The WORST customer service every!!!!!!!! Never again will I waste time here. 25 minutes and $1.45 poorer, my objective was not met. They have no means of telling you how much your job will cost. They just want a credit card! Its self service so something that could have cost $2 anywhere else will surely cost you $50 here.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We drove all the way there because we needed something printed for our wedding the next day. They closed at 9pm and we walked in at 820pm. The guy told us he has to clean up because they close soon so it wasnt going to happen tonight. It takes 30 minutes to print something? He said no but he has to clean up by 9pm. NO that is not how it works!! The store is open until 9pm NOT 830pm!!! Do your job or let someone else do it. We now wasted our time because of your ignorance!!!
I called 40 minutes before closing time to ask if I could get 2 COVID vaccination cards laminated before closing time (9:00) if I got to the store within 10 minutes. The girl checked with the Print & Marketing Department and said they told her yes it would take less than 5 minutes to laminate and would be free.I walked in the door at 8:30 and went directly to the print desk where a young man said oh sorry the laminators are all shut down for the night. Didn’t even stop to think if there was a way he might manage it in the 30 minutes before closing. I told him what I had been told when I called and he just shrugged his shoulders and said “Sorry. You can come back tomorrow.”ABSOLUTELY NOT! My husband and I both work in schools and used to spend hundreds of dollars there every year and it was a great place to shop. It was the only office supply store we shopped at but it has been going downhill for a while now. OFFICE MAX, HERE I COME!I can’t post this without at least 1 star but this store does not even deserve that!
Guy literally said Im not doing anything right now. Couldnt quickly help me print out 2 pieces of paper on a special gloss paper l cant do at copier. Would of took 5 minutes. Useless staff and store. The reviews are true this place is a joke. Go somewhere else helpful or order online
A nice young woman here helped me today with my returns she was very quick and made everything clear. Nice store
I have come to this Staples pretty regularly, mostly to use the printers but occasionally shopping or online order pickup. The printers are decent but their internet connection makes them noticeably slow (and internet is required for payment and print from email, etc.). I recently went in to print off some more documents for my yearly planner and was harassed by the manager the entire time (a young man who as another reviewer described, was very arrogant and rude). Service has been steadily declining within last year and a half when I was using services heavily for marketing materials for the sale of our home by owner. I recommend coming as a last resort. The Office Depot in South Euclid is better (but less convenient in location for me).
I reviewed this store previously and Im unsure of what happened to my review. The young punk manager at this store seems functionally illiterate. Cant understand basic math and has poor reading comprehension. He doesnt know his store policy and has a napoleon complex. Basically hes a cliche bro from highschool who couldnt get into community college, not because they didnt accept him, but that he doesnt have the mental capacity to understand push vs pull.
Its a office supply store if you cant find it their order it online.
The self serve printer is legit. I was in and out in less than five minutes. The girl at the print desk was very helpful as well. I will be coming back
I want to say the guy that works in the printing station named Eric is the man. He was very helpful,super professional, and a expert at what he does. Staples keep hiring good employees like him!

This is a one-stop shopping place for all your office supplies. I was looking for pens and markers. They were easy to find and their staff were helpful during my visit. Checkout process was quick. They also offer print, tech, shipping and recycling services at this store.
Eric in copy and print was accommodating and helpful. I will always choose and recommend Mayfield Heights Staples for all my small business needs.
I would say parking is adequate, stock is organized, employees were very helpful and professional. Went in at about 2:00pm, not crowded and I found what I was looking for. Best part it didnt cost me an arm and a leg!
The sales person was very helpful in finding the ink cartridge needed for my printer. The shelf was showing empty but, he was able to find them in back stock.

Terrible service from printing department. They called to upsale me, I refused, I gave another option, they canceled my rushed printing order. This alternative option was completed next day by a more reliable Staples across town willing to do the job without complications or complaints. In all honesty this Staples location is lazy and just didnt want to complete such a large order within the requested and paid for time frame. I would not recommend anyone to use this location for any printing services because the team is reluctant to complete customers large orders and not personable.
Arrived at 8am to have 2 custom stamps made for my business. I needed them in a hurry, hence why I went to the store instead of buying online. The store manager was working the counter. She refused to help. She turned the computer towards me for me to do it. I gave her 3 different hints that I wanted her to do it. She then told me it wouldnt be ready until 8pm because she had other jobs to do. I ask her how many. Her response was she didnt know because she hasnt logged into the system yet. You guys really picked a winner to be your store manager!

I told clerk the HP23 ink I needed was out of stock, clerk did not offer their not-in-stock policy, which is $10 off and ship free. Other than that, he did a competent job.
I want to buy a monitor from them, they have the best price. The reviews say, I should help myself. According to the norm, this place is a joke at best, I will avoid the salesmen, and the manager, if I cannot help myself, I will just leave. I will not put up with stupid, or rude. I will go off, in the store, if I get anything close to the BS, I have read in the reviews, so far.... Go ahead Staples, try me.

I came into staples this evening, and went to the copy center.I needed to double sided copy a packet of papers, so when the woman AMANDA came to me and asked what I needed help with, I explained that I needed this 14 pages packet made into a double sided 7 page packet via copy machine. She replied that this paper was old and raggidy and that I would have to pay her 1.99 PER PAGE for her to specifically hand put each paper on the copy machine and then 11 cents per page of paper that it would use. I asked if there were another option, she said I could walk over and use the self service copy machine (with attitude) and I politely asked with a chuckle if she would be able to show me how to use this machine because I have never used one before. To which she said NO, I have Five other things to do, I cant hold your hand while you use this machine, if you want me to do that you will just have to give me 1.99 per page to do it myself, leave it here with me, and I MIGHT get it done tonight. At this point she had given me so much attitude that I was just done. I told her this was ridiculous. Went down the street to Golden Gate Plaza, and the man there did it for me, for 1.49 for ALL the pages. Talk about lack of customer service... this girl needs to GO. Seriously. Its not the first time I have had a bad experience with her either.IF YOU WANT POLITE KIND HELP, DO NOT GO HERE.TERRIBLE TERRIBLE, RUDE, TALKS DOWN TO CUSTOMER LIKE THEY ARE STUPID. My father ordered business cards 2 days ago which should have been ready the same day. He was told to come back before 6 pm, when he did they told him the machine broke down. Later that night we got a call that the technician was contacted and they are awaiting his reply and the cards should be ready no later than 8:30 pm the following day. We called again the following day and spoke with a rude young lady who said they will call us when they are ready. I called this morning and spoke with the same young lady who said they are still awaiting the technician and she doesnt know when he will come. She suggested having another location print the cards. She hung up the phone without giving me the name and/or address of the location, when the cards might be ready, or any other details. I called back and cancelled the order. Very poor service.

I received terrible treatment 2 days ago from Staples employees. I went to have a brochure photocopied for work, and I needed it for the following day. Despite having very few customers in the store the man at the printing desk told me I would have to wait 2 to 3 hours to have it done. I told him I did not have time to wait 2 to 3 hours - that I had driven in from a different city, and was there anything he could do to speed it up. He said no. I then proceeded to attempt to photocopy the brochure myself on their self pay photocopiers. An employee was in the printing area and I asked her for help since the brochure was 2 sided, and I was not sure how to load the 2nd side. She told me that she could not help me, in a very impolite tone of voice, because the brochure had a trademark on it, and she was not allowed to do it. I told her I was working for the company who had produced the brochure and the trademark, and that I would call them, or she could call them to verify it. She snapped at me saying no she would not call, and walked away relieved to not have to bother helping me. I had another brochure I wanted copied, and I asked her for assistance with this one, and she said she would not assist me with that one either. I then asked a different employee where the receipt books were, and he snapped at me Aisle 10 in a mean tone of voice. I was unable to get my brochures printed at the store, and they did not have the file folders I needed. I did get a receipt book, and when I went to the checkout, the woman who refused to help me sauntered over to the cash register next to mine, to gleefully sneer at me. Clearly she felt shed won something by blocking me from getting what I wanted, and appeared happy that I was leaving almost empty handed. I give them one star because the person who checked me out, was civil and polite, and because I am not allowed to give zero stars on this review. This store will not stay in business long with such horrible customer service.

Horrid. No one I asked could direct me to the product I needed. I waited in aisle while team member called a manager to help me locate an item because he didnt know where to find it. I waited over five minutes standing in isle on my lunch break and after ten I left because manager never showed to help. Other customers were yelling in frustration during my visit. Get it together Mayfield Staples!

The Manager was very unprofessional to the customers and to his employees at the printing desk. I was in to have 4 photos printed for work and the manager literally forced his employee out of the way when he was trying to help me with my prints so he could use the computer instead for another task. I was shocked at what disrespect this showed for his staff. I asked how long is this going to take considering that I was already being helped by one of your employees? He ignored me and did not even make eye contact. The employee turned and said Im sorry sir I will continue with you as soon as he is done. The employee acted like this is a common occurrence. Other customers looked in disgust while one customer proceeded to walk out of the store without receiving service. Other employees were looking at their phones not paying much attention to the situation.
