Cant recommend Fish Furniture more! Great customer service and even better products. The delivery(s) were so quick, easy and safe...everyone had on masks and were very clean. A few months later, we had Bob come out to our house to service our bed and he did a fantastic job and went above and beyond to make sure we felt like we were VIPs... and every one there is super COVID safe. Talk about Fish customer service!We purchased a beautiful Durham solid wood bedroom set from Fish Furniture over 20 years ago. Despite the age of this set, we continue to appreciate the exceptional quality and timeless style of this Fish purchase.Unfortunately over twenty years the set was showing some stain/finish wear and tear primarily around the bases from vacuum cleaners, dogs and five relocations. We initially contacted a local refinishing business to see if they could perform the repairs, but they didn’t provide an in-home service and would require the set be brought to the shop.On a whim, I thought I’d contact Fish to see if they were aware of someone that they would recommend. To my surprise, they said they ABSOLUTELY could, as they had a person on their staff for 30 years that did this sort of work for their Fish customers!! This is a 20 year old purchase! Within a week they had Bob out who was able to bring these pieces back to their original beauty and we could not be more pleased. Fish Furniture takes care of their customers! Thank You!!

My husband and I had visited most of the furniture stores in the area but for some reason never stopped in here. That wont be happening anymore because Fish Furniture is now the only place I will buy furniture from! I couldnt believe the selection and size of the store, and I love that youre able to custom build and design your own furniture. My husband and I spent an hour going through fabric samples and now have a custom bed on the way. Diana was an absolute dream to work with, she was very informative and helpful. I know that when I need to replace my couches in a few years this is where Ill be going.

Fish has exceeded my expectations. We experienced a technical issue with our adjustable base bed that we purchased 3 years ago. By chance I reached out to Fish to see if they could help me. I was put in contact with Dan, the owner, and he went into immediate problem solving mode. Within hours, he was able to locate the needed part (for a model that is no longer made) and have someone at my house to fix it within hours, at no charge to me – then followed up to make sure it was fixed to my satisfaction. Knowing the way they treat and care for their customers will make me a repeat customer for years to come. You just don’t get that level of service other places, like you do with Fish Furniture.

I recently moved and the movers lost the mirror supports to one of my bedroom sets. I had bought the set at Fish Furniture about 20 years ago. I called Fish Furniture hoping they could help me find the correct supports. Spoke with Dan, the owner, and he couldn’t have been more helpful. Dan Geller (the owner of Fish Furniture) truly cares about his customers satisfaction. I cannot recall ever experiencing such outstanding customer service. We experienced a problem (no fault of Fish) with our order the week we were expecting delivery. There was an unexpected issue with the fabric supplier. Even though this problem was out of Fish Furnitures control Dan Geller stepped up and went above and beyond to remedy the situation. In addition to that Temple furniture (the brand of sofas we were purchasing) also stepped up to make things right even though the problem was not their fault as well. The integrity and customer service displayed by Dan Geller and Temple Furniture is second to none! Dan bent over backwards to make sure we were happy.I would also like to mention Lauren R. salesperson extraordinaire! We worked with Lauren 10 years ago to furnish our family room. We have been shopping at Fish Furniture at SOM and Mayfield for years. The store is locally family owned and operated -- its great to support an independent furniture store. The owner, Dan Geller, has provided us with the best customer service ever!! He definitely knows his merchandise! The store was started by his parents or grandparents. (My friend said she bought her first couch at Fish Furniture in 1974!!) Its a large two story store with an excellent selection of furniture and mattresses too. Over the years, weve bought a beautiful and comfortable custom leather couch, side tables, mattresses and an electronic recliner, which is the best!! If you have an elderly parent, who has trouble getting in and out of a chair (standing up and down is challenging), the electronic recliner is the best find! Dan sold it to us a few years ago and now its the only chair Mom sits in. It tilts all the way up, so its so much easier for her to stand up from it or sit down in it because all you have to do is push the button and the chair does all the work for you. This chair has really been invaluable. Also, one of the designer/sales person did an excellent job finding the right size and color couch for my parents family room. Everything weve purchased at Fish Furniture has held up beautifully and its no doubt our most favorite furniture store in Cleveland.

I visited Fish Furniture before Thanksgiving searching for a King sized bed. I didnt find anything on floor that I liked. Also I was looking for a lavender lamp shade which is difficult to find. I ran across a mint green lamp that would match my decor at home. I didnt purchase it but the image stuck in my mind. I called the day after Thanksgiving to see if it was still there and it was. Dan, the owner answered the call and was very very nice, It was busy and he had Chris to call me with details. I told them I would be in Saturday and I bought the lamp. He told me to take it home and if for some reason it didnt work out I could bring it back. Also Chris showed me more king sized beds from catalogs and gave me pictures to take home. I was very pleased with the experience and think everyone should visit Fish Furniture, good people, very knowledgeable and family atmosphere with excellent customer service.

We have a few sets of furniture from Fish in Mayfield. Chuck has always been more than helpful. We absolutely love their selection and quick turn around. Normal delivery out to us is about 2 weeks from purchase. Great quality furniture at a wonderful price. Always fair and helpful.

This is a terrific family owned business! Their prices are great and they are very customer service oriented. Dan, the owner is very visible in the store and makes his customers feel very welcome and valued. The salesperson I usually work with is Lauren and she is really good at helping you find what you are looking for and she is very fun to work with. I dont know why anyone would buy furniture online when you get excellent pricing, delivery and setup here and they will bend over backwards to ensure you are happy.

Outstanding customer service. My wife and I bought a mattress for our son from Fish, but it ended up feeling too firm when we got it. We called and spoke to the owner himself, who was more than happy to help us exchange it. We loved the new mattress so much that we bought one for ourselves, too! I love the fact that there was no high pressure sale, and no fake sales (where stores offer a percentage off of an imaginary, ridiculously high retail price). The owner and staff are friendly, the prices are great, and the furniture is high quality.

My wife and I try to shop as local as possible and it doesn’t get more local than Fish. We had the pleasure of working with Elaine who’s been with Fish for 23yrs. After 2 trips to their Mayfield location we finalized our entire kitchen and dinning room. Elaine also went the extra mile to work with us on a custom bed that we’re so excited about! If you need furniture for any room in your house you must stop in and ask for Elaine!

Moved back to Ohio went to this store had to look for someone to help me. Least interested salesperson I ever encountered. Acted like I was bothering him. Do you need to wear furs and jewels to shop at this store? Little did they know I had mega bucks in my pocket and was ready to spend. Do not shop with judgemental people.

Ive purchased a dinning table at the Fish Furniture store. The nice looking table top had a tiles on it. Occasionally one of the tiles broke. I have contacted Fish Furniture asking for help with getting a replacement tile. Instead, I got a whole brand new table!Outstanding customer service! We just took delivery of a new dining room set. Over the last 16 years, we have now purchased a total of 3 bedroom sets, 6 couches, a kitchen table set, a dining room set, a china cabinet, 4 tv consoles, 3 ottomans, and multiple chairs from Fish Furniture. Why do we go back? It starts at the top with the owner Dan Geller. Between Dan and all of his salespeople and all of his delivery guys, it is like dealing with family. They treat the customers with the utmost respect and we feel very valued. The delivery guys today immediately took off their shoes when they got into my house and treated my home and what they were delivering with the utmost care and respect. They have a bulletin board when you walk into the store and it has the names of the staff and how long they have worked there. So many of them have been there for 25-30 years! The 2 delivery guys who were there today had been there for 25 years. This is unheard of in this day and age. It is so nice to be able to support a company who not only takes care of their customers, but their staff as well. Fish only sells high quality furniture at a very fair price and they stand behind their products. I have sent countless family and friends to Fish and they have always thanked me. We are (FINALLY!) about out of areas of our house to furnish, but we will be heading back to Fish soon to purchase a new mattress.

This place looks small from the outside but they have a huge downstairs area. The selection is large and varied. They are very helpful and super friendly. They will store your purchased furniture for free for a few months too if you are moving and/or building a house

Selecting a mattress is serious business. In order to make an informed decision it’s necessary to ask many questions and to spend time trying out different styles. Kitty, who helped me was knowledgeable and had the ability to listen and communicate well. She even encouraged me to “bring a book and stay awhile” in order to take enough time to make an informed decision. With all of the care and time spent at the time of the sale, we still ran into an unexpected issue. This is when Dan, the owner, swooped in and made a house call doing all he could to solve the problem. He immediately called his installers and they arrived within 20 minutes to carry out Dan’s instructions. Need I say more? As a result of this positive experience I’m pleased to recommend Fish furniture.

We purchased an Amish-built bedroom set from Fish Furniture that was built to order. The quality of the materials and workmanship is second to none, on par with Stickley, but at a more affordable price point.The customer service we received from the Fish Furniture staff was top-notch, including the professional delivery team that delivered the furniture and assembled it on-site. Furniture stores come and go, but there is a reason Fish Furniture remains one of Clevelands finest.

We purchased a buffet from them that we really enjoy. Priced slightly on the higher side, but well within reason.Second shopping trip was a mixed bag. We were quoted a very fair price on some small genuine-leather “swivel chairs” ~ but were told they took approximately 10 weeks to arrive from China. :(

Got my sons bedroom set delivered this week. He loves it. The Stanley quality was the best we saw. Fish gave us a great price and their delivery guys were amazing! They even changed the crib we got from Fish three years ago to the full size bed. My husband would have taken two days to figure that out. I always get the best price and service from Fish!!!

My wife and I went to shop for a mattress and met with John a salesman at the Mayfield location. His insight and knowledge was extremely helpfulin picking out what we found to be the best mattress for our needs. John was not in any way pushy or high pressure, he took what I thought was an extraordinary amount of time to answer our questions and point out all the differences in materials used in every mattress we liked and those we didnt. Our experience didnt end there as we waited for our new mattress and adjustable base to be delivered. Day of delivery I received a phone call to let me know they would be here in fifteen minutes. Chad and Patrick were our delivery men and they were courteous and professional in everything they did. They took great care to make sure everything was brought in carefully without damage to the stairs, walls, or railing as they had to get that heavy base up to the bedroom with a tight turn at the top of the stairs. They then took time with me to explain just how the remote worked and some insight as to the care of the mattress. I couldnt be more happy with my experience. I went so far as to call the store and let them know my thoughts and received a call back from Dan the owner thanking me for taking the time to make that call, we chatted and it seems the desire for their customers to be pleased with their purchase weaves its way through the entire staff at Fish, it doesnt end when your receipt says paid in full.

I had bought a bedroom set for my daughter about 20 years ago; recently a critical part of the bed (the side rails that connect the headboard and the footboard) went missing in a local move. I called up the store, spoke to the owner, Dan Geller, who was incredibly helpful in locating side rails from the same manufacturer, and at his expense offered to paint them in the color I needed, and charged me his cost for the rails!! I couldnt have asked for better service - I would highly recommend this store!

After a couple failures at a big box retailer, we stopped into Fish Furniture due to their reputation. We were warmly greeted by John who gave us options and information regarding a sectional and tables. They were delivered by Nick and Tim who are an awesome team. They were knowledgeable and efficient and a joy to watch. We had a slight problem of an end piece of the sectional and John directed us to the owner, Dan. Exceptional Service!!! We purchased a lift chair for my mom on a Saturday and realized by Sunday that we really couldnt wait until the scheduled delivery on Thursday. I called the store to request an earlier delivery and Dan Gellar, the owner, got on the phone to ask me when I needed it and to personally make sure it was delivered sooner. And sure enough, it showed up the exact time he said it would. Weve purchased furniture from Fish Furniture for many years and will hopefully be purchasing from them for many more to come!

I had purchased multiple items from Fissh Furniture during the early to late 1990s including a very elegant formal dining set, 25yrs after the purchase one the the chairs was damaged and the leg broke off. I took the chair into the store for repair, not only did the owner Dan Geller remember me he agreed to repair the chair free of charge. It was a difficult repair and took awhile but they did it with a smile. They as a company in my experience has always had the gold standard of customer service, cant be beat anywhere. I bought a bedroom set at Fish Furniture in Mayfield Hts 20+ years ago which had a headboard and a footboard.. We just converted the bed from full to queen size and discovered that the side rails could be expanded to accommodate the width but not the length. Instant headache right? The answer was no....I called Fish Furniture and spoke with Dan Geller. Dan was completely understanding and made several phone calls for me. Later that day he called back and was able to get me all the necessary items I needed. I cant say enough about Mr. Geller and Fish Furniture! I thought I was going to have to go out and buy a regular bed frame (which wouldnt accommodate my footboard) and pay 150.00 and not be satisfied. Mr. Geller will get my repeat business undoubtedly. I bought a tempurpedic mattress at Fish about 8 years ago. It developed some divets in it and I went back to Fish to inquire about warranties. Even though I didnt have my original receipt Dan Geller was able to look it up for me, and walked me through the warranty process so that I got a brand new mattress. Dan is passionate about mattresses and proper sleep. He is undoubtedly the best tempurpedic guy around probably the best mattress guy in Ohio. You cannot go wrong here.

I purchased $5400.00 worth of furniture to be delivered saturday April 23rd at my grandsons apartment in Cuyahoga Falls.
