A true Russian/Ukrainian store for all the BEST food! The russian speaking team is awesome and help me each time. Without a doubt- a true delight to stop and shop.

I love this store! I would suggest to clean shopping baskets.. or get new ones. The old ones are just not good.The best part is prepared foods!! The salads taste just like from back home! They have all kinds of spices too, starting from classic ones for Russian dishes to Georgian and even Kazakh! I love love love this store!

Lots of authentic Russian and East European food. Kvass, blini, kolbassi, caviar, pashtyet, the list goes on and on. Lots of great Russian ladies to help you. Stock up every time ! ! !

If you are Russian, you probably already know about this place but if you are just an average North Coast American you may never know what Yeleseyevsky Deli has to offer. This is a Russian deli that offers great prepared food, bakery, a fish counter, and a meat case with the largest variety of deli meat I have ever seen. They also have a large selection of frozen foods, and cold food/drinks as well as canned goods. Russian candy is plentiful and fills one end of the store. All of the employees are pleasant and helpful, even though there is sometimes a language barrier. Helen, the owner, is the best.

This place was amazing. I just had my first visit and am looking forward to many more!

Fresh food 😋

My wife and I were here today for the first time. It is definitely a Russian store. They have a lot of Russian items. Some of the reviews said that the staff wasnt very friendly. I dont think thats the case as it is obvious that English isnt their first language. From the deli we ordered two corned beef sandwiches on rye. The corned beef was great and stacked high with very little fat. The bread however was a little dry. Will definitely come back.

I really like the many different types of imported foods! But their prep foods are very gross. Tasted like they dropped it on the floor! Their corned beef is old. Some of the products are expired. The workers are kinda unpleasant tbh.

This place is such an absolute gem to find! They have a wide variety of items and the staff working there were perfectly friendly! The little Russian stacking dolls(not sure what theyre called) were the best find there just make sure you have cash on hand if you want to buy one!

This place is really good for imported Russian goods, but unfortunately their deli is not always fresh! It is your luck if u find and get fresh made foods, which is extremely rare! Their blinchiki with cheese smell like rotten salmon because it has been placed with fish products for so long and taste so hard, so it is an immediate trash! I got Ecler today to try maybe it is fresh, nope it is not, it was immediate trash too! Last week i got chocolate cake to try, omg it was awful again! Three times disappointment! Dont buy those things ! The only thing is not a frustration so far is Adjika!

I love going here and even though I cant read most of the labels I always find something to buy. Try the chocolates with liquor in the middle. Yum. The pickles they sell are wonderful. If youre a brave leader, this is the place for you.

SO EXPENSIVE!! also they are very rude, the works dont know how to greet people and theyre just very rude!

Great people and great wine

Interesting deli that I stumbled into randomly while looking for a deli on Google. I thought it would be a regular deli but its more of an Eastern European grocery store with a deli inside. I tried some of the items including s weird jellied meat which I wasnt a fan of but the other stuff I tried was delicious. This included their pastries and cakes, those were my favorite. The one downside is that the service here wasnt the greatest, and the lady behind the pastry counter seem to have a resting b face but she still helped me out.

We love this place. The best for Bulgarian Feta and many other European treats.

One of the best Russian stores in Cleveland area. Huge selection of pretty much anything. Most clerks speak English too, so dont be too intimidated to come and check it out.

This is a very good store that we visit from time to time, because it cares European kind of groceries, you cant find at other places. They have good deli section, a lot of tasty dessert stuff, good sea food section where you can buy caviar; European candies and gingerbread, real rye bread, and some overcounter medicine we are used to. And its a good place to takeout prepared food. And there is much more to buy. Good store.

Coffee is pricey, and the bread. Candy selection is good. Deli and cheese counter people dont seem happy there. Over all they seem like a interesting location to visit, from time to time.

Extensive stock of imported foods.Like the fact that they offer other than the big brands.Try the Merve brand of Turkish yogurt (especially the whole milk in red container)Sad thing is that most of the times they are out of stock.Wishing them the best.

This is the best Russian market around! Have huge selections of Russian and eastern European style foods, plus, and I do say plus, the have premade dishes you can purchase. Nothing like some hot shishkab chicken, or fresh carrot salad. Try everything! Yummy!!

Great selection of products that can usually be found in Russia and post Soviet countries. Cured meats, deli, fish, kasha, cooked meals, salads, candies and desserts as well as souvenirs and more. The prices are higher than in a regular grocery store and you can get a feel of the planned economy attitude from some employees. Make sure to check the expiration date.

Very wide variety of Russian eastern euro foods . Very nice staff very helpful, We just happened to pass by and found this wonderfull place. Lots of homemade deli treats.

Clean, big variety of meats, casseroles, canned preserves, candies, a few fresh vegetables including beets, ethnic language on labels.

Ive been going to this store for ages. As far as Russian food stores on the east side of Cleveland- this one is the better than any other. Great selection, plenty of ready-made authentic dishes, awesome service. Thank you for serving the community for the past decade!

I love this place!! Me and my mom discovered it by accident and were blown away. If you are a foodie and want an authentic taste of a different culture this is a good place to try. Its a russian store but they also have plenty of other wonderful imports and local products and alot is made by hand. Everything I have tried is wonderful.

Friendly personnel, good groceries (never found past due within 6 months of shopping there). The jerky fish (taranka) and the dumplings look a bit alarming, but I never bought it so cant say anything good or bad.
