, Rob, John, and Tony all took care to arrive on time, communicate their progress, take care of the house, offer solutions, and keep on the project timeline. It really made the entire process stress free. We love the results--especially the luxury vinyl tile products. Highly recommend Marshall Carpet One.

This was our first experience with Marshal and we couldnt be happier. Banner (our sales rep) was extremely helpful and exceeded our expectations in terms of customer service, follow-up, etc. Installers were great...very respectful or our space and furniture which isnt always the case. Finished the job in less than a day and a half. All in all, awesome experience across the board and will definitely use them again if we have any flooring needs in the future.

We had a recent experience with the Marshall One Carpeting company which was nothing short of outstanding from beginning to end. From the assessment of our need to shore up the subfloor to the selection of the carpet and padding to the installation, the process was personally and professionally handled throughout.We not only had to replace our 13 year old carpeting in our bedroom, but the plywood below the old padding needed to be more securely fastened to the joists below. The installers expertly and carefully removed our furniture, took up the old carpet and padding then proceeded with the repairs. The two installers were truly amazing. I am very particular and they and the rest of the Marshall Carpet One team were terrific. Not only were the padding and carpeting then laid with precision, but our furniture was put back into the room wonderfully.If there were and option for 6 stars, they would receive it.We would definitely trust the Marshall Carpet One team with any flooring needs we may have in the future.

I really liked my sales person, Murray, as he is very professional, knowledgeable, super patient, and wants you to be very satisfied with your final selection.The wall-to-wall installation went well and best of all, I love the carpet; AND to top it off, as a courtesy, they bind the edges of the remnants at no charge. They will cut to size the leftover piece(s) and bind it for you; all the work is done at their location, so turn around is pretty quick!Everyone I’ve talked with, whether it was in person or over the phone, are all very sincere and make every effort to make sure you are taken care of and any questions are answered.

Our sales associate was Nate and he took so much time out helping us find the right carpet and always was so prompt with getting back to us with any questions we had. I would love to share the experience I had with Marshall Carpet One. I tried working with Home Depot for over 13 months to have my carpet in my bathroom replaced with no success....My husband & I visited Marshal carpets and from the first visit until finishing my bathroom floor it was seamless...I worked with a sales person named M. Banner...he was a very caring sincere person...he listened to what we were looking for, made a few suggestions and waited for us to make our final decision. He explained their process and it happened just as he said it would. The installer was out at my house for roughly 4 hours...he said he needed another piece as he was disconnecting my toilet...He went to hardware purchased the piece and completed the job. I was very impressed with the work and the quality of the floor. It is truly a 5 Star experience working with them. .Weve used Marshall about 5-6 year back and was happy with the work...Yes I would refer them to someone else ..Excellent Service!

This is top of the line quality and customer service - the selection of carpet and rugs cannot be beat but the pad they use when installing carpet is truly what sets their service apart. We get compliments all the time about the comfort of the carpet in our basement thanks to this pad and quality of work! Also, John was extremely helpful in selecting the appropriate carpet choice - very knowledgeable and took his time to explain the process. Standard purchase for carpeting on a stair project went well.I made a special order for a floor mat with special printing and Mr Matthew Banner was exceptionally attentive to details and communicating with me as the project dragged on for months.When this special project was finally completed, Mr Banner personally delivered the floor mat to my home. This commitment means all future carpet projects will be brought to Mr Banner at Marshall Carpet one.

Working with Marshall Carpet One was such a great and easy experience. Not only do they have so much options to choose from, but they listened to exactly what I wanted and chose a couple options that I loved right off the bat.They worked with me to figure out the best time to install the carpet and were on time and efficient with the install. Our experience with Marshall Flooring has been wonderful. Our builder works directly with Kathy and she has been an absolute god send and joy to work with. Building a home is so scary and exciting, and Kathy did such a great job of putting our minds at ease and helping us by compartmentalizing one room at a time.Her eye for design is impeccable and within a few minutes of meeting my husband and I she already figured out our aesthetic. The flooring was literally the first thing we chose for our new home, and we have designed and built the house around the flooring.I could not have done it without Kathy, I have emailed her so many times or stopped by asking her opinion on various items, because I am unsure, and she is not only always helpful but gets back to me right away!
