I went to an Autozone before but wasnt super impressed bit than I went to the one in Medford. Not only do they have a better inventory because but Brian was extremely helpful and got me everything I need! Ill always go to AutoZone now!

Very good goood, very filling! Staff is extra friendly and very attentive of your needs! Family fun atmosphere with delicious cuts of meat! A little pricey but way worth it!!! We ordered the three meat trio came with two sides and a corn muffin! Delicious!!!

I placed an order on line early in the morning. By three pm I had an email stating my items were ready for pick up. By 5:30 pm I went to the Crater Lake Avenue store to pick them up. The english speaking gentleman helped me. He was professional, courteous, and quite the hoot. Great guy. A+++

Younger guy greeted me and I had a receipt with both items unused and in the packages.... He looked at me and treated me.like I stole those items and didnt even want to enter them on the computer he keep looking at me and at the items...but not the receipt sitting right there!!! I asked what the problem was and he told me to hold on he was gonna have to ask his manager and as he turned to walk in the back and older guy came over and saw that I was seconds away from letting this kid have it told the kid that wasnt necessary at all I had proof and I was in the day before buying these and even asked if I need to return these do I need to keep the backing or the package from opening it. He took me back in the isle and showed me a few other options and apologized for the kids behavior and I will return there when I need to because of the older guys behavior

Its no rockauto.com but its a store and its there and they will sell you stuff for your car if they have it available

Extremely rude and terrible customer service. After here we went to OReillys and got the help we needed and great customer service said the part we needed doesnt exist. Moral of the story. Go to OReilly

My battery died and it was tested and needed replaced. Took my car down there and the guys inside were super friendly and helpful. Replaced my battery - which was beyond amazing because it was Sunday and 30 degrees! Highly recommend

I had to stop here to grab a radiator cap. The worker was super helpful and nice in offering advice and suggestions. Even though I decline to buy coolant at the store, they were polite and still helpful in making sure I made it hone safely from my 12 hour drive.

Monday 9/14 _ I had gone grocery shopping at WalmartAfter loading my groceries I got in my car and due to the smoke in the valley had left my lights on and my battery was dead. No phone, no triple AAA card and due to covid could get no help.A little frustrated and upset at myself I was walking to my wifes work sawAUTO ZONE and figured I would buy a jump kit for the car. I was greeted as I walked in and told the person at the counter my plight. Not only did Dan the gentleman who waited on me pull a jump kit out of the back, he walked about a 1/2 mile to my car, gave me the jump ( no charge) saved my groceries, my day and my sanity. Thank you Dan!!!!!! Dan was polite, calm, a true professional and AUTO ZONE has a new customer. Thank you Dan for your kindness in a crazy time.Matt Sheridan

08/09/2020 9:50 A:M Short guy working seemed to act like I was bothering him. All I asked was for a product that would help with my headlight lens covers and stereo display. He said their products wouldnt work and theres probably nothing I could do. I asked if I could ask the other guy working and he probably didnt even want to look or shout for him so he said no he dont know either. Then he said ok?I found this guy to be utterly useless. He was so into stalking the shelf or taking inventory and not selling the products. He was short in height and short in words. The visit did not even deserve one star.

The young man that helped me was great! The people that use to work there didnt know much at all. I wish I would have gotten his name. He just helped me with some freon. I knew what I needed just not how much. He went above and beyond. The old employees would not know what this young man did.

When you call and request them to pull an item because your wife is in a hurry and needs to have it ready and they promise theyll have it on the counter dont believe them because they wont do it. She had to go in looking for it herself great service Autozone.

AutoZone is a good place to get oil and parts for your vehicle if you are always looking to save money like myself if you have any questions the guys there usually have a lot of answers and will always change your wiper blades for free

I ordered a part that had to be returned 2 times for being incomplete. 3 trips to the store and 4 wasted days of shipping all because their supplier tries to sell people parts with missing pieces several times. CHECK YOUR PARTS! Makes sure all parts pictured in description are on the item. My part was missing the only peice that makes it functional twice!
