I was looking for a piece of glass for a picture frame that had fallen and broke. I called with measurements and it was ready within a day! They had it right there and packaged very safely when I walked in. I was in and out in minutes. The lady and gentlemen that were there when I walked in were very nice and professional.

My windshield got cracked in January, and I filed it with my insurance and called Meadville Plate Glass the very next day. It took until November for them to finally replace it. I can understand a delay due to the COVID pandemic, but their communication with me throughout the process was abysmal. They lost my phone number twice and very rarely answered the phone when I called. When I would talk to them, they would tell me that they needed to check on something and would call me back before the end of the day. They never followed through with this on any occasion.When I finally got my windshield replaced, I needed to have my dealership recalibrate the lane-keeping assist camera, but MPG said theyd cover the cost if I just told my dealership to bill them. When I made an appointment with my dealership, I told them this, and they made a note of it. When I was actually at my appointment, my dealership tried numerous times to call MPG to confirm that they would cover the cost, but MPG never picked up the phone, even though it was during regular business hours. So I was stuck with the choice of either driving all the way back home after getting not getting my camera fixed or paying for it myself and hoping that MPG would reimburse me.My dealership is in Erie, so I decided to pay for it myself. Once I was home, I finally got a hold of MPG, who said theyd mail me a check if I emailed them photos of the receipt from my dealership along with my mailing address. I did, and the check never came. A week later, I called MPG to check on the status of the check, and theyd never mailed it because they were waiting for me to come pick it up in person. OK, so why did you tell me youd mail it and ask for my address, then?The folks who work here have very friendly in-person personalities, but they are tragically disorganized, inconsiderate, and undependable.Oh, and my windshield wipers squeak very obnoxiously ever since they replaced my windshield. Shoddy workmanship on top of widespread unprofessionalism. Take your business elsewhere, please.

I had to have a windshield replaced a few years ago. They were, by far, the lowest priced after calling around to several places in boht Meadville and Erie. I believe it was under $200 when most other places were quoting me $300+. They did a good job and took care of it quickly.

They picked my vehicle up at work. Then returned it when windshield was finished. Then I just had to go to office and pay for it after. The cost out of my pocket was a fraction of what the big named glass companys wanted to charge me. Ill be going back to meadville plate glass again for my next glass job!

So I had a 1300/1pm appointment. I dropped the car off at 0600/ 6am by 1000/10am the car was complete. They got it done early and quickly. No issues, price was right. Highly successful mission.

These people were awsome. I had a last minute need for them due to an eagle that attempted suicide by hitting my windshield. Good news the eagle survived and my windshield was fixed the next morning. I do a lot of reviews and this is the first 5 star I have given.

The staff at Meadville Plate Glass was very kind and courteous. They called my insurance company and handled the paperwork needed in order to have my windshield replaced.

I ordered glass inserts for cabinet doors here, and the woman at the desk was very helpful. She gave me samples to take home, and spent half an hour going over the affordable options with me. Additionally, I had a broken side mirror, and my mechanic suggested I stop here to have them look at it. The man helping me went above and beyond, and my mirror is fixed! I would absolutely recommend Meadville Plate Glass Co.

I broke my back hatch window out of my Subaru on a Wednesday. I had to have the repair done by Friday AM since I worked in the evening and rain was immanent. I was able to procure a window from the junk yard but it wouldnt be available for pick up until Thursday or Friday. I called MPG and they said to just come in once I have the glass and they will get it installed promptly. Not only did they keep their word but they agreed to stay a little late on Thursday evening and wait for me to drop the glass off. I have a toddler and the carseat wouldnt fit in my car with the glass in the back. I arrived at 8am on Friday and was out of there by 9:30am. MPG made a stressful experience a lot less stressful and very affordable. Shout out to Carson who answered my million questions and was so helpful.
