I work at a dealership down the street from these guys and i get parts for my Buick from them and i recently purchased a serpentine belt from them and after a week of it being installed on my car i noticed a defect/tear on the belt....I brought it back hoping that i wouldnt have to buy another one and the guy i dealt with (not sure his name) gave me another one with no questions asked and was very nice about it....Ive bought a few parts from this place so far and they are great to deal with and the prices are good...I will continue to get my parts here.

These guys are always busy yet ultra polite and professional! Its a great local parts and supply store! However they just spelled my name wrong in a review response, my first name is Mellisa-Sue, not Melissa. Also they gave me the wrong oil filter. I told them it looked too thin, sure enough it was the wrong one. Sadly the Napa pos/inventory system does not recognize my TDI Jetta in the system it as a sub model it assumes its a gas vehicle. Its a diesel, they gave me the gasser oil filter, the part does not fit my Diesel engine, so I have to do another oil change soon and not in 1500 miles. More like next week when I get the right size filter I had to reuse my old 1400 mile one from the last oil change I did 3 months ago.

Napa has better quality parts and fair prices, can get you parts quickly if they dont have it in stock. This location has great people working there. It is at the end of Hicks Ave on the right.

This is not a traditional Napa retail store, it is a parts center that has a retail counter. They have a wide selection, and are usually able to get parts within a couple of days, and the staff is helpful.
