I would say best Avura dealer in a 100 mile radius and trust me because i went through all of them Justin was a great salesman and he came through and followed up untill the car was delivered.

Thanks, Roberto and team.Only disappointment is that the dealership has no access to my cars service history at another Acura dealership, so they could not accurately advise what my car actually needs, but recommends what might be due at this mileage, which is less useful, especially when not in line with maintenance minder. Also they slip in oil additive as a package and call it free, meh... Still a good experience.
Park Ave Service is amazing everyone from the front desk receptionist to the mechanics. I am originally a DCH customer but they kept giving me the runaround. Park Ave took care of me as if I bought my car from them. I came in for an issue that I went to my original dealer for 2x. They took my car gave me a loaner and keep updated every step of the way. Since then I haven’t had the issue again. The level of service is unmatched. I drive 45 minutes out of my way to go there because of their service. They have me as a customer for life.Special shoutout to Chris my Service advisor awesome dude.

What a wonderful experience at Park Ave Acura ! Came in for a recall on my car not expecting to be inside at all ( which is why I took my dog ) . Well they opened the doors willingly to my big ol Rottie and everyone loved him. Thank you for accommodating me and my dog with water and a cool place to sit while we waited. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! I went in for a replacement cam shaft, timing belt, front light / fog light and a side view mirror panel for my Acura TL. First, I dropped my car off to be serviced on a Monday, was told that my car would be ready Wednesday which turned into Friday, which then turned into Tuesday of the following week as I expressed that I had to drive over 1,000 miles for a work conference. I thoroughly explained to the technician the issues with my vehicle, my concerns and provided specific instructions. Upon pickup, the total service costs had been gouged despite being called by the technician beforehand and being told that they would replace the light and ignitor of the bulb. I declined the additional $500 for the bulb and ignitor for the bulb since they called me multiple times with the price steadily increasing. The technician told me via phone that they would replace the bulb as a courtesy since the price was already $3500 and they attempted to increase it to over $4,000. Once I arrived at the service center for pickup, I was being assisted by a representative and then the Assistant Manager Emma interjected. She was extremely RUDE, did not allow me to explain the issue with the price discrepancy beforehand. She consistently questioned me as if I was lying about the conversation with the technician, which was recorded. After agreeing to just pay the $3500, I noticed that the passenger rearview mirror panel was not replaced and the front bulbs were still not replaced. I mentioned it to Emma who was again... RUDE. They essentially did nothing and continued to help other passengers and pretended as if my money was of lower value than other customers. It was a humiliating experience and I will be filing several complaints as a current law student. I will not be returning! Stay far away.... horrible communication, terrible bedside manner and they price gouge!

Had my Acura MDX now for 7 years and ONLY serviced here. Only way to find out if anything else is wrong you need to go to a dif rep. Feels like in every visit something is not mentioned or recommended to do until is to late and is a must do job. Sale the ideal that your car looking great but then in a follow up start suggesting things to do with it explained the complete process. Staff have changed over the years, must say a very few do care to detail process and repairs.
Called to get a quote on a service before showing up and made an appointment. Arrived on time to get the service done only to be told a completely different (higher) fee. I told the front desk, thats not the quote I received when I called. They asked me who did I speak with and I obviously couldnt remember. I went ahead and got the service done since I didnt have time to waste going elsewhere. Saw the final bill and they also added Misc Fee. I asked what the fee was for and was told hazardous waste disposal fee which was never mentioned when I first called to obtain the quote. Make sure to get any service quote in writing before you show up (including tax). They will tack on additional fees/costs that you will likely pay since you dont want to waste your time somewhere else.

I have been taking my car here for the past three or four years . Up until today, I had nothing but great things to say about this place, from every service advisor to adminstrative staff at billing desk . Unfortunately that was not the case today . I detected a real sense of of what I would characterize as a little unfriendliness or annoyance during my brief encounter with the lady Service Advisor. This was both when I initially came in and she processed my paper work and when I went to pay for it after they brought my car. I guess well have to chalk it up to the stress of the times. However on a better note, the young man whom she delegated the task of ringing me up was extremely polite, polished and professional, and pleasant to deal with the entire time. It made all the difference.
Was told alignment for my Acura MDX will take about 40 minutes, took 4 hours, after the service on my way home i have noticed car pulling hard to the left just like prior alignment, called back Chris from service and was asked to bring in next day.... brought the car back to them next morning and waited 3 hours... I was charged again.. on way home car still pulls to the left as prior... spoke with Carlos, their Service Director who asked to bring the car again... at that time i have declined and scheduled an alignment with another Acura dealership...after this service car drives straight as new.. not happy with Park Ave Service...
Went in to the parts dept. Had the parts I needed and everyone there was friendly, expensive msrp on parts though, can get the parts online for less than half what was charged but I needed them same day to get a customers car out of the shop. Other than that my visit would be 5 stars.

Customers are always breathing down your neck and when youre finally free from them mgmt is right there to keep the pain going. Lani and the crew at Park Ave communicate well, the service waiting area is accommodating and Im like 85% sure there was an area in there for kids. I wouldnt hesitate to bring my vehicle here. Theyll work with you and Ive never gotten the impression that they would recommend anything unnecessary.

I came to get my car services and poppy as well as the wonderful blonde gentleman in a cubicle directly adjacent to her took excellent care of me. Completely contradicted my predetermined opinion of dealers being scalpers or wallet gougers. I’ll most certainly be returning to get certain services done by them. As someone that works in sales myself, their level of customer service was astounding, as even I know I’m sometimes not the easiest customer to deal with. I wish I could give more than five stars.

Troy Dawson was a pleasure to work with. He was intuitive about my needs and knew immediately before I could tell him what a good fit for me would be. After we came to agreement on the price he moved quickly to make the transaction happen seamlessly. I needed to drive home with the car the same day so Troy himself helped me empty out my trade in vehicle...even removing stickers from my windshield himself and affixing them on the new vehicle. Me the car owner asked a dealership to check on the front axle that I thought was an issue. They told me yes it needs to be replaced and after they replaced it the issue was still there. They took $900 and didnt fix what was wrong.
My sales person, Alfredo Sierra, did an amazing job in helping me find my new TLX at a great price with no hassles. He was considerate of my time, keep in constant touch with me and had all the paperwork ready for me when I got to the dealer after a hard days work. The last thing I wanted to do was spend hours at the dealership. I was in and out in less than an hour. He was patient in explaining my cars features and answered all my questions. Jonathan was excellent in every step of the way. Extremely professional did not waste my time in overselling his product. Gave me a price and stuck to it, did not do any shady salesman stuff. He took his time to show me the in and outs of my car, I really appreciated that extra time he made for me.

Dan was able to work with me directly without going to the manager to confirm the deal. I was able to pick up the car two days later and the permanent plates were already on. Alfredo is an excellent salesperson in my opinion. He does his best to give the customer an easy and pleasant sales experience. I gave the rating because the overall experience was good. Alfredo never presented me or my wife with negative attitudes, or misstatements. He was always positive, and even on his day off he was willing to see that we were taken care of by someone that was as qualified, or better, at addressing our needs.

This is the first time I had a negative experience at this location. I have been going to this location for years now. I have a B1 with negative miles past due (I probably should not have waited this long). I called to schedule service and after back and forth-STILL NO RESOLUTION FOR THE AVAILABILITY. I asked if I can drop car off on a weekday and pick it up couple of days after with a loaner-DENIED. Response I received was B1 does not qualify for a loaner. I asked if I waited until next weekend and whether it would be a drag on car-THEY ARE NOT SURE.It wouldve been great if they accommodated in the first place.Such experience makes you question brand loyalty....
I met with Alfredo of Park Avenue Acura. He was very courteous and polite. He explained everything in detail and more. He covered all basis. What I appreciated most of all was that after taking my car home he called the NEXT day to ensure that all was well and whether I had any questions. He assured me that I could contact him at anytime with any question. Appreciate that.

What an excellent experience dealing with Curt Lewis on my MDX lease! I reached out to the dealership through their website about 2 weeks before Christmas- I wanted to see if I could trade my wifes car in for a new one as a Christmas gift without her knowing. Within the hour I received an email from Curt. I explained what I wanted to do and we went back and forth a couple times on email. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. I believe he gave me the best numbers he could right off the bat. I was pleased with the trade-in number I was offered for my vehicle and worked with him on getting the rest of the deal done. Could not have been any smoother- was great on email, phone and text with all the questions I had. I was able to pick the car up on Christmas Eve morning and he walked me through all the new features so I could explain to my wife the next day. Lets just say thanks to Curt and his team at Park Ave Acura, my wife was a VERY happy woman that Christmas morning! I will definitely be back in the future and cannot recommend Curt or Park Ave Acura highly enough from Sales to Service- best in the area by far!

First time being there and such a horrible experience. I walked in and EmmA at the front desk was so rude and had such a bad attitude and undermines all customers. When I originally called to make an appointment, I had specified I need a loaner because I also have a job like she does and I needed to get to work. It turned into a huge ordeal because they couldnt do their job right and simply put it in the system. Even then, such attitude was not needed from her. She asked me to wait an hour and when I told her I couldnt, Tom (service consultant I believe his name was) ran out to check my car, and fixed the issue within 10 minutes. He told me I shouldnt be having the issue and was shocked when I asked for a service record. Even that turned into an ordeal with him and he was not happy when I asked for it. I definitely think this department had very poor customer service and was not treated respectfully as a customer.
I am very pleased and impressed with my recent leasing experience with Curt Lewis and his team at Park Avenue Acura. The financing and trade in were handled above board. I always got the feeling that they wanted my business and would work with me to make the deal happen. Very impressed with the service and the overall staff.

Every time we fix our Acura at Park Avenue and they do more harm than good one time we went for a service and the next day there was engine lights and our car and stopped just like another time.

Charged $50 to patch my tire. Said it would never leak before mybtores are worn. 2 weeks after it was flat. Went back they suggested I buy 4 new tires.
This is my third Acura and I would go no where else, EVER. My experience was great. I soon as i got to the door there was someone there to great us. Our sale guy was very helpful, patience, friendly and care about my budget and helped me not to get out of it. I will definitely recommend Park ave Acura. They have great customer service and plenty of choices.
I brought my car in for a recall. After talking to my service advisor, the mechanic came in and told me that there was a screw missing underneath the car. I told him if it’s not needed don’t put one in. The car is leased and I never took it for a repair before so i don’t know how there was a missing screw. After the service was done I was charged $11 for a screw!! I joked with them and asked if the screw was gold or titanium? It’s sad how they are trying to make money from every little thing. Horrible
We worked with Dan to purchase a 2011 Sonata they had at the dealership. The price for the model/mileage was much better than we found elsewhere. We had trouble securing financing at an acceptable rate and Dan and Park Ave Acura were patient and helpful throughout the entire process.We also were somewhat new to the car buying experience and Dan made sure to take the time to discuss the process and answer all of our questions.Prior to working with Dan we visited many dealerships and Dans style and ease was greatly appreciated. There was no pressure working with him and he was friendly, upfront and honest. He is a prime example of what salespeople (regardless of industry) should strive to be.The closing was quick and they even allowed us to take the car the same day even though we had to come back to deliver the title for our trade in the next day. We also found out the car had a remote starter, which was a nice surprise!
Many of us probably had a bad experience with car dealers before, and kept that sour taste from the past but after my experience buying a car from Park Acura - I trust dealers again - and I am sure the difference was Mr. Alfredo Sierra - he was never focus on closing the sale, he was trying to make sure since the beginning that i feel comfortable, and provide all answers to my questions, Mr. Sierra is one of a kind person, he goes above and beyond making sure customer gets the best of the buying experience, the deal was closed I already paid for the car, the dealer had to close(it was late at night) but he was there for me, regardless of the hour trying to make sure i understood every new feature of the new car, answering every question, making sure i could sign up in all benefits Acura offer - I was visiting other dealerships in different towns, some of them very fancy with a lot of common areas for customers - but that did not make me feel at ease, Mr. Sierra did. -I was a little bit hesitant with finance, I was looking for the catch - i also ask him many times by phone and said Alfredo before i go over there, let me know what i will be paying - and he told me you will be paying what i told you, no surprises - I came to the closing very defensive expecting a catch somewhere, but No - all numbers were the same ones he told me since the beginning, no surprises, no phantom fees - That is why I would recommend not only the dealership but Mr. Sierra to all my friends and relatives.
Alfredo Sierra is 100% legit, he is NOT an annoying salesman hounding you to make a sale hes the opposite. Hes cool, collective and understanding. What makes this dealership the best is the team of employees working there, and among them one of them, at least to me, is the best, Alfredo Sierra. Alfredo will do his best to get you the deal you want, no question goes unanswered, and at no time you feel pressure to make a decision fast. I recently leased an Acura MDX Advance, making all the vehicles in my household now Acura, and Alfredo was the sales person I looked for for my deals.

My wife and I just picked up a new 2014 RDX a few days ago and Dan Shapiro was our sales person. This is the second car that Dan helped us with and he is one of the main reasons why we returned to Park Ave Acura. He is a consummate professional and a real pleasure to work with.The negotiation process that included a trade in, was a reasonable and very respectful process that was completed in a timely manner. I believe the final outcome was very fair for both of us. Dan does an outstanding job following up with the various details and clearly communicated the status with us while waiting for the delivery of the vehicle. Upon delivery, Dan was completely prepared with the required paperwork and provided an excellent overview and explanation of the vehicles features. He was also actively involved with the entire process, including making sure that things like the garage door codes and navigation systems were totally erased. I had a great experience working with Peter Alvarez. Acura was the first dealership I visited that day looking to purchase a car. Peter was a great salesman; he was able to explain that Acura would provide me the luxury, reliability and affordability when compared to other makes/models that I was going to check out that day. I ended up buying an Acura iLX and it was nice to be given an additional discount after I added some additional features to the car. Peter also saved me over $50/month with my car insurance, eliminating fees that were already covered by my cars warranty, so that was really appreciated! I also had the pleasure to work with Jorge Herrera who enlightened me on additional options that were available to me as a car owner. At first I was skeptical to add more expenses to my monthly fee, but I do feel relieved that my car is covered for an extended amount of years (8 years) and with all the pot holes currently on the roads, if damage occurs, I am covered as well! Went in yesterday to lease an ILX hybrid for my girlfriend. This is the second car we came into Park Ave Acura for in 5 months. It was a pleasure working with Maurizio both times. Hes friendly and understands your needs. He doesnt oversell you and gives you exactly what you want. I will definitely be coming back to him in a few years to trade in the first vehicle and also to lease a second vehicle when the lease is up.
This is my 3rd lease with Park Avenue and every time it just gets better and better. Throughout the process, you are made to feel very comfortable and at ease. The entire dealership, from the Receptionist, the Sales Associates, the Manager and the Head of Service was extremely polite and made me feel welcome at all times. The purchase process, while can be stressful, was very straightforward. The car and its options was explained in detail, the current incentives were presented clearly and when it came down to financing, it was a a clear and easy process. I only went here for a oil and filter change but from my experience they were very professional and nice. It took about 40 minutes but they have a very nice waiting area with a TV, a kids corner, snacks, fruit, and coffee. They also washed my car so great service in my opinion.

We purchased a vehicle from Park Ave in 2007 and were so pleased that we wanted to return. Not only does the Acura brand speak for itself, but the employees here are passionate about the vehicles they sell. All of our questions were answered honestly, even if it didnt give Acura as the best answer. For this reason, and many others, we trust the sales team at Park Ave Acura. They are not pushy and give you time to browse the vehicles without looking over your shoulder. We had minimal wait time and when we returned to purchase, were welcomed by our first names. Park Ave Acura makes you feel like you are buying a car from friends and not salespeople. Perhaps this is why they are so consistently busy. The quality of pre-owned certified vehicles is top notch. We drove over an hour just to purchase from this dealer and will continue to do so in the future.
I just wanted to take the time and write a review on the service department. I had leased my 2019 RDX from Open Road Acura in Wayne in July 2018. Three weeks later I had issues with the vehicle. Their service dept and my salesman were not helpful at all. I then decided to bring the vehicle to Park Ave Acura being it was more convenient and closer to my job and I did not want to use Open Road again. From September of 2018 through present Park Ave has treated me very well and accommodated me with a loaner even at the last minute and I have been there over 15 times within this time frame. I want to personally thank Poppy Carver, Bruce Peterson, Carlos Duarte, and Vinny (mechanic) for always being there for me. I highly recommend this service department to all with an Acura! What I do not recommend is the Acura RDX 2019 unless you want to deal with software, brake and engine issues!! Unfortunately this will be my last lease with Acura.
Overall I was very happy with my experience at Park Ave Acura. From Day 1 Justin Felix was very courteous, responsive and respectful. He started out with a competitive quote over the internet, obviously interested in my business and making a visit to the dealership worthwhile. After landing on a vehicle and a price, we ran into a slight hiccup with my trade in which was coming off of a lease and had a unique buyout policy. Justin and team rolled up their sleeves and found a creative solution that worked for everyone. I would certainly recommend Park Ave and specifically Justin to anyone in the market for a new Acura.

Very happy with their care for my RDX. I was taken care of immediately, and as I was told it took just about an hour. Washed and vacuumed my car. And had a great cup of coffee while waiting in the comfortable waiting area.

Everything was ready when I went back to pick up the car and he spent a good amount of time showing me how the features in the car worked. The overall experience was enjoyable. Alfredo was a true professional that made me feel comfortable right from the start. I was never pressured to make an immediate decision and all questions were answered. After I purchased the car he called on a Saturday evening to check that I was happy with the car and everything was ok. I recommend this dealership and Alfredo especially.
One of the best service centers I have ever worked with. My 3rd Acura and this is the only place I trust. Used to go to Bridgewater Acura for years and always got the run around or general lack of care we drove it. Everything is fine. Cars change.... 2 days later car broke down on road, trans went...Park Ave Acura has taken the time with the car, been thorough, very transparent, and done a great job. Tom and Poppy are great to work with and the Service Manager has even gone out on test drives with me and has been very honest about the car.
I just recently bought the 2014 MDX AWD Tech package. I probably corresponded with about 10 dealers in total and Curt Lewis was absolutely fantastic compared to the rest. Unlike a majority of the other dealers, he respected my wishes to correspond only by email throughout the process and did not harass me with one phone call after another like many of the other dealers. He promptly responded to every email, and he was professional, accommodating, and totally customer-service focused. He worked with me to establish a very fair price for the vehicle and package I was looking for. Although I had a slightly lower quote from another dealer, I was so impressed with his professionalism, that my wife and I decided that we would rather give him our business. When I got to the dealership, I was prepared with a print out of the agreed upon price of the vehicle and a number of other items I thought might need in case of any surprises. However, there were no surprises whatsoever. Curt had all the paperwork filled out and ready to sign. The numbers were exactly as agreed upon with no surprises, and the process in the dealership took less than 30 minutes and I walked out the door paying exactly what we had agreed upon. The car was ready with all the accessories in just a few days (again beating my expectations), and Curt was very helpful in getting me acquainted with the new car. I recommend Curt and his dealership without reservations, and I will be reaching out to him for any Acura purchases I am considering in the future.
