Had a fantastic experience at this Fedex Office location today. Despite an issue with the self-service printers, Ray went above and beyond by printing all the specific number of copies for each document I needed. I wanted to register here my gratitude and appreciation to Ray for his true sense of customer satisfaction, courtesy and professionalism! It’s unfortunately surprising how rare it is to see this nowadays!

Great customer service. I called about international refrigerated shipping services. I believe it was not their direct business but they were very patient and directed me the the right person that answered my questions.

I had a few documents shipped from this center. Their staff was very helpful during my visit and politely answered all my queries regarding the shipment. Its very convenient that they have stationery and office supplies available at the store.

Always friendly, helpful. Moving on May 6th to smaller space. Will stop selling many office supplies.While doors (now) are not handicapped friendly, staff always is; see no reason that will change.I am hoping their shredding service will continue.

Completely worthless. They were supposed to forward my package to a new location - instead they sent it back to the shipper saying the ‘request was overlooked’. Incompetent. Use UPS.

Had an urgent document that needed to be faxed. Apparently the fax service at FedEx Mayfield is “self serve, with zero assistance if you run into an issue (with their multi-use copy/fax machine). Thanks Patrick for your (lack of) customer service, even though we were the only customers in the store. Went to your competitor…and will do so in the future as well.

Today I went here for passport photo for the second time because the photo taken in the first time did not meet the requirement. The staff was nice friendly and quick to print a set of new photos and they look good to meet the requirements. When I handed my credit card to pay for the photos, the staff said that I could get the photos for free since the photo from last visit did not meet the requirements. I am very happy with the service over all.

This place was such a lifesaver!!! I needed to have dozens employee manuals totaling hundreds of pages to be printed, hole punched, bound, etc... I put the project off for weeks because I was so overwhelmed with how big the task was. Finally I was told about Fedex’s Print services online. Two words: Life. Changer.It took me about 30 minutes to upload and arrange my documents the way I needed them, which is far less than what I would have spent if I had to print them myself. The process was so simple. 2 attendants (Lindsay and Stacy I believe?) we’re so cheerful and helpful when I went to pick up my order.A million thumbs up and thank you for an amazing job!

Place is great! Have used it to print multiple things for our wedding (address labels, tags for our favors...) Staff was super knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do! Will be back for sure! :)

I had a great experience! The guy who worked here the morning I was in a jam, Nick, was awesome. I called on the way to a meeting and asked about color copies. I was in a big crunch for time. He gave me great directions, was very fast and had me out the door in time for me to get to the meeting with very professional color copies. Nicks the best!

Raymond was the guy to help me. Very nice and friendly. Very helpful too. 5stars

I needed something printed quick via digital and the person (female) that I talked to was super friendly and extremely helpful. She made my day AND saved the day :-)First time using their service (digital), and she was patient and explained it very easily for me.

Very clean facility created a welcoming atmosphere. The Staff was very curtious and helpful. Highly recommend this location!

I stop at this Fedex office to drop off a package and get a receipt. I had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to help me. The one employee help everyone in the store and made me wait. This store is always under staffed. This is not the 1st time . I will never stop there again. Very poorly managed. It the holiday season should be well staffed. The manager that did the best he could did moved of to the Orange village Ohio store.

Wonderful for copying and printing absolute highway robbery if you want to scan. Those huge print and go machines cant sen emails and the 34 cents per minute scanner and computer takes a few minutes per page.

Terrible customer service at this location. Rude and dismissive employees. Ill be taking my business to another branch.

I was very disappointed with the poor customer service I received from your staff member (a woman) today at you Mayfield Heights Store on Mayfield Road (time 3:45). I wanted was to copy three some graphite drawings and thought that I needed a special machine for this procedure.The staff member was very rude and needs additional training in customer service. At one point she unprofessionally said, Im not going to stand next to you. Wow! I didnt ask this lady to stand next to me but asked her to point out a particular machine. I have patronized this store for years. This staff member did your store a disservice. You lost a long time customer today.

I only had to drop a package off but the woman who was working was friendly. The store seemed nice and clean its allot nicer then the FedEx I went to closer to home it was worth the trip!
