Everything was fine once the chairs became available except one small thingThe delivery crew did not point out that there were adjustment mechanisms on the table legs to eliminate a wobble of the table. I had to discover them myself

The only place to go in northeast Ohio for modern furniture. Not only did they have a sectional that was exactly what we were looking for, but the experience was all positive. We have Purchased several items over the last couple of years from Designers Furniture. In all purchases- the staff (usually the owners) are very helpful in general. They have suggested why to get certain counter stools for comfort and they have the ability to be reupholstered. We have gotten tables, dining room table and chairs, reclaimed wood benches for our rental properties: we find an array of very fun and eclectic furniture and accessories.I had the dining room set delivered yesterday. I believe it’s the first thing we had delivered as we usually take what we buy and put it in the van.The delivery guys were great - they had masks on and remove their shoes, they put down flooring protection while they put the legs On and set up the table. They were respectful decent and on time. I bought this set on Sunday and they were delivered on Tuesday.If you like more modern and different furniture this is a great place to find it. They have a lot of beautiful hanging lights for kitchens or living rooms and they have a lot of very nice artwork and pieces of furniture in general.... it’s a nice store - even for small decorative items. It’s a little gem in the back of Golden Gate by the BMV.

Designer furniture’s owner, delivery personnel, and employees were all fantastic. They did not pressure you, they allowed me to browse, and continued to browse for a few weeks until I was sure. The discounts were applied as stated, the delivery was as promised, both delivery men removed shoes, had floor coverings, wore mask, as did we, and did their job very professionally. The furniture I chose works very nicely in my living room. I was slightly hesitant of the colors and fabric at first because I had too many choices but the sales person was very helpful. Having just moved, I was looking for a few pieces to fit our new home and had been to every other store in the area and saw the same furniture everywhere I went. This place is different. I found the unique piece I’d been looking for, at a great price and had great, friendly service. I’ve already had two people ask me where I found such an interesting piece of furniture. The lady helping us was awesome. She spent a good 40 minutes with us and showed us every option we had. When we couldnt decide she said that she would send us different colors of the chairs for our dining table so we could test it out.The delivery guys came as scheduled. They were very organized, and helpful. They showed us how our table would work and what we need to do if we ever need to adjust it.Probably one of the best furniture buying experiences Ive had.

This place was nicely furnished (pun intended) and very well organized. It has affordable pricing and reasonably tasteful items for that price, though some things did have a premium price tag. I dont mind that too much though as it has a large variety of beds, dressers, tables, etc. Not sure if its a good place to go if you want something quick and easy though

The store has a lot of variety and a reasonable range of prices. We gave a price range, and rather than trying to sell us the most expensive sofa there, they actually recommended a comfy sofa at the lower end of our budget. Excellent customer service. We really like the 30-60-90 layaway plan. Delivery met expectations. The drivers handled our lamps and dining table very carefully and gently. We are very satisfied and will return in the future for additional accent pieces or wall art. Customers can certainly find quality furniture that will match their budget.

After visiting several furniture stores, east side and west side, I finally did what I should have done from the start...Googled modern furniture in Cleveland. Thank goodness! I saw option after option of Mid-century Modern sofas and accent chairs. The store was filled with color, and beautifully proportioned furniture. What a difference from the massive, brown stuff that every other store seemed to carry. The lovely lady, who, without any pressure, pointed out options for me. In under an hour, I purchased a sleek, light grey sofa, and arranged a delivery date. Everything in the store was on sale, and for the week of the holiday, shipping was free. I was given a two hour delivery window, with a 30 minute call before arrival. Two gentlemen arrived 30 minutes after the call, and it was literally 20 minutes inside the window. I will be back!!!

That being said, the order-time was reasonable, and similar to that of some other local furniture stores that ONLY offer ordering (typically from China I am told), at that price-point.
