Started with Karol (new) and she helped me the best she could. Then she had Sosa come and help me who took his time with me and was great. A line started forming as he was on the phone with customer support (my phone didn’t have any service the reason I was there), he asked as we wait if he could help other customers just needing to pay. Impressed with his professionalism and courteousness.

T mobile is wack why because every time I try to load something on my phone that his unlimited plan of t mobile it takes forever to load

Poor customer service! I went in yesterday to make a payment and George, the associate could not understand a simple request to charge a portion to my credit card and the rest in cash. another customer service rep had to step in because when i complained to George that he was stubborn and didnt listen he began pointing in my face and got loud! I will not be back to this store! Poor comprehension, poor attitude, wait is too long and they want to bully you if you complain!!! this place sucks go somewhere else.

Bad attention, the guy who was at the service ignored me and passed on to other people who barely arrived, thats annoying, I never return. An hour to make a payment.
