Incredibly ineffective and slow moving staff. After 3 different negative experiences, I now take my business elsewhere.

Quick and easy to mail some packages. Extremely pleasant clerk and she explained everything thoroughly.

Dont go on weekend with new people working. Worst experience on Sunday aug 8. The new guys dont know the process properly and taking like half hour for every request. Go on weekdays for good service. Always used this location for printing but now they are charging 6 dollers to use the computer which was not the case before no idea how can we print without using computer. Earlier it was just 1.20 for computer use and now its 6 dollers for computer use and then 1.20 for service. No idea how new guys got there training here.

Better tape your box when you bring something in with label. It was $5 to tape small box shut. Not coming back here again as its simply unreasonable.

Packed and shipped an $850 vintage audio receiver for me that I was terrified to ship and was sure was going to get destroyed. I just got the eBay feedback and it arrived perfectly! Store deserves a great review for that.

The people at the UPS store were very helpful to me. I found all of the workers to be hard working and nice and I appreciated all their hustle. There often extremely busy and I noticed that they are probably under appreciated. The orders seem like nice people . Im not sure its easy to manage the staff. I noticed they go through Employees quite often. The people that have been there for a while are great people and they treated me with a lot of respect and kindness. There were several times that I needed a package delivered and I wasnt aware that my package was arrived at my PO Box and they were super helpful and called me to come pick it up. They also did it with positive energy and I treated them well and they treated me well. The place has good services and Im sure that its difficult to work there with the general public because I noticed often that people were quite rude to the employees there. I tried to stay patient because there are times when the shop is extremely busy and you need to wait for someone because theres only about 2 or 3 people theyre working at any point and its a very small location. Despite it being small they do a great job of treating people well and going as fast as they can. Lets face it its not easy to work in a location like this period the demands of the public and the pressure of trying to please everyone is probably quite challenging. All I know is they treated me well and I treated them well end this place was as good as its going to get for a UPS store.

Had incomplete address so I called to correct and thought everything was taken care of, but that was wishful thinking!!! Went through the process 3 times, one each day and in the end the office calls me and asked if I would meet the driver on the other side of town!!! Really WOW they are the WORST!!!

Such rude employees! I stopped by to drop off a package that already had postage on it, and I was told I couldnt just walk in and drop off - I had to wait in line! I was in and out in less than a minute. Last time I will ever go into that store!

I purchased a painting through an online auction house located in the area but the auction house were not able to ship it to me in Virginia. I called this UPS store and they said they could handle everything. Sarah was the very nice lady that handled it and she along with everyone else here I spoke to were very polite and helpful.I had purchased a painting from another auction house in California and the mailing store did not pack the painting correctly and it was severely damaged. I was very worried this might happen again. However Sarah assured me she would do a good job and when I received the painting, I found out she did a great job.She packed the painting extremely well and I could tell that she really took her time and care. None of the other paintings I had purchased and shipped to me were packed as well as this one. She even took photos of the packing job as she was doing it and emailed them to me....outstanding customer service! How many people nowadays would take the time to do this for a customer?Both Sarah and the owner Jo Anne were so helpful over the phone and would call or email me to keep me abreast of what was going on as far as picking up the painting and when it would be shipped out, etc. Great customer service from everyone at this UPS store and I highly recommend them!

I was just in to drop off a package. I had to go back because I forgot to put a receipt inside the box, and I got there right at the closing minute. The employees inside looked at me and ignored me.

This is a small little UPS store with the nicest staff. They are always knowledgeable and most importantly, quick! There is frequently a girl the who is always very friendly and easy to work with. The service here makes me look forward to shipping things.

The staff has always been helpful- offering extra shipping tape or filler, if needed. Always treated well.Small store but all the supplies you need available. Hours 8:30-6:30; told truck picks up at 6:00 so have package before then to have it shipped the same day.Shipped returns to Amazon and other on-line stores. I always get a receipt and tracking number without asking. Dont know what more you can ask from this UPS store.

This is a very cozy Ups store thats tucked into a row of shops on SOM center rd. This spot can be easily overlooked amongst the other establishments. There was no line when I stopped in to drop off a few packages. The staff was notably friendly and they got me on my way in a very timely manner. I would recommend this location.

This is by far the best UPS location. Anytime I have to return anything, they make it a breeze. I walk in with the package and they tell me to leave it on the counter with whatever labels - they will tape it closed and affix whatever is needed and I am already good to go. Excellent customer service and are always friendly!Tonight did not disappoint. I was closer to the Lyndhurst UPS store and went there first because I was not sure I would make the Som store before it closed. I thought it would be more convenient. The man at the counter in Lyndhurst was talking to the other employee the whole time, luckily did not get my return code from Amazon to actually scan in correctly, because then he tried to charge me $1 for a piece of tape to close the top of the box and claimed it was a packaging fee. So I left and made it just in time to the Som store on my way home. The woman there was so pleasant and friendly, she actually made conversation, and without prompting she taped the top of the box, she printed and affixed the label, and she gave me a receipt with a tracking number so I can make sure I get my refund, all without even having to ask. I will never again deviate to another store. Thank you for the excellent service tonight, Som UPS store!

I have never had a bad experience in this store. In fact, I know most of the employees by name including the owner and his wife. They always bend over backward for me. My husband has his business account with them as well. I love that I have a house account there and I can drop off mail or packages and that they will be taken care of professionally and timely. I have read some other reviews and have wondered just what UPS store they were talking about...surely not the one I frequent on S.O.M. Center Road.

I run estate sales, so Ive always brought them the most challenging, oversize, difficult, valuable, problem items. I handle the easy stuff myself. They are always pleasant, always handle things with no drama. Never had anything they packaged that was damaged or missing in transit. And theyre really nice folks.

Always a friendly, helpful person working the desk. Service is quick and thorough. Never had a bad experience here.

The nicest staff and finest experience I ever had in UPS/Fedex Store. I had a package that was not packed and was having only printed prepaid label. It was saturday morning and was in hurry. The staff simply took it and packaged on her own. She said if I am not bothered about receipt I am all good to go. This is what customer service is and I would rate more than 5 if it was possible. AMAZING SERVICE! We left something at a hotel and desperately needed to have it overnighted. We called in a panic and the store owner said that his wife would go pick it up at the hotel and ship it for us. I was prepared to have to pay someone to take it to them but they picked the package up right on schedule and had it overnighted to where we were staying. The package was a little late (30 minutes!) because of a hurricane but we were so thankful that it arrived and thought nothing else of it. A few weeks later, we got a check in the mail from UPS for the cost of the shipping! Come to find out, the store tracked the package for us and submitted a claim to UPS on our behalf.This level of service is exceptional and we cannot thank these guys enough!!
