Went to replace my old full sized mattress and really enjoyed the feel and comfort of a Purple brand mattress. Though the associate was helping a couple, she found time to answer my questions. I went with the Purple mattress and pillows based on my sleeping style and mattress firmness level. I was able to test out the mattress for about half an hour and found myself ready to fall asleep. I knew this was the one for me. 😴

First things first... Meg is an amazing. I did not think that it would be possible to have such a pleasant time shopping for a mattress, but I was gladly mistaken. All of our needs were met and questions answered in a way that made us feel empowered to pull the trigger on investing in a wonderful mattress. On top of the mattress we were able to also find new pillows that were a much better fit for our bodies. I will be returning to this location for all my future needs! My wife and I went to several stores before we stepped into Levin. We had loosely determined the type of mattress we liked and I guess we were looking for a salesman to take us to the finish line. Meg the store manager was what we were looking for. She listened to us and showed us options and even shared her opinion on the different brands. Apparently the mattress biz is very competitive these days and we are very happy to have found Levin.

My husband and I live in Mayfield Hts., the land of mattress stores. Not knowing where to start we picked Levin’s because the name was most recognizable. We were immediately met by Meg and knew we picked the right place. She not only made mattress shopping a comfortable experience, she made it fun. She was full of useful information and advice. We left with a printout of tips for conditioning and maintaining our new mattress and a guarantee that our mattress would be delivered in three days, which the store did make happen.

We just purchased a Purple Mattress from Levin Mattress in Mayfield Hts. Our salesperson was Meg, who was so helpful! Levin was the last of 4 mattress stores that we visited. Meg did a great job providing information about different bed manufacturers and utilizing adjustable frame bases to get maximum support/benefit. Resulted in buying a new adjustable hybrid bed.

Ordered an adjustable base from the mayfield store. Was promised delivery today. The wrong item was delivered, less in cost than the one ordered. Had to wait until the store opened to call. Took her all day and had to call her back. She kept saying it’s not her fault when she works for levin, so it is her fault too. Now I’m expected to wait 2 weeks for the correct unit to be delivered. Both individuals at the store are curt and offered little understanding what happened. Tempted to cancel the order . Bad experience. Will think twice about future business with them. For the amount of the purchase, they should have been more anxious to make it right.

Meg is a great saleswoman however I did not receive all of the perks that I was promised after calling the store repeatedly! Delivery was a disaster did not receive all the parts to the bed I paid for, the delivery crew had my kids remove the old bed! I would not recommend Levin to my worst enemy!

My husband and my visit to Levin Mattress started out as an information gathering visit as we began researching the purchase of a new mattress. Because of Meg Hindes, it ended up being the best purchasing experience we have ever had! We assumed we’d look at a bunch of mattress and ask what the differences were. Instead, Meg asked the questions. She wanted to learn about us, what our needs were, wanted to see how each of us slept, and asked what problems we had when sleeping. Meg acted more like an interested healthcare professional than a sales person. I get uncomfortably hot when sleeping and also can’t find a comfortable sleeping position. My husband, who’s had 3 spinal surgeries, felt he needed a very firm mattress because he wakes up in pain. Meg first chose the ideal pillows for each of us; the one she provided me had a cool-touch cover. (I bought that one, brought it home and love it. I’ve spent years searching for the right pillow and this one is it.) We wound up getting two different mattresses  each the best for our own needs – and 2 adjustable frames. I even got a temperature regulating mattress protector which will provide a much more comfortable sleep. Because of Meg’s guidance throughout the process, we are confident that we got the right mattresses providing many years of comfortable sleep.

. If I can put a zero I would. My Uncle B.M Got a mattress from them and had nothing but bad experiences. He got a mattress cover for his bed that they sold him that does not fit the bed. We called trying to return it and they would not return it.They are not even willing to talk about the mistake. $150 is nothing but backing up their talk and promises is huge and that is something they did not do. And because he got a different cover he lost on the warranty of the cover he got. Ha what a joke! Great Job guys you lost not only one but many customers for life! Do not go there!

Went in based on there box spring and mattress sale. My husband and I had just left Mattress Firm dissatisfied with the service and the sales price. The mattress they offered for their sale was flimsy and the sales person tried to make us finance a box spring and mattress. So we decided to go to Levin. The salesman was very helpful we were out in less than 15 minutes. He provided twine so we can hook it to our van. Weve had the mattress for over 2 weeks now and are very satisfied.

Not a happy customer at the moment. I feel that we are being punished because we bought a mattress on a sale. Let me explain... We bought a serta icomfort mattress that after a year of use is defective. You came and inspected the mattress and determined it was defective. But you wont honor the sale you were having at the time of purchase and because we couldnt wait for you to have another sale again because you gave only a 30 day window to select a new mattress our options were. A. pick a mattress based on price and of lesser quality(the store manager said it was a comparable mattress and it in no way is comparable after further research or B. Spend 500-1000 more to get a comparable mattress because you sold us a defective one. We feel punished by you and warranty. And we are now stuck with a mattress that we cant get a good nights sleep on..
