Came in to just get my car inspected and my speed sensor fixed. They had it for four weeks and everyday told me it would be done the next day. Finally they tell me my transmission is completely gone and they need to scrap it. I had to either buy a car from them or I owed them 3k. Skip to three weeks later when they’re selling it for 8k after telling me it was worth not even $500.

Got my tires and oil changed quickly. Enjoyed the shuttle service to and from work to pick up my vehicle. Made everything quick and painless.

I have a new equinox 2020 with less then 14,000 mile and should not of needed an update that’s why you buy a new car so you don’t have to take it to the garage to be fixed other than basic things and being without transportation to get back and forth because they were closed for the night and had no cars available to use I was very disappointed because I have bought several new cars for this dearler ship

Every time I took my vehicle in for an inspection or oil change, they always find something major wrong. I never experienced any of the problems that they say I should be experiencing and yet there is a problem. I feel that I am wasting money, so I traded in for a brand new Subaru and absolutely love it! I will be recommending Subaru to family and friends. My other Chevy will be going to a different shop in the future.

We had been looking for a Chevy Trail Boss for quite some time and I found some on Community Chevrolets website however they were in transit. The salesman didnt even show me any Pre-Owned vehicles. It also took a long time to be able to test drive anything because the cars I was looking at either had no gas or dead batteries. He knew he had someone else coming in to look at the same car I was looking at so it didn’t matter if I was going to buy it or not. Will not return.

My husband and I went to Community Saturday around 11am looking to buy a new truck. We ended up leaving the lot with 2 new vehicles and huge smiles on our faces. From drop off yo getting picked up after the work was done and being in constant contact when an issue came up I highly recommend Jason he is wonderful to work with.

I worked with Jason from the service department. I had inquired about a special warranty for my vehicle. I was in and out in under 2 hours, they confirmed the warranty issue and replaced the parts on the spot.My Dad also recently had a good experience with the collision center. They replaced his windshield and afterwards fully cleaned/waxed his car.

Saw a vehicle online, spoke to a sales person, made an appointment, drove half hour....complete bait and switch. Totally different truck than what was advertised. Typical dishonest car salesman.

My daughter continues to receive disrespectful service from this dealership... On three separate occasions, she’s been greeted rudely, there’s been an attempt to upcharge her service needs, and when she questions their rationale they are unwilling to engage in a professional and customer oriented way... Hugo is a jerk and bully and Elisabeth (Manager) seems unwilling to hold anyone accountable... I’ve see where some customers have had great experiences with service dept so it makes me wonder if this is an issue with minority women... My daughter’s sales experience was great and she still receives outstanding and attentive service from the sales team... The service side of the house sucks.

My wife took our chevy trax, which was purchased from Community, in for a warranty repair due to the catalitic converter going bad. The mechanic broke the flex pipe while replacing the cat. They then charged her 300.00 to replace the flex pipe. The flex pipe was okay when our regular mechanic told us the converter was our problem and to take it back to the dealer because it would be covered under warranty. Next car wont be bought at Community. We will let all of friends know how she was treated.

I cant say enough about the customer service skills Tina displayed while helping us! She was warm. polite, and friendly, and we never felt pressured to buy anything at all. She answered all of our questions (and even added a few answers to questions we didnt think of), and made sure we were satisfied every step of the way. She took the time to show us all of the features for the cars we were considering so we could see the differences between the two. Her assistance helped ensure we selected the right vehicle for us, based on our wants and likes, not one that may have suited the dealers best interests. Beware...get any agreements in writing! Looked at a 2015 traverse on a Monday. It had a smoke smell in it. The salesman said he could have the shop try to get the smell out. We made arrangements to come back on the next Wednesday. 2 days!! Thats all. We made our offer, shook on the deal and they ran our credit. Showed up to do the paperwork and pick the car up and they had sold it! We will NEVER do business at this dealership again!! We will share our experience with any of our acquaintances who may be in the market for a new car.

Bought a used car in Sept. The sale went great. We were taken care of pretty well. The car came with a 30 day warranty. Oct My wheel bearings needed replaced. I called about a warranty question talked to service manager. He told me talk to salesman I did. Ill check on it and call ya back. Ok I asked hey you want my number. He replied no I got it. Yea they didnt call back. I took care the problem myself. So once they got my money they didnt care about service after the sale.

I had recently been in an accident and dealing with 2 insurance companies was overly stressful. I decided to have Community Chevrolet do the repairs to my 2018 Chevy Cruze. I didnt know where or what to do next. Thats where Amber came in from their collision department. She helped me through the whole (ongoing) process and understood that life doesnt pause after an accident. She set me up with a car to get to and from work and told me to relax and let her do the leg work.This is great customer service and I felt that Amber went above and beyond, and put my worries and stress to rest. I strongly reccomend getting in touch with her when the unfortunate happens. Of I could give more than five stars for my experience I wouldnt hesitate.

HORRIBLE experience! The paint started peeling off of our car a month after we purchased it. (It looked perfect when we drove it off the lot even though it was a couple years old) We went back and told the salesman, Mike, about it right away and he PROMISED to have it fixed. He kept saying he was “working on it” but never actually did anything. After a year they tried to say they knew nothing about it and aren’t repairing it. The ONLY thing they ever offered to do is sell us another car at a huge loss to us. They won’t even repaint the vehicle at cost for us. So now we are driving around in a car with paint peeling off all over it and paying a large car payment to do so. Stay away! There’s a very good reason they don’t allow comments or reviews on their Facebook page. Also, beware that they showed us a clean carfax report and told us they had gone over it thoroughly and said it was a “CLEAN” car. We now know the vehicle had been stolen and recovered and obviously repainted before they sold it to us.
