They have a bad tendency rude dont talk to customers with respect over the phone Id spoken to a guy over the π he was very polite as soon as I arrived the lady in the drive through said something totally different this happened Wednesday about 4pm shes a rude African American woman shes bad business. Thats why Im giving 1 star. Ive been to this location numerous times never had a problem she needs work on problem solving not having a bad attitude bcuz she wants to go home. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!
I do not have issues with Walgreens however this particular location lacks customer service, courtesy, professionalism and knowledge of its own services and promotions. Choose another location and save yourself a tremendous amount of stress and anger.
Went to drop off my prescription and she told me to come back in 10 minWhen I went back it was already closed .I understand it was closing time but she could of said come back tomorrow.

Be prepared to wait 10+ minutes in the drive thru pharmacy before anyone even comes to help. Very slow service inside as well.
I have been here 3 times within a week to pick-up prescription still havent gotten my order. All I can say is, allow extra time for waiting in the drive-true and on the inside.
Joseph, pharmacy tech is very rude and does not have an understanding of what good customer service is. Because of his rude attitude, i will not continue getting my prescriptions filled at this location.
