Last year I went to a different auto shop in Meadville for a state inspection and had the worst experience. Fast forward a year later, which would be today. I need a state inspection again, and called this place instead. We were able to figure out a time that would work for the both of us. They’re very professional, very polite, and don’t try to push you into buying things you don’t need. Instead they tell you that you might need something in the near future, but won’t need it for a month or two. They’re very honest, and don’t try to screw over anyone, which is nice. As long as I’m in PA and need anything done to my car, this shop has a permanent customer.

I was able to get right in with my oil change and they did a quick inspection and got me on the road!! Great service!!

This establishment is supposed to offer 10 minute oil changes but when I called they told me they have to check their schedule and see if they could fit me in the following day .

Nice place for quick repairs, although you pay a lil bit more in prices.

Made an appt to get my oil changed, showed up at my scheduled time and was told it would be a few hours, there are 3 people in front of you, and its just me and a tech here today. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable considering an oil change takes 20 minutes tops, and I had scheduled an appointment. Likely lost my business.
