I had to call these people twice to make an appointment. I finally had an appointment and they completely change the time. They said the work will only take a half an hour and they could do it anytime of the day. I asked for four o’clock cause I’ll be home and out of school. Well the day of the appointment they changed it to 11 am and refused to do it any other time. Completely a waste of my time and the drivers. The driver was great the person who makes the scheduling screwed us both over.

I have had a few dealings with them. Normally they have been awesome. This last time was a disaster. Either there was major miscommunication between the tech and the lady that took my info or the tech was just plain dumb. If this last time had been my first dealing I would say they are terrible but knowing how they have been in the past I highly recommend them. Very prompt and professional.
