Rescheduled a measurement 3 times. Tried to keep the business local, instead I had my time wasted repeatedly.

We chose this company because they gave the best price upfront. We did not have to go back and forth for weeks as we did with other companies. Joe was great. He was patient as we tried to find the right flooring, and that wasnt easy with all of the choices we had. We chose a waterproof/scratch resistant flooring that is absolutely beautiful and adds to the contemporary elegance that we are trying to create. He scheduled our install quickly and the installers were on time, focused and friendly . Tom was awesome. We would have liked the job extended just to have his company. He installed the baseboards for us. I thought I would be able to attach pictures but I dont see that option. Maybe on another review site.We will be buying our carpet too.
