Ive used this shop twice in past and they were very good. I stopped in late Tuesday afternoon and Alan (owner) was gone, but I was told to stop by between 11-2 the next day. The next day I stopped in like I was advised, but Alan was busy and another gentleman, who I spoke with the day before from the shop ( I believe Frank) helped me out. Some trim on my car was coming off, due to a couple clips breaking off. He took my car and about 15 mins later it was all fixed. Very Appreciative of his time and taking care of me like he said. Will always use this shop moving forward and recommend to anyone

Frank was great. Easy to talk to and very helpful. Receptionist was also very friendly and attentive. They made the whole repair process easier and less painful than I imagined it would be.

I would highly recommend this location for car service. The employees were all professional and helpful. They kept me informed on th status of my vehicle without needing to call and follow-up. The whole experience couldnt have gone more smoothly.

Back in October 2019 i brought my car to get the whole back end replaced. They did an ok job besides i got it back with a couple scratches that were never there before. After a couple of days of having my car back my car kept on telling me key not detected. They told me i might need the keys reprogrammed. I brought it to the dealer and i was told my spare key was damaged. I had to get a whole new key. The mechanic told me there is no way of knowing if the auto body shop did it. My back window wiper is broken. I will never go back to this place again.

Had an excellent experience today at CARSTAR. I had some difficulty mounting my license plate at another facility, and the team at carstar were able to find a perfect solution. They turned a frustrating experience I had elsewhere into a seamless fix, and the service was awesome

The paint on my 17-year-old special-edition-color Miata can be hard to match, so I was a bit anxious about the repair when my door was badly scratched.I went to A & P based on their Yelp reviews and my co-workers recommendations.The folks there gave me an estimate lower than Id expected and were able to work around my schedule, completing the work during a week-long vacation when I didnt need the car.When I picked it up, theyd done some additional work free of charge because we had to take that off anyway, so we figured wed just repaint it while we were there. What a wonderful surprise!Most importantly, they did a fantastic job -- the damaged area looks as good as new.Thank you A & P!!

Helped me deal with my insurance last year when someone rear ended my nissan sentra but the insurance didnt wna pay. Alan helped me get the insurance through and helped me fix the car better than it looked when i got it. I cant than him enough. Alan is great. Carstar (now ) a&p collision center when I used them, were awesome. Very helpful dealing with the insurance company. I was rear ended and my buddy at the repair shop next door referee me tomalan. The rest is history. Very happy with the wirk The did in my car (at the time was a grey 99 Nissan Altima) and I got another 60-70k Miles outnifnthe car after I got the repairs done and the minor number damage fixed. I highly recommend these guys. They specialize in foreign cars. But they work on everything.

When I took my truck in to get fixed by them they said it would be ready Second week of Jan now it’s the 3rd week and truck is still not ready Staff was very unprofessional and rude, also says on there website that they take credit cards but all of sudden they only take cash or cashiers check and there excuse was the credit card machine was costing to much money in my opinion they should know it’s a cost of doing business especially with the prices they charge.
