Bought a BMW online from another state(Iowa). Everything went smoothly. They took a few videos of the car for me, sent documents to sign and return in a timely manner, and the 2 guys i dealt with(Andy & Matt) were cool, and readily available to answer any questions i had, since i could not see and drive the car myself. That was a long sentence....Anyways, the car arrived in the same shape as the videos showed, and i am very happy with the experience. I would consider them a good & safe place to buy a car online if you are looking for something specific, like I was(m-sport, x-drive, estoril blue/black interior & remaining original warranty). Thanks again!
Used to love this place! Sad to see that the great customer service is declining. I have been taking my car here since I got my Saab back in 2007; have taken it here until last year 2017. The mechanics are phenomenal and the customer service used to be good. A few weeks ago I called to get service and found out they are no longer open on Saturdays which was convenient for me, especially since I now live in NY. That should tell a lot about my loyalty to this place (wanting to travel all the way to another state to get my car serviced), anyway, I spoke with Andy (you are awesome) and told him that it would be hard for me to make it there on a weekday, he with no problems or attitude and helped me with my request. All was great and I WAS PLANNING ON RETURNING, until today when I called and got a very NASTY TREATMENT from the woman who answers the phone (Jennifer?) (who knows who I am and USED to be very nice). The call turned into 600 questions: I thought you were no longer coming here, What do you need now, etc.....all in a very nasty tone. I just said you know what? never mind and hung up. That treatment and attitude was uncalled for no matter how you feel to a longtime customer. Let me remind you madam, you are there because we bring you cars and you should be thankful that people are still coming. Missing Ron, who was always a gentleman and to the Maywood team (the aforementioned crank member excluded), Kudos, but I must move on!
First time Saab owner! Brought my car in for a brake diagnosis, ended up having the entire issue repaired on the spot. Lani at the desk was incredibly accommodating especially since it was a very long wait, offering a loaner car, snacks, coffee, TV. Park Ave is incredibly knowledgeable, quick, kind, and dedicated to top quality service and safe driving. Before any repairs were done, Lani took me back to see my car on the lift and the mechanic pointed out exactly what the issues were while giving me genuine advice as if it were his own car. I really appreciate everything about this shop. Theyll even wash your car at the end of your visit. :) Park Ave is my shop for life now.
A great buying experience. Top quality cars and extremely friendly service. We came in from out of town and everything was ready to go when we arrived. Will be a return customer when the need arises.
Bought my first Saab from here, and its been awesome. Service is great. Tommy is awesome. Hes been working on my Saab since I bought it. Its a great dealership. They are honest.
I have had to take my 2005 Saab 9-3 here twice in the last fortnight and on both occasions I have been impressed with the standard of service and the work performed. The staff certainly do know Saabs and this along with their ability to separate essential repairs from non-essential and to be pragmatic where necessary is really appreciated. I have no complaints at all and would certainly on this evidence recommend them to all.
I took a chance traveling 330 miles to purchase a vehicle sight unseen and was very glad I did upon arrival. The staff was very pleasant to deal with and at no point were there any annoying sales tactics. My salesman Rick picked me up at the airport and brought me to the dealership. The truck I bought from them was in immaculate condition and the purchase process was quick. Andy, the sales consultant, even gave me a cable to plug my phone into the stereo so I could listen to music on my 5.5 hour ride home. I was very hesitant to travel such a distance to buy a vehicle but I have no regrets and would gladly do it again and recommend Park Ave Saab to anyone looking for a good vehicle.
Park Avenue Saab is the real deal. Very knowledgeable service techs along with honest, curteous and professional customer service. The Park Avenue staff goes above and beyond to give the very best service experience possible. If you own a SAAB, this is the place to go for service!
I saw a pre-owned vehicle on their website, and they actually had it -- first good sign, as a growing number of dealerships are using fake listings to bring in would-be customers.I came in without an appointment, and dealt with Greg Dickson. Very pleasant guy, no pressure whatsoever. I was able to test drive the vehicle without giving the dealership all sorts of personal information.I wound up not buying the vehicle in question, but I had to write about my experience with this place because this is how shopping ought to be. Should they get a vehicle that is on my list, I will certainly be seeing them again.Highly recommended.
Employees are very kind an know how to handle service an parts not one complain from there I will be taking my 9-3 2011 back to them soon to do work
So glad I bought my used Saab from Park Ave two years ago because the Service Department is the Best. FYI - I think you should ignore New York Saabs bad review - looks like a competitor and, in my experience, it is JUST wrong.I live 50 miles away and did not have anyone to pick me up, so they arranged for a loaner. Ive been driving Saabs for a long time, and even though I havent needed much service beyond regular maintenance, in my experience, the repair cost was very reasonable (and within the estimate). The estimate of completion time was accurate. This was a low stress event. I am also impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the waiting room and the visible service areas and feel that my car is in good hands. Ron and the other front-end staff are professional and easy to work with, they treated me with respect and consideration. It is worth driving the distance to either purchase or have a car serviced at Park Ave Saab
Thoroughly happy with the care, interest in the client, and the SAAB, explanation and attention to details.
Excellent buying experience. I drove 180 miles to look at a vehicle with my fiancee and was not disappointed. Andy DeSalvo has been great salesman to deal with and made our purchase very easy, I even brought a trade in vehicle and everything went smoothly.I would highly recommend this dealership and more than likely will deal with Andy again in the future even though this dealership is not local to us.Thanks again Andy,Mustafa & Theng
Very nice attention while i was spwcting my order
Great group of Service guys. Nice loaner car program!

The last Saab dealership on the east coast! A must visit for all Saab owners very friendly and helpful staff.
As long-time and current Saab owner (I have owned 3 Saabs since I was 16), I have dreamt of having a newer Saab 95 for the longest time. This quirky car company builds unique cars that feel very responsive, which is irreplaceable and hard to find with any of the other cars on the market today. It saddens my heart that Saab is still in the process of being restructured, but hopefully one day we can see a new Saab model. I was recently browsing the internet to find an updated version of my current Saab, which just sprung a leak in the floor. (You 93 owners should know what I am talking about). I saw a posting for a 95 online, stroking my heart’s desire. I gave them all my information and I tried to secure a transaction. I was willing to pay the full price, but they wanted any extra $1000 for the warranty and also because it was a local transaction. It didn’t bother me that they charged an extra $300 for “dealer fees.” Maybe it was wrong of me to ask for reasonable discount. Regrettably, they didn’t reject the offer but kept stringing me along, stating that they will check on the status. Realizing the errors of my way and wanting to pay full price, I try calling them on the 3rd and 4th day yet they remained unresponsive. They were either out or had the day off. Suddenly on the 5th day, when I finally to reached them, they told me that they just accepted an offer that morning for the full amount. My heart lies broken now, as I sit in my Saab 93 with a pool of water by passenger seat. Whether from my tears or the raindrops leaking thru the gaskets, let this be a lesson that it is OK to pay extra even if it is may seem a unreasonable to find your love. Oh, and dont expect car dealerships to call you back in a timely manner, especially for such a hot car.
Courteous salesperson, straight forward negotiation.
Prices are too high for a a tech2 configuration compared to other dealerssaab
Great dealer
Bad customer service.
