Great service!!! This was my second visit to a Cricket store. First I went to the location in Melrose Park on Lake Street & 25th Ave on April 5, 2019 @ 10:30 am and I was having problems with my phone and the clerk took one look at it at said that I NEEDED TO buy a new phone. I told her I have insurance on the phone and she told me that I needed to call to get another phone. I told her that the cricket phone is the only phone I have and thats why I came to the store to get help. She TOLD me to go to a friends house and use their phone. This is unacceptable customer service! I went to the Maywood location on Roosevelt Rd. and told them my problem and I was out the store in 15 minutes!!! Awesome service I received their. I WILL NEVER GO TO THE MELROSE PARK, ILLINOIS AGAIN!!! I will tell EVERYONE I Know not to go there also!!!
